컨설팅 연구기관의 지속가능을 위한 수익모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Profit Model for Sustainability of Consulting Research Institutes)

  • Among the government-sponsored projects supported by Ministry of SMEs and Startups(MSS), the financial support of the Consulting Research Institutes of our university is scheduled to be ended this year. In this regard, this study is to develop a profit model for R&D center of Consulting Research Institute that can cultivate the financial independence of R&D center of Consulting Research Institutes and foster technology convergence consulting manpower to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs in preparation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The profit model were derived from the current status of consulting industry and similar organizations, the current status of consulting graduate R&D centers, case studies of other universities, and focus group interviews. In order to select three high profit models and commercialize them, BMC (Biz Model Canvas) was used and business feasibility was examined. Therefore, three profit model of R&D center of Consulting Research Institute are: First, SCB (SME's Consulting Business: Total Solution Provider for SMEs through Technology Convergence Consulting), Second, SNB (SME's Network Business: Experts connection in Consulting Graduate School for Solving Problems and Problems of SMEs / Industry Consolidation) And third, SM (Sustainable Management: Financial independence through structural improvement of Consulting Research Institute), and the road-map was established. As an implementation plan, the company intends to seek financial independence by developing a profit model for R&D center of Consulting Research Institutes and by establishing business goals and strategies, manpower operation plan, organization, and investment plan for three years.

항공여객이 인식하는 편익이 가격신뢰를 매개로 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 : 인천-두바이 구간 국적항공사와 외국항공사 비교를 중심으로 (A Research of Passengers' Perception on Benefit to Repurchase Intention through Price Reliability: Focusing on Comparing National Carrier and Foreign Carrier between Incheon-Dubai Air Route)

  • 본 연구는 인천국제공항(ICN)-두바이국제공항(DXB)의 정기 노선을 취항하고 있는 대한민국 국적항공사 및 중동 국적항공사를 이용객들을 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 항공시장의 자유화 압박 속에서 국적항공사 대(對) 외국항공사의 시장 경쟁이 가장 치열한 노선들 중 하나이기 때문이다. 실증연구를 통해 국적항공사의 경쟁적 우위는 무엇이고 향후 시장 자유화 확대 기조에서 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위한 지속가능한 전략이 무엇인지 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 인천-두바이 노선에서 국적항공사 이용객들의 우수한 제품 편익에 대한 인식은 가격 프리미엄을 지불하고서라도 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 반면 외국항공사 이용객들의 제품 편익은 저렴한 가격과 아무런 상관성이 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 국적 항공사의 제품 편익을 향후 더욱 강화한다면, 동 노선에서 외국 항공사들의 가격 우월성과 경쟁하고 시장에서 경쟁적 우위를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있을 것이다.

반류수탈암모니아 공정 (Sidestream Deammonification)

  • Sidestream in domestic wastewater treatment plants contains high concentration of ammonium, which increases nitrogen loading rate in the mainstream. The process for deammonification consisting of partial nitritation-anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) and heterotrophic denitrification is an economical method of solving this problem. Currently, about 130 full-scale deammonification plants are fully operating around the world, but none is in Korea. In order to transfer the principal information about sidestream deammonification processes to researchers and operators, we summarized basic concepts, processes type, and key influence factors (e.g., concentration of nitrogen compounds, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, and pH). This review emphasis on the processes of single-stage sequencing batch reactor (SBR) deammonification, which are widely used as full-scale plants. Since simultaneous processes of partial nitritation, ANAMMOX and heterotrophic denitrification occur in a single reactor, the single-stage SBR deammonification requires appropriate control/monitoring strategies for several operating factors (DO and pH mostly) to achieve efficient and stable operation. In future, AB-process consisting of A-stage (energy harvesting from organics) and B-stage (ammonium removal without organics) will be applied to the wastewater treatment process. Thus, we suggest mainstream deammonification for B-stage connected with the sidestream deammonification as seeding source of ANAMMOX. We expect that many researchers will become more interested in the sidestream deammonification.

