타코미터 자료에 의한 법인택시와 개인택시의 운행실태 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Operational Condition of Corporation-owned and Owner-driver Taxies Using Tachometer Output Data)

  • 본 연구는 법인택시와 개인택시의 1개월간의 타코미터 자료를 이용하여 운행실태를 비교 분석한 것이다. 연구결과, 법인택시는 차량 당 주행거리나 영업거리는 길지만, 개인택시의 실차율이 3.5% 정도 높은 것으로 나타나 영업의 효율성이 보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 두 집단 간에는 빈차거리를 제외한 주행거리, 영업거리, 운송수입금에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인택시의 경우 법인택시와 달리 운송수입금과 빈차거리는 약한 상관관계를 나타냈는데, 이는 법인택시와 달리 콜택시조합에 가입되어 있는 개인택시의 대기식 영업방식이 빈차거리를 감소시킨 것이 원인으로 판단된다.

Long-term Driving Data Analysis of Hybrid Electric Vehicle

  • In this work, we analyze the relationship between the accumulated mileage of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) and the data provided from vehicle parts. Data were collected while traveling over 70,000 Km in various paths. The data collected in seconds are aggregated for 10 minutes and characterized in terms of centrality, variability, normality, and so on. We examined whether the statistical properties of vehicle parts are different for each cumulative mileage interval of a hybrid car. When the cumulative mileage interval is categorized into =< 30,000, <= 50,000, and >50,000, the statistical properties are classified by the mileage interval as 82.3% accuracy. This indicates that if the data of the vehicle parts is collected by operating the hybrid vehicle for 10 minutes, the cumulative mileage interval of the vehicle can be estimated. This makes it possible to detect the abnormality of the vehicle part relative to the accumulated mileage. It can be used to detect abnormal aging of vehicle parts and to inform maintenance necessity.

  • The present paper to relate with the maintenance of the high-speed vehicle, KTX and is to treat a reliability evaluation. The reliability of the high-speed vehicle while operating between-failure average mileage (MKBSF) and parts between-failure average mileage (MKBF), 1,000,000 per km service failure number of items and availability and per km evaluated a maintenance expense. The reliability evaluation results and 2007 year reliability management indexes compared in 2006 years and they improved, per km the maintenance expense compared at 2006 and 36.6% was decreased. Reliability management activity leads and availability of the high-speed vehicle, safety improves and with the fact that will be able to decrease the maintenance expense which is an economic scale of railroad service is expected.

  • 창의융합교육의 핵심은 학습자들로 하여금 실제로 '할 수 있는' 능력을 갖추도록 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학 의교육과정에 사회와 기업이 원하는 인재가 갖추어야 할 역량을 선정하고, 선정된 역량에 기반 하여 역량중심 비교과과정 체계 및 운영체계를 개발 하였다. 창의 융합 형 인재를 '협업 형 창의융합인재, 브리꼴레르'로 정의하고, 이러한 인재가 갖추어야 할 핵심역량을 TX역량으로 규정하였다. T역량은 인문소양, 분야별 전문성으로 구성하였고, X역량은 창의적 문제해결력, 융합적 사고력, 자기주도 학습역량, 협력적 리더십으로 구성하였다. 비교과영역의 과정 개발을 통하여 학습자 역량 개발을 위한 과정을 적극 제공하고 관리를 체계화하여 학생들의 교내외 활동의 참여정도 및 성과에 대하여 마일리지점수를 부여하는 운영시스템을 체계화 하였다. 본 연구는 교과영역의 제한된 틀을 넘어 학습자의 다원적 역량을 개발할 수 있는 역량기반 비교과과정 및 그 운영체계의 시한적 모델이 될 수 있으리라 본다.

  • This paper describes control algorithm and control structure of vehicle control unit for range-extended electric vehicle equipped with engine-generator system, and specially presents methods which determine optimal operating points and decreases a vibration or a shock for operating the engine-generating system. The vehicle control algorithm is consisted of several parts which are sequence control, calculation of wheel demand torque, determination of operating points, and management of operating points and so vehicle controller has be made possible to efficiently manage calibration parameters. The control algorithm is evaluated by driving test modes, launching performance and operating engine-generator system and so on. In conclusion, this paper present methods for extending a mileage, improving a launching performance and reducing vibration or shock when the engine-generating system is starting or is stopping.

실차 운행정보를 활용한 온실가스 배출지표 분석 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis Method of Emission Intensity of GHGs utilizing Real World Vehicle Driving Information)

  • In this study, the emission intensity calculation method of GHGs was developed by considering the characteristics of the models and time series. The telematics device was installed on the car (OBD-II) to collect information on the operation conditions from each sample vehicle of public authorities. Based on emission intensity of GHGs, it presented a methodology of quantitative comparison of GHGs emission by vehicles. Collected driving information of vehicle was used for operating characteristics analysis of the target vehicle, and it was confirmed different operating characteristics through comparison of the results and previous study. GHGs emission intensity were analyzed considering characteristics of vehicle type by passenger car, van, cargo, and considering characteristics of the time series by summer, winter, and intermediate. From the analysis result, it was calculated GHGs emission intensity based on mileage ($g\;CO_2\;eq./km$) and operating time ($g\;CO_2\;eq./sec$).

