This paper presents the unified reliability evaluation technique of distribution system. To calculate accurate reliabi1ity and reliability indices which can consider line limitation and voltage drop of distribution system, we employed the deterministic evaluation technique with PLOC technique. And to evaluate the distribution system, we presented the evaluating method which is based on Analytic network process. As a result, we can evaluate the distribution system and build the expansion planning of the system considering system load and reliability indices.

Numerical design optimization of a fan-shaped hole for film-cooling has been carried out to improve film-cooling effectiveness by combining a three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes analysis with the radial basis neural network method, a well known surrogate modeling technique for optimization. The injection angle of hole, lateral expansion angle of hole and ratio of length-to-diameter of the hole are chosen as design variables and spatially averaged film-cooling effectiveness is considered as an objective function which is to be maximized. Twenty training points are obtained by Latin Hypercube sampling for three design variables. Sequential quadratic programming is used to search for the optimal point from the constructed surrogate. The film-cooling effectiveness has been successfully improved by the optimization with increased value of all design variables as compared to the reference geometry.

This thesis proposed a method that connecting step motor to image send board which can acquire image to move and remote controlling via streaming image board of PDA(personal digital assistant) based on embedded Linux which is using wireless network There are three embedded Linux system to embody movable image send board. First, though the wireless network a signal of PDA is transmitted to the board which has embedded Linux and a system which is controlled by the expansion I/O port of the board. Second, it's a system streaming realtime image at a PDA which has embedded Linux. The last is a system which controls a process of image board using TCP/IP communication and image send board at PC. These are the system which can use industrial settings and homes. It can also make use of an embodiment method about travelling image robot.

컴퓨터 확산 및 네트워크 이용의 급격한 증가에 따른 부작용으로 컴퓨터 보안 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 공격자들의 공격은 운영체제, 프로토롤, 응용프로그램에서 취약점을 이용하고 있으며 그 기술이 고도화, 전문화 되어가고 있다. 그러므로 정보통신망의 기반구조를 구성하는 구성요소들에 대한 구조, 관리에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 기반구조 보호기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 효과적으로 침입자를 차단하여 중요 시스템에서 분리시키기 위한 침입탐지시스템을 개발하고, IDS 모델을 선계 및 구현한다.

This paper propose a heuristic algorithm based on the Branch-Exchange (BE) method to solve Optimal feeder Routing(OFR) problem for the distribution system planning. The cost function of the OFR problem is consisted of the investment cost representing the feeder installation and the system operation cost representing the system power loss. We propose a properly designed heuristic strategy, which can handle the horizon-year expansion planning problem of power distribution network. We also used the loop selection method which can define the maximum loss reduction in the network to reduce calculation time, and proposed a new index of power loss which is designed to estimate the power loss reduction in the BE. The proposed index, can be considered with both sides, the low voltage side and voltage side branch connected with tie one. The performances of the proposed algorithms and loss index were shown with 32, 69 example bus system.

virus 방역 체계 관리는 network infra 구조관리, traffic 소통경로관리, 방역 zone 설정, gateway구간 방역관리이다. 본 논문은 일반적인 방역체계 구조의 성격과 취약점을 진단하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 대책으로서 개선된 방역체계를 설계하였다. 또한 설계된 방역체계와 configuration, mechanism하에서는 어느 정도의 개선효과 나타나고 있는지 분석하였다. 개선된 다단계 방역체계 하에서는 gateway 단계에서 불필요한 mail을 걸러줌으로서 server에 주는 부하는 감소하며 virus wall상의 CPU 부하의 감소와 virus 치료율의 상승으로 송신 적체 건수는 감소하고 시스템 process수는 증대하고 있다.

Power telecommunication networks is being increased rapidly in that expansion of power plant according to the growth of electric power supply. The requirement of power plant operation & office automation make it to complex and confusing to operate. So, for the sake of correspond to the change, it is necessary that telecommunication network should be high reliable and managed effectively. In this paper, we suggest total reliability evaluation models for power telecommunication network which is based on the QOS(quality of service) standardization techniques recommanded by ITU-T.

본 논문에서는 폴디드 하이퍼큐브와 HFH 네트워크 사이의 임베딩을 분석한다. 폴디드 하이퍼큐브 $FQ_{2n}$는 HFH($C_n,C_n$)에 연장율 4, 확장율 $\frac{(C_n)^2}{2^{2n}}$에 임베딩 가능함을 보이고, HFH($C_d,C_d$)를 폴디드 하이퍼큐브 $FQ_{4d-2}$에 임베딩하는 비용은 O(d)임을 보인다.

The expansion of the world wide web has led to a huge amount of user generated content over different forums and social media platforms, these rich data resources offer the opportunity to reflect, and track changing public sentiments and help to develop proactive reactions strategies for decision and policy makers. Analysis of public emotions and opinions towards events and sentimental trends can help to address unforeseen areas of public concerns. The need of developing systems to analyze these sentiments and the topics behind them has emerged tremendously. While most existing works reported in the literature have been carried out in English, this paper, in contrast, aims to review recent research works in Arabic language in the field of thematic sentiment analysis and which techniques they have utilized to accomplish this task. The findings show that the prevailing techniques in Arabic topic-based sentiment analysis are based on traditional approaches and machine learning methods. In addition, it has been found that considerably limited recent studies have utilized deep learning approaches to build high performance models.

국내 해양관광은 교통접근성에 의하여 영향을 크게 받고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 광역 교통망 확충에 따른 해양관광 접근성이 개선됨에 필요한 방안을 마련하고자 하였으며, 특히 2018 평창동계올림픽의 성공적 개최와 더불어 강릉선 KTX 개통으로 국내외적으로 주목받고 있는 강원도 지역의 해양관광 수용태세 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
