The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.

The study figures out the alternatives of training BIM design experts which is the biggest obstacle in training manpower of professional BIM designer, the largest problem when the plant introduce BIM design about the change in Construction Environment by Equipment Based BIM Design in reality of design followed by equipment based BIM design, education institution plan. BIM is the system which is built to make these information be used easier and technique which enables design construction and maintenance in 3-dimensional virtual space by designing buildings in 3-dimensional space, and by data-basing the generated information of every life-cycle information. As the essential contents of the study, educational institutions with the public authority should invest the opening of educational programs, recruit of experts and development of textbooks from a long-term perspective. And also, the role of public institution is important above all for the development of construction industry.

One of the key success factors for the intelligent IT service which is characterized by personalization and automation, is to obtain relevant data from either sensors or data storage for reasoning, analyzing and forecasting. The availability of the open data sources such as public portal sites remarkably increases the efficiency and quality of the intelligent IT service. However, with the condition that not all data in the existing public or private sites are opened or have various types of openness, it prohibits the value of utilization. For these reasons, it is highly required to evaluate the extent of openness of data storage. However, there are only a few studies which explore the factors which affect the degree of data openness with respect to intelligent IT services. Hence, this study aims to propose an evaluation model including the indices to evaluate a process of opening data for the intelligent IT service from a viewpoint of data utilization process. The indices are applied to evaluate the actual multinational websites, which provide public data for verification. We also discuss the implications of the evaluation according to the results.

After the development of printing technology since the 15th century and the rise of citizen consciousness in the 18th century, the library has taken a public concept. And after the 20th century, its role as a public library for the public was stressed, and as its spatial composition became miniaturized and specialized, its function changed from stacking and reading to various kinds including culture and service and is getting more complex beside the function of a library. Thereupon, this study aims to figure out the limitations of public libraries' opening years shown in advanced researches and understand the current status of spatial composition by complexation with the subjects of five public libraries opened after the end of December, 2006 in order to examine their tendencies of complexation and the characteristics of spatial composition by the complexation of public libraries. As a result, the present public libraries have at leaser more than two spaces with complex functions. According to the result of analysis on the types, locational relations between spaces showed the mixed type the most. In the types of building allocation, the building integrated type had a higher percentage than the separated type. About the types of entrance, the one common door type was fewer than the two separate door type. In the analysis on the types of the interior line of flow, the common type was similar to the dispersed type, and it is thought to be resulted from spatial composition rather than the preplanned line of flow.

정부는 공공데이터의 민간 개방, 활용을 장려함으로써 신산업, 일자리 창출 등 창조경제 활성화에 기여하는 것을 주요 국정과제로 삼고 있다. 그리고 고품질 공공데이터 보유를 위해 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가 진행 등의 활동을 통해 공공데이터 품질 향상을 도모하고 있다. 그러나 품질진단 도구 사용자의 데이터 전문성, 이해도에 따라 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가 결과에 격차가 발생하기 때문에 진단 결과의 정확성을 보장하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 데이터 이해도가 낮은 사용자의 진단 결과에 대한 정확성을 보장하기 위해 데이터 품질진단 기준 중 유효성 진단에 적용 가능한 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가 도메인규칙 매핑 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 모델에 실제 데이터를 적용한 결과 공공데이터 품질진단의 안정성과 정확성을 높이는 것을 확인하였다.

Objectives : To understand the current status of the opening, closing and relocation of primary medical institutes in Korea and identify the underlying decision factors. Methods : Sources of analyzed data included the medical institutional master file at the National Health Insurance Corporation(1998, 2000) and Regional Statistic Annual Bulletins. To investigate changes including the opening, closing and relocation, a total of primary medicalinstitutions(16,757 in 1998, 19,267 in 2000) were analysed. Results : Between 1998 and 2000, there was a 15.0%(2,510) increase in the number of primary medical institutions and the rate of increase in the rural area was higher than the urban area, and higher for specialty clinics than primary practice. However, these findings did not suggestany improvement in the maldistribution of primary medical institutions. During the time period studied, newly opened and closed primary medical institutions numbered 4,085 and 1,573, respectively. Additionally, institutions thatrelocated numbered 2,729, or 16.3% of all primary medical institutions in operation in 1998. These openings and closings were more frequent among young doctors. As a result of our analysis on the underlying regional factors forrelocation, the factors that were statistically significant were local per capita tax burden and the number of schools per ten thousand persons. !n, the case of institutional factors, movements were significantly associated with gender and the location of primary medical institutions. Conclusions : In order to establish effective long-term intervention for primary medical institutions, further study and monitoring of primary medical institutions and the identification of factors influencing opening location and relocation is necessary.

