On this research, recognizing that ship inspection is closely related in improving ship safety', the importance of active quality managements of ship inspection has been notified. This paper aims to explore effective ways to improve inspection service and develop customer-centered inspection administration, by carrying out a case study on K Company. The methods applied for this research project are as follows, 1) sector-based examination of the existence of the ISO 9001 system; 2) evaluation of the operation of the system; 3) conduction of a survey questionnaire with the participation of all staff and inspection companies to analyze customer satisfaction of their inspection service, and 4) statistical analysis of the data collected from the survey questionnaire.

The purpose of this study is to consider activation methods of traditional markets in Jinju city through questionnaire and field survey. Research framework is summarized into two categories: physical environment and operation program. The results are as follows: 1) the gross profit on sales has been decreased continuously and the main causes of that have been recognized as insufficiency of parking lots and convenient facilities and deterioration of environment in spite of facilities modernization project; 2) consumers visited a traditional market because of proper price and reliance on goods, etc. However, they were not satisfied with the physical environment such as parking lots and resting spaces and the operation program such as cultural event and performance. In conclusion it was thought that activation methods of traditional market would be related to the improvement plan in the physical aspect such as parking lots, walkway, convenient and crime prevention facilities and in the operation program aspect such as cultural event, marketing, management consulting, information infrastructure, and delivery system.

This study is intended to examine the perception of importance-satisfaction in selective properties of rural theme park with the users and to suggest operation method and implications for rural theme parks which are being built on a nation-wide basis. The study results are as follows: First, the results from the analysis on importance-satisfaction in the selective properties showed that both attractiveness of natural landscape and excellence of surrounding environment are high. Second, the t-test with matched samples for importance-satisfaction showed that there were significant statistical differences in all items, and the users rated satisfaction lower than the importance. Third, IPA results showed that the items such as diversity of festival event, accessibility and convenience of public transportation, appropriateness of expense and kindness in service appeared in the 2nd quadrant 'direction of concentrated efforts'Therefore, this study was able to identify the perception of importance-satisfaction among the users of rural theme parks. The study findings suggest that it is necessary to preserve surrounding natural environment, ensure appropriate pricing, introduce events and increase service level in constructing and operating rural theme parks.

본 연구는 치위생(학)과 학생의 온라인 수업 질에 대한 만족도를 파악하고자 2021년 2월 3일부터 2월 17일까지 강원도 내 대학의 치위생(학)과 재학생 최종 228명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석결과, 좋은 수업 구성요소 별 온라인 수업 만족도는 중요도에 비하여 전반적으로 낮게 인식하였으며, 학습환경의 만족도가 중요도에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. 좋은 수업 세부 구성요소 별 온라인 수업의 중요도와 만족도의 차이는 수업의 체계성, 온라인 학습환경, 수업내용의 전달력에서 비교적 큰 차이를 보였다. 온라인 학습 콘텐츠 필요도는 수업자료와 VOD가 높게 나타났으며, 수업운영 유형의 만족도는 비실시간 수업이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 온라인 수업의 교수-설계 수립 시 질 개선을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요하다고 생각된다.

The body of an excavator, one sort of the construction equipment, consists of mainframe part, track frame part, boom part and arm part. The all parts are manufactured in the body welding operation. The scheduling in the body welding operation of a construction equipment manufacturing is to take all the various constraints into consideration. The offset time, due date, daily capacity of operations, daily jig's capacity, precedence relation, outsourcing, alternative resource and all of the shop floor environment should be considered. An APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling) system is a proper and efficient system in such circumstance. In this paper, we present an APS system, the optimal scheduling system for the construction equipment manufacturing specifically for the body welding operation, using ILOG Solver/Scheduler. ILOG Solver/Scheduler is a general purposed commercial software which supports to find a feasible or optimal solution using object oriented technique and constraints satisfaction programming, given constraints and objectives.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scale to measure the life satisfaction of after-school classes. For this purpose, utilizing the theoretical background and the findings of previous studies, 147 questions from eight factors were selected for the 1st draft and 67 questions were selected for the 2nd draft by reviewing the validity of the contents after consulting with eleven professionals. A preparatory survey and factor analysis was then conducted using 291 people and a total of 32 questions were extracted from four sub-factors. Exploratory factor analysis by principal component analysis was conducted and orthogonal rotation was conducted by means of the VARIMAX method. The reliability of the class environment, operation management, program and teacher relationship sector were found to be very high. It is suggested that this study can be of great benefit in developing a child-centered scale and it's reliability was also found to be high.