반도체 작업환경 내 부산물로 생성되는 실리카 입자의 크기, 형상 및 결정 구조 (Size, Shape, and Crystal Structure of Silica Particles Generated as By-products in the Semiconductor Workplace)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to elucidate the physicochemical properties of silica powder and airborne particles as by-products generated from fabrication processes to reduce unknown risk factors in the semiconductor manufacturing work environment. Materials and Methods: Sampling was conducted at 200 mm and 300 mm semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities. Thirty-two powder and airborne by-product samples, diffusion(10), chemical vapor deposition(10), chemical mechanical polishing(5), clean(5), etch process(2), were collected from inner chamber parts from process and 1st scrubber equipment during maintenance and process operation. The chemical composition, size, shape, and crystal structure of silica by-product particles were determined by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy techniques equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy, and x-ray diffractometry. Results: All powder and airborne particle samples were composed of oxygen(O) and silicon(Si), which means silica particle. The by-product particles were nearly spherical $SiO_2$ and the particle size ranged 25 nm to $50{\mu}m$, and most of the particles were usually agglomerated within a particle size range from approximately 25 nm to 500 nm. In addition, the crystal structure of the silica powder particles was found to be an amorphous silica. Conclusions: The silica by-product particles generated from the semiconductor manufacturing processes are amorphous $SiO_2$, which is considered a less toxic form. These results should provide useful information for alternative strategies to improve the work environment and workers' health.

성공잠재력 기반으로 한 원격교육연수원의 콘텐츠 개발 전략 (Contents Development Strategy based on Successful Potential for Distance Training Center)

  • 원격교육연수원에서 수익을 창출할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위해 학습자의 요구사항과 시대적 요구를 적용하고, 운영기관의 역량을 종합적으로 감안하여 경쟁력 있는 프로그램 운영 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 원격교육을 이수한 학습자를 대상으로 원격연수동기, 효과적인 콘텐츠 유형, 적정한 상호작용 비율, 효과적인 교수-학습 방법, 및 평가방법 등을 고려한 프로그램 운영 방안을 제시하고, 둘째, 성공 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위해 학습자의 요구사항과 교수자의 역량을 정량적으로 평가하여 성공잠재력을 측정하고, 이를 토대로 교육콘텐츠 개발 전략 방안을 제시한다. 셋째, 교육콘텐츠 개발전략을 현장에 적용하여 12개 주요 개발 분야를 산출하였다. 12개 주요 개발 분야는 카테고리 A와 B로 나누어 카테고리 A는 성공가능성이 매우 높은 분야이고, 카테고리 B는 단점을 보완할 경우 성공잠재력이 높은 분야로 산출하였다.

Protection Strategies Against False Data Injection Attacks with Uncertain Information on Electric Power Grids

  • False data injection attacks have recently been introduced as one of important issues related to cyber-attacks on electric power grids. These attacks aim to compromise the readings of multiple power meters in order to mislead the operation and control centers. Recent studies have shown that if a malicious attacker has complete knowledge of the power grid topology and branch admittances, s/he can adjust the false data injection attack such that the attack remains undetected and successfully passes the bad data detection tests that are used in power system state estimation. In this paper, we investigate that a practical false data injection attack is essentially a cyber-attack with uncertain information due to the attackers lack of knowledge with respect to the power grid parameters because the attacker has limited physical access to electric facilities and limited resources to compromise meters. We mathematically formulated a method of identifying the most vulnerable locations to false data injection attack. Furthermore, we suggest minimum topology changes or phasor measurement units (PMUs) installation in the given power grids for mitigating such attacks and indicate a new security metrics that can compare different power grid topologies. The proposed metrics for performance is verified in standard IEEE 30-bus system. We show that the robustness of grids can be improved dramatically with minimum topology changes and low cost.