엔진오일 레벨게이지를 이용한 디젤 엔진의 오일 열화특성 측정 (Measurement of the Engine Oil Deterioration of the Diesel Vehicle Using the Engine Oil Level Gauge)

  • We designed and fabricated the engine oil monitoring sensor to measure engine oil deterioration through increased vehicle mileage. Since the condition of the engine oil can be affected by the state of the vehicle and its operating conditions, it should be directly measured and determined in every vehicle. The fabricated sensor has an aluminum parallel capacitor structure that measures capacitance related with the dielectric constant, which is one of the indices of oil deterioration. The size of the capacitor is small enough that it could be easily adapted on the oil level gauge without introducing any change in the design. The fabricated device is installed in the diesel engine to measure the change in capacitance accurately as the vehicle moved from 0 km (new engine oil state) to 11,364 km. The results showed the maximum value at around 5,000 km, and the values plateaued as mileage increased, corresponding with the measurement result of the TAN (Total Acid Number). Based on the results, the condition of the oil must be monitored regularly though oil change is recommended once the vehicle has traveled the distance of around 10,000 km.

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE EFFECT OF MAGNETIC FLUX TO REDUCE EMISSIONS AND IMPROVE COMBUSTION PERFORMANCE IN A TWO-STROKE, CATALYTIC-COATED, SPARK-IGNITION ENGINE

  • The two stroke spark ignition engine is the greatest contributor of the total vehicular pollution in a country like India. It is therefore an item that requires great attention in order to reduce fuel consumption and its concomitant pollution. The use of strong magnetic charge in the fuel line gives a complete and clean burn so that power is increased while operating expenses are reduced. The magnetic flux on the fuel line dramatically reduces harmful exhaust emissions while increasing mileage, thereby saving money and improving engine performance. It increases combustion efficiency and provides higher-octane performance. The experimental results show that the magnetic flux on fuel reduces the carbon monoxide emission up to 13% in a base engine, 23% in a copper-coated engine and 29% in a zirconia-coated engine.

교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 및 성과관리 (Operational System and Performance Management of extra-curricular Programs to Support the curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 타 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영체계를 중심으로 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 현황을 조사하고 교양교육에 있어서 비교과 프로그램의 바람직한 운영체계와 성과관리의 방안을 제안 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 8개 대학의 비교과 프로그램 운영체계 분석은 핵심역량 유무, 전산시스템 및 비교과 프로그램 가이드, 학점연계 및 마일리지 장학금 제도 여부 등을 조사하고, 각 대학별 운영체제 특징과 장·단점 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 또한 E대학 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계와 그에 따른 성과관리를 중심으로 교양교육에 있어서 비교과 프로그램의 바람직한 운영체계와 성과관리의 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 결론적으로 비교과 프로그램을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 전산시스템 및 비교과 프로그램 가이드, 학점연계 및 마일리지 장학금 제도를 도입해야한다. 또한, E대학의 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영체계 분석결과, E대학은 핵심역량 기반 교과지원 비교과 프로그램의 운영 방향성을 갖고 체계적으로 운영을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었고 E대학의 비교과 프로그램의 성과관리는 EU-TQM시스템 통합관리체계를 통해 이루어지고 있다.

경유엔진용 윤활유의 성상 및 열화가 배출가스 및 후처리 장치에 미치는 영향 연구 (Effect of the Properties of Diesel Engine Oil and Aging on Exhaust Gases and DPF)

  • The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of engine oil aging on PM(Particulate Matter), exhaust gases, and DPF. It is widely known that the specification of a lubricant and its consumption in an ICE considerably influences the release of regulated harmful emissions under normal engine operating conditions. Considering DPF clogging phenomena associated with lubricant-derived soot/ash components, a simulated aging mode is designed for DPF to facilitate engine dynamometer testing. A PM/ash accumulation cycle is developed by considering real-world engine operating conditions for the increment of engine oil consumption and natural DPF regeneration for ash accumulation. The test duration for DPF aging is approximately 300 h with high- and low-SAPs engine oils. Detailed engine lubricant properties of new and aged oils are analyzed to evaluate the effect of engine oil degradation on vehicle mileage. Furthermore, physical and chemical analyses are performed using X-CT, ICP, and TGA/DSC to quantify the engine oil contribution on the PM composition. This is achieved by sampling with various filters using specially designed PM sampling equipment. Using high SAPs engine oil causes more PM/ash accumulation compared with low SAPs engine oils and this could accelerate fouling of the EGR in the engine, which results in an increase in harmful exhaust gas emissions. These test results on engine lubricants under operating conditions will assist in the establishment of regulated and unregulated toxic emissions policies and lubricant quality standards.
