에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 실시간 수업 설계 및 개발 연구 : 기독교교육과 수업 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Design and Development of Interactive Non-Face-to-Face Real-Time Classes using EduTech : A Case Study of Christian Education Class)

  • 본 연구는 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업을 기독교교육과 수업에 적용한 사례 연구로 수도권에 위치한 A대학교의 기독교교육과에 개설된 교직필수 과목인 '교육방법 및 교육공학' 과목 수강생 20명을 대상으로 2020년 1학기에 진행되었다. 이를 위해 비대면 수업과 상호작용, 에듀테크와 상호작용에 관한 이론적 연구를 진행 한 후 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업을 설계 및 개발했다. 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업은 Flipped-PBL을 기반으로 상호작용적 에듀테크를 적용시키는 과정으로 개발했다. 또한 비대면 상황가운데서 진행될 Flipped-PBL 과정에 따라 적극적인 상호작용이 가능한 에듀테크를 선정 및 활용할 수 있도록 했다. 특히 수업 설계 및 개발의 과정에 있어서는 기독교교육과를 대상으로 하는 교직과목인 '교육방법 및 교육공학'의 특성을 살려 기독교교육적인 특성을 살려 실천적 사역현장인 교회를 중심으로 문제를 개발하고 수업을 진행했다. 수업 적용결과 첫째, 학습자들은 수업에 대해 높은 만족도와 흥미도는 보였으며, 둘째, 학습의 공간과 생활의 공간에 긍정적인 전이가 나타났다. 셋째, 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업은 학습 간에 적극적인 상호작용이 가능하도록 했다. 특히 상호작용적 에듀테크와 학습방법은 적극적인 상호작용이 가능하게 하는 주요한 요인이 되었다. 이를 통해 학습자들은 학습의 효율성과 몰입, 그리고 만족도가 높아짐으로 인해 대면수업의 대안으로서 온라인 수업을 경험할 수 있었다. 즉 앞선 학습의 만족도와 흥미, 학습 공간의 전이 또한 수업 간에 상호작용적 에듀테크를 활용한 교육방법을 통해 발생된 적극적인 상호작용을 통해 가능했다. 그러나 학습에 대한 만족의 저해 및 상호작용의 방해 요인으로는 통신(인터넷) 환경적 요인과 학습자의 온라인 기반 환경에 대한 인식이 주요함이 나타났다. 학습 중에 통신 환경의 장애는 상호작용적 에듀테크를 활용하는데 방해를 일으켜 적극적인 상호작용이 발생하지 못하게 하였고, 이로 인해 학습의 만족과 흥미를 하락시키는 결과를 가지고 왔다. 또한 학습자에게 익숙하지 않은 온라인 학습환경도 적극적인 상호작용의 방해 요인으로 제시되었다. 그럼으로 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업을 설계함에 있어서 사전에 에듀테크 및 학습 방법에 대한 충분한 학습자 교육과 통신(인터넷) 환경에 대한 점검이 필요함을 알게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 시대 가운데에 적극적인 상호작용과 학습과 생활의 일치적 전이가 가능한 대안적 교육방법으로서 에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 수업을 기독교교육과 수업에 적용하여 그 가능성을 확인했다. 제한적인 기간과 인원이라는 한계성을 가지고 있는 사례 연구임에도 불구하고, 대면수업의 대안으로서 온라인 수업의 방향성을 제시해야 할 시대 속에서 대안적 기독교교육방법으로서의 가능성을 제시해보고자 했다.

학사경고 대학생을 위한 온라인 학습지원 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석 (Development and Effectiveness Analysis of an Online Learning Support Program for College Students on Academic Probation)

  • This study developed an online learning support program to provide academic support for students on academic probation by considering the positive perception and advantages of online education and at the same time reflecting the difficulty in contacting students who have been placed on academic probation. The program consisted of topics and contents that could increase academic self-management and academic resilience of college students on academic probation, and the purpose was to verify the effectiveness of the online learning support program after operation. The research results are as follows. There was a significant difference in academic self-management, learning regulation, and positive attitude of college students on academic probation. This can be seen as the fact that college students on academic probation acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for studying, and their determination to study had a positive effect on their academic resilience. The significance of this study is that it developed a program that can help improve the academic resilience of college students on academic probation and analyzed its effectiveness.

비대면 수업에 대한 치기공과 학습자 인식에 관한 연구 (A study on the dental technology student's recognition for non-face-to-face classes)

  • Purpose: To understand the students' level of recognition of online classes in the Department of Dental Technology and to provide the basic data for designing online classes based on the dental technology course. Methods: A survey was conducted among the students of the dental technology department. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS ver. 25.0 program. To ensure a reliable verification, the α=0.05 significance level was used. The t-test and analysis of variance were also performed. Results: The students' level of recognition of online classes in the Department of Dental Technology is shown in the rate of recognition for video-based classes for both the theory and experiments. Students displayed high positivity with the video-based learning as it is repeated learning that is not affected by the limitations of time. In addition, video-based learning is highly beneficial in terms of convenience, satisfaction, and achievement for learning. Conclusion: Based on the results, video-based learning is a highly positive learning type for students. It was also recommended that the Department of Dental Technology should offer a post-COVID-19 online class to include the blended methods of a face-to-face class and video-based learning.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