Optical Monitoring Strategy for Avoiding Collisions of GEO Satellites with Close Approaching IGSO Objects

  • Several optical monitoring strategies by a ground-based telescope to protect a Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) satellite from collisions with close approaching objects were investigated. Geostationary Transfer Orbit (GTO) objects, Inclined GeoSynchronous Orbit (IGSO) objects, and drifted GEO objects forced by natural perturbations are hazardous to operational GEO satellites regarding issues related to close approaches. The status of these objects was analyzed on the basis of their orbital characteristics in Two-Line Element (TLE) data from the Joint Space Operation Center (JSpOC). We confirmed the conjunction probability with all catalogued objects for the domestic operational GEO satellite, Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) using the Conjunction Analysis Tools by Analytical Graphics, Inc (AGI). The longitudinal drift rates of GeoSynchronous Orbit (GSO) objects were calculated, with an analytic method and they were confirmed using the Systems Tool Kit by AGI. The required monitoring area was determined from the expected drift duration and inclination of the simulated target. The optical monitoring strategy for the target area was analyzed through the orbit determination accuracy. For this purpose, the close approach of Russian satellite Raduga 1-7 to Korean COMS in 2011 was selected.

  • 본 연구에서는 생물반응기에서 효율적으로 돼지 전염성 백신을 생산하기 위해 swine testicle cell을 host cell로 하는 백신 생산 시스템을 확립하였고, 이를 위한 최적 MOI, 최적 감염시기, 최적 수확시기 등 백신 생산 조건을 확립하였다. 또한 보다 안전한 백신 생산을 위해 통계적 방법에 의해 무 혈청 배지를 개발하였고 백신 생산 면에서의 가장 우수한 무 혈청 배지를 선정하였다.

종합전문요양기관에 입원한 뇌졸중환자의 진료비 분석 (Analysis of Medical Charge for Inpatients with Stroke in Tertiary Hospital)

  • This study was conducted to present strategies for efficient use of older people's medical expense and efficient management of hospital beds 삭제by analyzing factors which influenced medical charge of inpatients with stroke and medical charge of each medical treatment. The subjects was 1,070 inpatients with stroke in Academic hospital. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. In the case of cerebral hemorrhage, the rate of female was higher than that of male. In the case of cerebral infarction, the rate of male was higher than that of female. With increase of age, patients with cerebral hemorrhage decreased and patients with cerebral infarction increased. Medical charge for cerebral hemorrhage was 12,600,000 won, while that for cerebral infarction was 572,000 won. The medical charge with surgery was four times of that with non-surgery. The total medical charge for inpatients with stroke was 6,860,000 won. The patient payed 2,240,000 won(32.6%) and National Health Insurance Corporation payed 4,620,000 won(67.3%). Among charges of specific medical treatments, operation and treatment charge was highest(27.7%) in the case of cerebral hemorrhage, while examination charge was highest(32.2%)in the case of cerebral infarction. This study will provide basic information for efficient use of Medical Charge for Inpatients with Stroke.

시설물 안전 및 유지관리 성과 평가에 관한 연구 - 시설물 안전등급 변화를 중심으로 - (A Study on Performance Evaluation of Infrastructure Safety and Maintenance)

  • 최근 인프라 투자는 신규 건설 중심에서 기 시공된 시설의 효율적인 운영과 유지관리로 패러다임이 전환되고 있다. 이와 함께 시설물 노후화에 따른 안전에 대한 국민적 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국시설안전공단의 시설물관리종합정보시스템에 등록되어 있는 1994년부터 2014년까지의 시설물 유지관리 관련 데이터를 바탕으로 점검진단지수와 보수보강지수 등의 정량적 분석 방법론을 적용하여 유지관리 활동의 성과를 평가하였다. 또한 과거에 비해 현재 시설물의 안전도가 어느 정도 향상되었는지 안전등급 데이터를 토대로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 우리나라 시설물의 안전성은 과거 대비 크게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며 안전성이 향상된 요인으로는 정기적인 안전점검과 그에 따른 보수 보강 활동의 결과로 추정해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 도출 된 결과는 향후 시설물의 유지관리 정책 및 전략 수립에서 기초적 자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
