The object of this study is to inspect how much influence the play-based assertive training program has on the self-expression and learning attitude of elementary students. To perform this study, I set up two subjects of research. First, does the play-based assertive training program have influence on the self-expression improvement of elementary students? Second, does the play-based assertive training program have influence on the attitude of elementary students? I established 28 students in the third grade of K elementary school in Gongju City as experiment group for this research. In experiment group, 1 peformed play-based assertive training program in the class of discretion and extra-curricula activity twice a week and maintained the program for 6 weeks. By the standard of 12 times of performances, I put pre-test and post-test into operation. The major consequences revealed through above processes are followed: First, as the consequence of analyses of differences between pre-test and post-test about self-expression of experiment group adapted by play-using assertion training program, the level of self-expression was advanced meaningfully. Second, as the consequences of analyses of differences between pre-test and post-test about learning-attitude of experiment group adapted by play-based assertive training program, the level of learning-attitude was advanced meaningfully. Among 8 sub-fields of learning attitude, the field of superiority, accomplishment motives, concentration, self-study show statistically meaningful difference s respectively. The conclusion drawn from above consequences is that the play-based assertive training program is very effective in developing students' self-expression and attitude for learning.

For the reuse, configuration management, and version control of softwares, the composition of retrieval systems and library are most important matters, which makes it possible to retrieve the concerned software components. Retrieval systems, which is able to store many components, must make it possible to retrieve the concerned components with deadwoods in the fastest way. Based either on keyboards or the concept of inverted file on the part of content is usually used in the current retrieval systems. However, in this paper, new retrieval systems are suggested with using set and bag class with Smalltalk language, one of object- oriented programming language, based either on the keywords or on the part of content to find out the concerned components. This method is improved the function of user interface and its management, In this paper, library is also suggested along with the new retrieval systems, and user interface is designed and implemented for its management and control. The new retrial systems of this paper can be employed by interface in another language, and this system is to provide the concerned user with the appropriate retrieval systems and library for the version control.

Secondary school science teachers' preception on inquiry learning was investigated by using questionnaires. According to these results, science teachers, who are participants of the current Korea National Science Curriculum, responded that raising the 'interest in science' was the most important objective of science education, and using practical scientific subject matters in class will do such. More than 72% of science teachers have used reconstructed materials. When reconstructed textbook contents were used, teachers through that the most important object is the 'acquirement of scientific knowledge'. Most science teachers perceived inquiry leaning as a student centered open investigation. Among factors that disturb inquiry leaning, critical ones were 'entrance examination', 'lake of teaching-leaning materials', 'little understanding of inquiry leaning', and 'lake of student's will to inquiry'.

The monitor product is packed by cushioning materials because the monitor can be broken during transportation. However, the addition of the cushioning material increased the volume of the product. Therefore, it is required that the usage of cushioning material be minimized. In practice, design engineers have followed the ad hoc design with experiences of predecessors. Automation of the design process is very important for the reduction of engineering cost, and can be achieved by an excellent design process and software development. According to Axiomatic design, a design flow is defined and a software system is developed for automated design. At first, a basic model is defined. A user can modify the model from menus and design is carried out according to the input from the user. Finite element models are automatically generated based on the design. A nonlinear finite element analysis program called LS/DYNA3D is linked for the impact analysis. The process of Design of Experiments using orthogonal array is installed to minimize the maximum acceleration in drop test. Therefore, a new design can be proposed by the system. The program is designed according to the Independence Axiom of Axiomatic design. FRs and DPs of the software system are defined and decomposed by zigzagging process. Independent modules can be generated by analysis of the full design matrix and each module is coded as class in Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Design results are discussed.