Project management information systems (PMIS) have been implemented to support cooperation among the participants of construction projects. Unlike other information systems used by members from an organization with similar culture and business environment, the PMIS are members from one-off fragmented project organization with diverse professional background. Successful operation is significantly affected by the tendencies of client's side and individual awareness of participants. In this regard, it is imperative to evaluate the success of the system based on the individual characteristics of PMIS users. Thus, this study proposes a method for determining the system success by analyzing the extent of the effects of system factors such as System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality and individual factors such as a user's IT application ability, Extrinsic Motivation to achieve User Satisfaction, and loyalty. Accordingly, a structural equation model (SEM), an effective tool to examine of the comprehensive structure of a causal relationship, is applied for analysis because the internal awareness of individuals is established as a variable.

현대인들에게 수목원이 제공하는 환경과 식물에 대한 교육은 단순히 도시 속에서 자연환경을 조성하고 방문객들에게 휴양환경을 제공해 주는 것 이상의 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 대구수목원 방문객들의 이용만족도에 대한 모형을 구축하고 이를 바탕으로 수목원에서 제공해야 할 시설과 프로그램은 무엇인지를 고찰하고, 그에 따른 의견을 제시하기 위해 수행 되었다. 변수의 크기를 관찰하기 위한 다중회귀분석에서 만족도에 영향력을 미치는 변수의 순위는 산책로의 동선흐름, 환경에 대한 교육효과, 시설의 청결성, 입장료나 방문시의 비용, 자연경관, 수목종류의 다양성, 수목원의 접근성, 직원의 친절, 수목원 내의 편의시설의 확충과 보완으로 나타났다. 이용객의 성향은 인근의 거주자가 연간 5회 이상 이용하는 비율이 가장 높았다. 이용객들이 요구하는 대구수목원의 시설과 운영 프로그램에 대한 질문에서 문화행사와 이벤트, 아름다운 경관조성, 휴게 및 편의시설의 확충을 가장 시급한 과제로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 죽은 수목과 나지에 대한 관리도 시급히 이루어져야할 것으로 판단하였다. 이상과 같이 이용객의 만족도와 요구사항을 바탕으로 한 대구수목원의 운영관리전략은 지역민과 함께하는 이벤트와 축제, 옴부즈맨제도 도입, 관내 학생들과 교사들에 대한 환경교육 프로그램 개발, 방치된 나지와 죽은 수목의 교체, 매점 시설의 개선과 보완에 대한 고민이 필요할 것으로 판단하였고 다른 수목원의 프로그램과 타 시설을 예시로 들어 운영전략을 제안 하였다. 이러한 사항은 대구수목원에서 외부의 자원을 투입하지 않고도 충분히 개발할 수 있는 운영관리의 내용이라고 생각된다. 이용객의 만족감은 사소한 것에서부터 시작되며 작은 차이가 큰 만족감을 결정하기 때문에 하드웨어적인 부분보다는 소프트웨어적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 판단하였다.

Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effects of blended learning on learning satisfaction in nursing students. Methods : This study was conducted with 160 current nursing students in the department of nursing at K university located in city B. All students included in the study understood the purpose of the study and provided informed consent to participate. Data were collected between May 3 and July 9, 2021 and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were created, and t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffé test for post hoc analysis were performed. Correlations were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The factors influencing learning satisfaction were analyzed using multiple regression. Results : Significant differences were observed for academic stress according to the online classes environmental satisfaction (F=4.10, p=.001), online classes experience (t=4.11, p=.001) and self-directed learning ability according to the grade (F=4.10, p=.001), online classes environmental satisfaction (t=4.11, p=.001). The academic stress of nursing students who experienced blended learning was significantly negatively correlated with self-directed learning ability (r=-.480, p<.001), and learning satisfaction (r=-.236, p<.001). self-directed learning ability showed a significant positive correlation with learning satisfaction (r=.524, p<.001). The regression model for the factors affecting the learning satisfaction of the subjects was statistically significant (F= 3.027, p<.001). The major influential factors of learning satisfaction were grade (𝛽=.154, p=.013), satisfaction with school life (𝛽=.168, p=.032), and satisfaction with non-contact learning environment (𝛽=-.141, p=.028). The explanatory power was 28 %. Conclusion : These results indicate that it is necessary to reduce academic stress and increase self-directed learning ability to enhance learning satisfaction in nursing students through blended learning. In addition, the development and operation of a tailored intervention program is required to help improve learning satisfaction.
