As the distribution of image contents is activated, users can easily access image contents through various routes and media. In this paper, we propose a new virtual reality (VR) system, which is based on the development of IT technology, in order to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution era.We propose a method of producing educational video contents that combines maximized virtual reality.
The development and distribution rate of smartphones have progressed so rapidly that it is safe for the entire nation to use them in the smart age, and the use of smartphones has become an essential medium for the use of domestic media content, and many people are using various contents regardless of gender, age, or region. Recently, various media outlets have been consuming video content for online learning, indicating that learners utilize video content online for learning. In the previous research, satisfaction studies were conducted according to the type of content, and the improvement plan was necessary because no research was conducted on how to evaluate the learning content itself and provide it to learners. In this paper, we would like to propose a system through evaluation and review of learning content itself as a way to improve the way of providing video content for learning and quality learning content.
The number of online video content distributors are rapidly increasing in N-screen environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business model of these distributors, especially Netflix and Hulu. Basis on STOF model, environmental domain, service domain, organization domain and financial domain of each company are analyzed and compared. This study finds that each company's business model had distinct characters in earlier stage. Netflix offered online and offline service in low cost, while Hulu offered up-to-date TV contents without fees. However, two companies' business models are getting similar. The result of this study shows that highly competitive environment and increasing content budget affect two companies to adopt similar business model to survive.

Distribution of online media sharply accelerated in the modern society, leading to robust increase in the time where individuals spend their leisure time on the Internet. One of the most popular entertainments among this is the video game industry, which gradually came to possess the characteristics like violence, cruelty, gambling, and sexuality, in order to gain attention. This study aims to investigate the addiction characteristics of users of domestic online games and to verify the causal relationship of these factors on the factors that affect impulsive crimes through Self-control. For practical verification of this study, survey was conducted for students of W High School in Incheon. This study is meaningful in that it prepared a theoretical foundation in the process of inferring criminal intent for impulsive crimes based on the effects of online games on impulsiveness, aggression, and addiction. It is also significant in that it presented a new mechanism that ego control, which occurred in the process of presenting a new variable of negative effect of online game on the criminal intent of impulsive crime, affects impulsive crime.

There are two categories of online crimes related to children and adolescents: those committed by adolescents and those committed against children and adolescents. While recent trends in criminal law show consensus on strengthening punishment in cases of crimes against children and adolescents, there are mixed stances in cases of juvenile delinquency. One perspective emphasizes strict punishment, whereas the other emphasizes dispositions aligned with human rights. While various forms of online crime share the commonality in that the main part of the criminal act occurs online, they can be categorized into three types: those seeking financial gain, those driven by sexual motives, and those engaged in bullying. Among these, crimes driven by sexual motives are the most serious. Second-hand trading fraud and conditional (sexual) meeting fraud fall under the category of seeking financial gain and occur frequently. Crimes driven by sexual motives include obscenity via telecommunication, filming with discrete cameras, child and adolescent sexual exploitation material, fake video distribution, and blackmail/coercion using intimate images/videos ("sextortion"). These crimes lead to various legal issues such as whether to view vulgar acronyms or body cams that teenagers frequently use as simple subcultures or crimes, what criteria should be applied to judge whether a recorded material induces sexual desire or shame, and at what stage sexual grooming becomes punishable. For example, sniping posts, KakaoTalk prisons, and chat room explosions are tricky issues, as they may or may not be punished depending on the case. Particular caution should be exercised against the indiscriminate application of a strict punishment-oriented approach to the juvenile justice system, which is being discussed in relation to online sexual offenses. In the punishment case of online crime, juvenile offenders with a high potential for future improvement and reform must be treated with special consideration.

After the Korona 19, "social distancing" was implemented, existing "pop culture" or entertainment programs were unable to communicate in both directions and declined. Since then, "Untact content" has shown its potential to grow due to untouch performances such as BTS' "Bangbangcon" and the rapid growth of Netflix, a global OTT (online video service). In addition, most of the global and Untact content is online and digital, which means a huge amount of big data will be poured out. Therefore, analyzing the big data poured out during the distribution of untact content will help us identify consumers' needs, and the growth expectations will also be high. Therefore, we would like to explore the research cases that have been conducted in existing studies regarding the subject of the study and analyze how big data can affect the distribution of content in the Untact era.
CALS/EC is about doing business electronically. It is based on the electronic processing and transmission of data, including text, sound and video. It encompasses many diverse activities including electronic trading of goods and services, online delivery of digital content, electronic fund transfers, electronic share trading, electronic bills of lading, commercial auctions, collaborative design and engineering, online sourcing, public procuremet, direct consumer marketing, and after-sales service. It involves both products(e.g. consumer goods, specialised medical equipment) and services(e.g. information services, financial and legal services); traditional activities(e.g. healthcare, education) and new activities (e.g. virtual malls). CALS/EC will be emerging to replace and substitute the role of the conventional market. By changing and eliminating some processes of the transactions, the electronic market and the electronic commerce will redistribute the power and hence the benefits of the market activities. Traditional way of doing business may enter into the new electronic market because the role and function of trust and established reputation will be reinforced in the electronic market. The CALS/EC through the Internet has been in the spotlight in the shopping behavior of the consumers. Accordingly Corporates are trying to adapt themselves to those rapidly changing environments being affected by the Internet. Among others, particularly to be noted is the CALS/EC between corporations and consumers whose potential growth can be considered very substantial. This report, focusing on the introduction of CALS/EC for the logistics of SMEs, will allow us to prepare more efficiently for the coming 21st Century. It is obvious that CALS/EC is fast becoming the useful way of exchanging not only information but products in business between firm-to-firm and firm-to-customer.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to understand the internal and external responses that consumers experience when they are exposed to an innovative system in retail stores. This study considered the SST(Self-Service Technology) system in a retail setting as a type of functional environmental stimuli and selected a smart shopping cart as an example of SST system. The influences of functional environmental stimuli on consumers' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses were examined by applying S-O-R model. In addition, this study attempted to extend the traditional S-O-R model by (a) incorporating personal characteristics variables such as time pressure and perceived crowding and (b) considering not only emotional but also cognitive aspects of consumers' internal responses. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study used a video-scenario technique. Participants watched a video about grocery shopping situations using a smart shopping cart and responded to their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses. An online survey was conducted using Amazon's Mechanical Turk (N = 185). All participants were US consumers over 20 years old and had been shopping at the grocery store in the last month. Data were analyzed through structural equations modeling with AMOS 20. Results: Test results showed that consumers who perceived higher levels of time pressure and perceived crowding in usual shopping situations were more likely to evaluate the SST system favorably. The results showed that personal characteristics have a significant impact on consumers' evaluation of functional environmental stimuli in retail setting. As consumers evaluated the SST system favorably, they experienced more positive affect and less negative affect during their shopping behaviors. Positive affect led to good service quality inference, which further increased patronize intention. However, negative affect did not show a significant impact on service quality inference, but only on patronize intention. Conclusions: This study attempted to investigate the influence of SST system by extending the traditional S-O-R model. This study classified the SST system as functional environmental stimulus of retail stores and analyzed the effect of stimulus on consumers' internal and external responses. The results of this study showed that the introduction of innovative SST can serve as an effective store differentiation strategy in an increasingly competitive retail environment.