우리나라는 재난안전통신망 개통 초기로 응용서비스 앱에 대한 보안 대응은 아직은 미흡한 실정이기에, 이에 대한 선제적 보안 대응이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 재난안전통신망에서 앱을 유통하는 앱 스토어와 전용 단말에서 앱이 동작되는 안드로이드 운영체제에 대한 잠재적 취약점을 사전 예방하고자 '재난안전망 앱 보안 체계 구축'을 제안하였다. 응용서비스 앱이 재난안전통신망 모바일 앱스토어에 등재하고자 하기 위해서는, 우선 악성 및 정상 앱에 대한 데이터 셋을 구축하여 피쳐를 추출하고 가장 효과적인 AI 모델을 선정하여 정적 및 동적 분석을 수행한다. 분석 결과에 따라 악성 앱이 아닌 경우에 대해서 '안전 앱 인증서'를 인증하여 공인 앱에 대한 신뢰성을 확보한다. 궁극적으로 재난안전통신망 앱의 보안 사각지대를 최소화하고 인증된 앱의 재난안전 응용 서비스 지원으로 재난상황에 대한 통신망의 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.

오늘의 한국교회와 신학은 제대로 된 성찰의 부재로 한국 사회로부터 신뢰성 하락과 소통의 부재를 경험하고 있다. 더욱이 코로나19 팬데믹으로 교회는 생존의 문제를 걱정하는 상황에 이르기까지 하였다. 또한 교회와 신학은 시민사회로부터 믿음의 공공성을 회복하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 신학적 과제가 기독교교육에서 전개될 수 있는가? 교회의 공공성 회복은 공공신학에 관심하게 하며, 교육이 공론장의 중요한 영역이라면 이제 기독교교육은 공공성과 시민 민주주의에 대한 교육 철학적 기반을 제공하였던 교육철학자들에게 관심하게 된다. 루소는 근대 교육철학을 연 교육학자로서 18세기에 '자연으로 돌아가라'는 명제를 통해 어린이의 존재에 대해 발견하고 시민사회를 열어가고 있다. 본 연구는 루소의 저서 『에밀』, 『불평등기원론』, 『사회계약론』등에 나타난 그의 교육 철학적 내용을 검토한다. 이러한 연구를 통해 공공영역과 시민사회를 위해 기독교 공공교육론을 위한 교육 철학적 단초로 전개할 수 있다.

공공데이터는 공공기관이 만들어내는 자료나 정보를 국민에게 공개한 것이다. 정부는 공공데이터포털과 개별기관의 웹사이트를 통해 공공데이터를 개방하고 있다. 그러나 데이터 사용자 관점에서 원하는 공공데이터를 탐색하고 활용하는데 제약이 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히, 데이터 목록의 특성을 파악하고 서로 다른 데이터를 연계하는 과정에 많은 노력과 시간이 필요하다. 본 연구는 공공데이터로 개방된 데이터 목록이 갖고 있는 항목명의 공통 관계를 분석하여 데이터 목록사이의 연결 가능성을 제안한다. 공공데이터포털에서 제공하는 데이터 목록을 수집하고, 데이터 목록에 포함된 데이터 항목명을 추출한다. 추출된 항목명은 형식 개념 분석을 통해 형식 문맥 (formal context)과 형식 개념 (formal concept)으로 구성된다. 형식 개념은 데이터 목록과 항목명을 각각 외연과 내연으로 갖고 있고, 내연의 공통항목을 분석해 데이터 연결 가능성을 판별한다. 형식 개념 분석을 통해 도출한 결과는 데이터 목록의 의미적 연결에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있고, 공공데이터 개방을 위한 데이터 표준 및 품질개선에 적용할 수 있다.

As the importance of big data begins to be recognized, the government, local self-governing bodies, and corporations have taken interest in big data. However, unlike the past, there is various typical and atypical data, and some fields make use of big data planning and analytical technique, which is opening a way to capture new opportunities. The present study analyzes an improvement plan for bicycle roads by using the public data of Seoul and proposes its implications.
