This study identified learners' immersion, focusing on online video education platforms, Zoom and Webex, used in colleges after the 'Covid-19', and suggested design improvement measures to improve immersion. Through prior research and literature research, the components of immersion and screen components of the online distance education platform were identified, and measures to improve immersion were suggested through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The research method was conducted for 5 days from April 7 to 12, 2021 for 50 college students and graduate students in their 20s and 30s who are receiving online education through Zoom and Webex, and 6 people were interviewed in-depth. As a result of the experiment, the communication between learners and lecturers was deduced as the biggest factor, so a design plan to facilitate communication between learners and lecturers was proposed based on Gutenberg's diagram. As online video education is predicted to continue even after the Covid-19, continuous online video education immersion research is needed, and we hope that it can contribute to the direction of the research.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how elementary teachers perceive and practice using Visual Thinking (VT) in science classes. For this, we collected 161 VT teaching materials for science that uploaded on the elementary teacher's online communities, and analyzed the characteristics. Also we interviewed four elementary teachers who have used VT in science class. The results are as follows. First, VT teaching materials shared in teacher's online communities were most often used to review the science concepts that students learned. Most of the materials required 'remember' among the Cognitive Process, and most of them provided layouts for VT activities. Second, the participants were using VT materials to review the science concepts they learned, so that students remember them. Third, the participants were satisfied because of the beliefs of effects as follows: facilitating learning and reviewing what students had learned; increasing students' positive reactions and confidence; learning through the interation among learners; the formation of habits thinking visually; indirect experiences of science class; possibility of class corresponding to learner characteristics. Fourth, the participants had difficulties in preparing for the VT science class, such as the burden of making VT materials, the long preparation time, concerns over overlapping contents, consideration of learners' VT skills, and the themselves' drawing ability. Furthermore, they also had difficulties in proceeding for the class, like different preference among learners about Visualization and loss of objectives in science class using VT. Fifth, the participants needed support as follows: platform to share students' VT results; VT case books and teachers' guidebooks; physical environment.

Recently, as the number of smart devices (such as smart TV or Web based IPTV) increases, the way of digital broadcast contents is changed. This change leads that conventional broadcast media accepts Web platform and its services to provide more quality contents. Based on this change, in education field, education broadcasting also follows the trend. The traditional education broadcasting platforms, which just delivered the lecture in one-way, are utilized the Web technology to make interaction between teacher and student. Current education platforms, however, are insufficient to satisfy users' demands for two-way interactions. This paper proposes a new remote collaborative learning platform which able to provide high interactivity among users. Based on new functional requirements from original use case, the platform provides collaborative contents sharing and collaborative video streaming techniques by utilizing WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology. The implementation demonstrates the operability of proposed system.

In this study, We developed VR (Virtual Reality) geological resources based on the Geo Big Data of the Big Data platform that provided by the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Material (KIGAM). So students selected the theme of lessons by using these resources and we operated Remote classes using the materials that developed as to Virtual Reality. Therefore, the geological theme maps provided by the Geo Big Data Open Platform were reconstructed and produced materials were created for Study about Real Korean geological outcrops grounded in Virtual Reality. And Topographic information data was used to produce class materials for Remote classes. Twenty students were selected by Random sampling, and data were collected by conducting a survey including interviews to confirm the change in students' perception of remote classes in virtual reality geological data development and the effect of the classes, so data were analyzed through inductive categorization. The results of this study are as follows. First, students showed positive responses in terms of interest, utilization, and knowledge utilization as taking remote classes for developing geological data in virtual reality geological data. This is the result of showing the adaptability of diverse and flexible learning getting away from a fixed framework by motivating and encouraging students and inducing cooperation for communication. Second, students recognized distance education in the development of Virtual Reality geological data as 'Realistic hands-on learning process', 'Immersive learning process by motivation', and 'Learning process of acquiring knowledge in the field of earth science'.