비대면 공학교육에서 공개 및 실명 여부에 따른 학습자 질문 방식의 전략과 효과에 관한 연구 (Strategies and Effects of Questioning Methods Based on Anonymity/Openness in Remote Engineering Education)

  • Students' questions are essential and important for learning, but previous research and experience of instructors shows that there is a lack of interaction between instructors and students in online classes. This research studies how learners can effectively ask questions in online classes at engineering colleges. Based on two axes of anonymity and openness, the four different types of questioning methods were suggested as 'onymous/public', 'onymous/private', 'anonymous/public' and 'anonymous/private.' In this study, seven communication channels were applied to check their effectiveness in an online class. The results showed that learners' satisfaction with learning outcomes increased compared to previous offline classes, while satisfaction with teaching methods was similar. Additionally, among the four types of questioning methods, the preference and effectiveness of 'anonymous/public' was highest, followed by 'onymous/private'. This study suggests several implications of educational approaches to online education in engineering colleges.

온라인수업에서 학습도구와 학습성취, 학습만족간의 관계연구 (Relationship among the Learning Instrument, Learning Achievement, and Learning Satisfaction in Online Class)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인수업의 학습도구 개발을 통해 학습성취와 학습만족을 높이기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 사이버대학의 온라인 학습자가 사용하는 강의, 과제, 온라인 상호작용 도구 그리고 오프라인의 상호 작용등의 학습도구와 학습성취, 학습만족간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 사이버대학교에서 인간복지학부 수강자들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 수집된 자료(226명)를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 과제와 오프라인의 상호작용 도구가 학습성취와 학습만족에 긍정적 영향을 보였고, 강의는 학습 만족에만 유의미한 영향을 보였으며, 온라인 상호작용 도구는 학습성취와 만족 모두에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 과제와 오프라인 상호작용도구가 학습성취를 매개로 학습만족에 영향을 보였으며, 학습성취는 학습만족에 직접적 영향을 나타냈다.

A Study on Education Utilizing Metaverse for Effective Communication in a Convergence Subject

  • Since the first semester of 2020, domestic and overseas universities mostly provided untact online classes and limitedly provided face-to-face classes due to COVID-19 in operating courses. The convergence subjects provided in undergraduate courses attach importance to contents-centered, design-based, hands-on education, and field experience. In the situation where online education was not revitalized, instructors in charge of convergence subjects had difficulty in developing online class materials, and students' satisfaction with the classes was not high. Especially, a problem was raised that students taking the convergence subjects that included practice had difficulty in communicating with the instructors. We would investigate the present condition of distance learning in domestic universities, which came suddenly due to the global pandemic of infectious disease and make suggestions for effective distance learning in the coming era of Metaverse by emphasizing the interaction and communication between instructors and learners through an analysis of distance learning of a convergence subject.

The Role of Interpersonal Trust in On-line Learning Communities and Application of Knowledge

  • Interpersonal trust has become essential for online communities because people have managed to be in a situation without face-to-face encounters. To identify the structural relationships between interpersonal trust and learning performance, we analyzed the relationship between two types of trust, namely, cognitive and affective, as well as two dimensions of learning performance, namely, learning satisfaction and knowledge application. We also identified the moderating role of social norms in the relationship between trust and learning performance. Results of analysis are as follows. First, cognitive trust significantly affected the two dimensions of performance. Second, affective trust exhibited a significant effect on learning satisfaction, but did not affect knowledge application. Third, the relationships between the two performance factors were significant and direct. Lastly, social norms appeared to moderate the effects of cognitive trust on knowledge application and affective trust on satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations, which would like to optimize task-oriented performance of their learning communities, should consider linking strategies between community satisfaction and practical knowledge application.

K-MOOC 강좌 개발과 학습자 만족도 분석 -어패럴패턴캐드 교육을 중심으로- (K-MOOC Course Development and Learners' Satisfaction Analysis -Focusing on Apparel Pattern CAD Education-)

  • This study proposes a method to effectively teaching technic for pattern development and virtual garment manufacturing by adopting the K-MOOC platform for the Apparel Pattern CAD curriculum. According to K-MOOC guidelines, Apparel Pattern CAD curriculum were developed and presented through the K-MOOC platform. A questionnaire survey was utilized to evaluate K-MOOC platform features in terms of learner satisfaction when adopting the 5-point Likert scale. Questionnaire survey participants included 52 college students. The result of the survey found that most of the attributes of the K-MOOC platform were highly rated in terms of interaction and learning effectiveness. The user interface of the K-MOOC platform were shown to be satisfactory in terms of usability. Participants gave a positive assessment of the benefits of online lectures when comparing online and offline lectures. In particular, the preference for online lectures in computer-related courses such as CAD was higher than the offline. It was concluded that the Apparel Pattern CAD curriculum based on the K-MOOC platform was effective and satisfactory for learners in various aspects.

  • Video learning through YouTube has emerged as one of the most widely used instructional methods, yet relatively little research has been conducted on YouTube video users' willingness to use or behavior, so it is important to examine how to make and keep users' willingness to continue learning and to improve their retention rate for effective online learning. With reference to perceived value theory and utilizing an ECM perspective, the authors construct a model of YouTube video continuous learning intention and investigate the influence of perceived value and satisfaction on users' willingness to use YouTube videos for continuous learning.
