We introduce our experiences of the design and implementation of the Page Together system that has expanded hyperlink metaphor to utilize human resources in the web. This system supports that a user connects with others in the web, communicates through video/audio channel, navigates same web pages simultaneously and cooperates some work on Internet. For these functions, it comprises Collaborative Browsing Module (CBM), Multimedia Conferencing Module(MCM) Data Conferencing Module(I)CM) and Multi Protocol Interface(MPI). We adopted three standard protocols, IEC, H.323 and T.120 for each nodule and it allows developers to use them easily. We also defined MPI to synchronize information of session among modules. Each module exchanges information each other in session creating process and session terminating process. After a session is created once, each module works independently as its won protocol. Interferences among modules are reduced as minimizing to exchange information. We also introduce a web site that provides web board service based on the Page Together system. A user may post a notice with a link to himself/herself on our web board. After then, if someone read that notice and has any question about it, he or she can try to connect to the writer as clicking the link in that notice and communicate each other. This service site shows that our system can be applied to diverse internet services such as distance teaming and distance conference.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the current status of hospital life guides in Korean and overseas hospitals, draw problems, and propose a design improvement. in order to improve the visual convenience and efficiency of information delivery of hospital life guidelines. As a result of examining and analyzing the current status of the notice on hospital life in 16 hospitals at home and abroad, problems such as information selection without certain standard, increase of items due to unnecessary items, and forms that do not consider the convenience for notice use were discovered. In order to solve them, this study suggested a survey questionnaire for finding detailed improvements, and it divided the participants into two groups of 50 patients/nurses and 50 nurses in each. The study carried out a user awareness investigation and survey on the efficiency and understanding of information, number and importance of items, and color and form, and then made another sample notice to conduct a detailed survey on color and form. As a result, the study could identify that important items for each users were different. It is considered that a new design with improved visual convenience of users and efficiency of information delivery, by applying layout and graphic elements as well as selecting information that meets consumer demand, will be proposed based on this.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors for service contracts that affect the successful bid price rate, focusing on the case of the country market. In the study, ordering organizations and bidders differentiated themselves from existing studies by analyzing service contracts that affect the successful bid price rate in a wide range of country markets. Comparative analysis of the awarding price ratio for services, this work provides a comparable result to the existing results in the previous literature. The analytical model used five independent variables such as budget, contract method, the days of the public notice, the awarding method, and the lowest awarding ratio. In the survey and analysis, big data was collected using text mining for service bids for Nara Market over the past 18 years and data was analyzed in a multi-dimensional way. The results of the analysis are as follows, (1) if budget does not determine the awarding price ratio. This is not the case in small amounts. (2) The contract method affects the awarding price ratio. (3) The days of the public notice increase, the awarding price ratio decrease. (4) the awarding method affects the awarding price ratio. (5) The lowest awarding ratio determines the awarding price ratio. Based on the results of empirical analysis, policy implications were sought.

환경영향평가(Environmental Impact Assessment : EIA)는 대규모 개발사업에 관련된 의사결정의 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 제도이다. 알제리와 한국의 EIA 제도를 비교분석하여 특징 및 장단점을 파악하여 다른 계획관련 정부기관과 환경관련 기관과의 조정 및 협조 수준의 차이점을 연구하였다. 알제리와 한국의 EIA 제도는 의사결정 절차에 관련된 규정에서는 유사하지만 주민참여 수준에서는 한국이 발달되어 있다. 스크리닝 제도에서는 프랑스의 영향을 받은 알제리의 제도가 비교적 잘 발달되어 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to prove flow induced by a covering map. Lee and Park had studied semiflows induced by a covering map in 1997 [1]. This proof differs from the proof of Lee and Park. Notice that for the proof of this paper, we use the fact that $\mathbb{R}$ is connected space.

In recent years, object-orientation is rising to notice as a new paradigm for developing software. This paper suggests the diagramming technique and a tool for developing C++ program effectively. This technique can represent the modularity and the interactions of classes definitely by emphasizing the characteristics of classes of C++. It can do the direct mapping from the logical idea to the physical screen image, so programmers can reuse the design resources in design phase as well as transforming the resources into chode in the implementation phase.

Human support systems, such as computers and robots, are required to be changed to a machine equipment independently operates and communicate with human, rather than non-sensitivity and obedient machine equipment Therefore, we notice nonverbal language that human recognizes naturally. 비밀분산은 비밀정보의 관리나 multiparty 프로토콜, 그룹 암호방식등의 분야에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 일방향 해쉬함수에 기반한 효율적인 온라인 비밀분산 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방식은 하나의 share만으로 여러 개의 비밀을 분산할 수 있고, 액세스 구조가 변하는 경우에 notice board에 공개된 값들만 변경하면 각 참가자들은 기존의 share를 그대로 사용할 수 있다. 또한 참가자들의 부정이 있는 경우 그 수에 관계없이 부정한 참가자의 신분을 밝혀낼 수 있으며, 기존의 방식보다 계산상 효율적이라는 장점이 있다.