Mizoribine (MZR) has been shown to possess immunosuppressive activity that selectively inhibits the proliferation of lymphocytes by interfering with inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase. The efficacy of MZR is not only in patients who have had renal transplantation, but also in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), lupus nephritis, and primary nephritic syndrome. Because the exact mechanism of its immunosuppressive action is not clear, the object of this study was to examine the ability of MZR to regulate the antigen presenting cells (APCs), dendritic cells (DCs). In this work, we tested whether MZR ($1{\sim}10\;{\mu}g/mL$) could inhibit the cross-presentation of DCs. DC2.4 cells ($H-2K^{b}$) or bone marrow-derived DCs (BM-DCs) generated from BM cells of C57BL/6 mouse ($H-2K^{b}$) were cultured in the presence of MZR with OVA-microspheres, and the amount of OVA peptide-class I MHC complexes was measured by a T cell hybridoma, B3Z, that recognizes OVA (257-264 : SIINFEKL)-$H-2K^{b}$ complex and expresses-galactosidase. MZR profoundly inhibited the expression of SIINFEKL-$H-2K^{b}$ complexes. This inhibitory activity of MZR appeared to affect the phagocytic activity of DCs. MZR also decreased IL-2 production when we examined the effects of MZR on $CD4^{+}$ T cells. These results provide an understanding of the mechanism of immunosuppressive activity of MZR on the inhibition of MHC-restricted antigen presentation and phagocytic activity in relation to their actions on APCs.

Compiler and language implementation courses have long been recognized as an important subject in Computer Science curricula. It is because not only the knowledge for a compiler plays important roles in understanding programming languages and systems but compiler technologies can be used in many applications. However it requires much effort to teach effectively it due to limited resources and time restriction. We present a compiler teaching model using Edu-IDEC which is a development environment of educational compilers. Edu-IDEC is a tool on the robot platform. It uses the Eclipse plug-ins and has functions like compiler developing tools, a reference compiler, visualization tool of syntax tree, visualization tool of object language, NXT robot controllers, and its simulator. We also present the evaluation results for our model by applying it to an actual class.

This paper presents a two-dimensional type inheritance hierarchy index(2D-THI) for XML databases. XML Schema is one of schema models for the XML documents supporting. The type inheritance. The conventional indexing techniques for XML databases can not support XML queries on type inheritance hierarchies. We construct a two-dimensional index structure using multidimensional file organizations for supporting type inheritance hierarchy in XML queries. This indexing technique deals with the problem of clustering index entries in the two-dimensional domain space that consists of a key element domain and a type identifier domain based on the user query pattern. This index enhances query performance by adjusting the degree of clustering between the two domains. For performance evaluation, we have compared our proposed 2D-THI with the conventional class hierarchy indexing techniques in object-oriented databases such as CH-index and CG-tree through the cost model. As the result of the performance evaluations, we have verified that our proposed two-dimensional type inheritance indexing technique can efficiently support the query Processing in XML databases according to the query types.

Programming education can improve problem-solving skills and logical thinking required in a knowledge-based society. However, most conventional programming education spent more time to acquisition of command language and coding process rather than improvement of problem-solving skills and logical thinking, for using programming languages based on foreign language and learners have appeared to lost interest easily. To solve these problems in this paper, interest in programming study was enhanced by making it possible to verify the outcome of highly abstract programming process through a robot as a concrete object. In addition, the Hangul converter of robot programming language based on RCX that elementary school students can use easily was designed and developed. Furthermore, the developed tool was used for six months by students in after-school computer class and therefore learners showed a positive response.

The purpose of this study was to analyzed the types of Deformation dipicted on the late 1990s western costumes. The late 20th century cultural experience or lifestyle is interpreted with 'popular culture' ,popular culture is described as cultural phenomenon in postmodern condition. Contemporary popular culture may no longer be strictly 'working-class' as the idealistic purists of political formalism would like to , but does emerge from subordinate cultures, from the inventive edges of the consensus, and from the previously ignored and suppressed. It gestured through a widening democratization of styles, sounds and images, to an important remarking , to new possibilities , new perpectives, new projects. The growing importance of popular culture as a source for change of expression in the art, expecially new desire and will of artists has been caused lots of ' Deformation' in their works. Deformation, doesn't mean to represent object faithfully as it were seen through the artist's eyes. In a sense it implies that artists deform it with conscious or unconscious form. So in this study , the phenomenon of the postmodern western costumes is to describe ' formative language' called 'Deformation.' and it is classified three types, that is, 'Deformation of human-body image.' , Deformation of silhouette.' 'Deformation of detail.'.