In this paper, we propose a machine learning model that can prevent fraudulent transactions in advance and interpret them using the XAI approach. For the experiment, we collected a real data set of 12,258 mobile phone sales posts from Joonggonara, a major domestic online C2C resale trading platform. Characteristics of the text corresponding to the post body were extracted using Doc2vec, dimensionality was reduced through PCA, and various derived variables were created based on previous research. To mitigate the data imbalance problem in the preprocessing stage, a complex sampling method that combines oversampling and undersampling was applied. Then, various machine learning models were built to detect fraudulent postings. As a result of the analysis, LightGBM showed the best performance compared to other machine learning models. And as a result of SHAP, if the price is unreasonably low compared to the market price and if there is no indication of the transaction area, there was a high probability that it was a fraudulent post. Also, high price, no safe transaction, the more the courier transaction, and the higher the ratio of 0 in the price also led to fraud.
With the popularization of online learning, mobile learning and blended learning model, augmented reality technology is increasingly widely applied in the field of education today. This article stresses the necessity of applying augmented reality to education by summarizing the current situation and advantages of augmented reality technology in education. Next, the author proposes a new education system-"AR+E education cloud platform system". Last, the author proposes several inspirations for the design of AR-based education software according to the observation and interview of the behaviors and preferences of the respondents.
This paper aims to develop a map for optimized class space using ZEP among the metaverse platforms. As a research method, the classroom space was organized so that the subject of learning became a learner, and the classroom space was modified and supplemented to optimize while being applied to elementary school computer classes. The contents of the study investigated learners' prior perception of metaverse, and compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the metaverse platform. In addition, the map was designed by reflecting the results of the survey, and after applying the map to the class, necessary APIs and apps were installed to supplement it. As a result, the learner became the subject of learning in the metaverse space, freely identified the space, and actively participated in the class. In particular, we found that students who were passive offline and those who had a low participation rate due to lack of skills participated more actively. In particular, students who were passive offline or whose participation was low due to lack of skills participated more actively. If API and JavaScript programs are added to collect log data of learners for learning analysis, real-time feedback is possible for learners, and learner feedback is possible for instructors with statistical data. If this is possible, the metaverse space can fully expect the role of a learning assistant for learners and a teaching assistant for instructors.

Deep learning has been developing rapidly in recent years, with many researchers working to utilize large language models in various domains. However, there are practical difficulties that developing and utilizing language models require massive data and high-performance computing resources. Therefore, in-context learning, which utilizes prompts to learn efficiently, has been introduced, but there needs to be clear criteria for effective prompts for learning. In this study, we propose a methodology for enhancing prompt-based learning performance by improving the PET technique, which is one of the contextual learning methods, to select PVPs that are similar to the context of existing data. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology, we conducted experiments with 30,100 restaurant review datasets collected from Yelp, an online business review platform. We found that the proposed methodology outperforms traditional PET in all aspects of accuracy, stability, and learning efficiency.

In addition to the OTT video production service represented by Nexflix and YouTube, a personalized recommendation system for content with artificial intelligence has become common. YouTube's personalized recommendation service system consists of two neural networks, one neural network consisting of a recommendation candidate generation model and the other consisting of a ranking network. Netflix's video recommendation system consists of two data classification systems, divided into content-based filtering and collaborative filtering. As the online platform-led content production is activated by the Corona Pandemic, the field of virtual influencers using artificial intelligence is emerging. Virtual influencers are produced with GAN (Generative Adversarial Networks) artificial intelligence, and are unsupervised learning algorithms in which two opposing systems compete with each other. This study also researched the possibility of developing AI platform based on individual recommendation and virtual influencer (metabus) as a core content of OTT in the future.
This study is a study on the YouTube e-learning advanced service plan in the non-face-to-face era. The trends in education change were examined through literature research and prior research, and improvement measures were suggested through online surveys and in-depth interviews. As for the research method, the first online survey was conducted based on the Honeycomb model and the Likert 5-point scale targeting 90 MZ generation who have experience learning on YouTube for a total of 14 days from October 15 to 28, 2021. A second in-depth interview was conducted with 6 people who answered that the frequency of learning through YouTube is high. As a result of the experiment, users thought that there was an improvement point according to the purpose of learning, and they were able to derive elements that felt a problem in common. In addition, I proposed a new YouTube learning platform through additional questions. Through this study, it is expected that YouTube e-learning service reference materials can be used to respond to the post-non-face-to-face era.
