Some controllers have been introduced in various studies to mitigate the negative effects of renewable sources. These have been modified to fit a formed solution in various ways. This paper deals with the voltage regulation of wind farms in voltage dip situations where communication failures occur. The aim is to discuss the modification of the online wind farm management system. To discuss modifications of the online wind farm management system, we focus on voltage regulation of wind farms when communication failures occur. The structure has been designed to respond to a voltage drop when the outer reference is absent due to communication errors. Since the loss reduction effect has been maintained in the designed case studies, it can be derived that the proposed method can respond to voltage drops, along with a used objective function.
The study wanted to verify the effect of emotional sub-compression, a negative variable of emotional labor, on job performance, on security personnel working at private security companies, and further to verify how the impact on emotional sub-compression can affect job performance through the first draft of regulation. Empirical analysis through the study model showed that emotional edema was not a significant effect, but a negative effect on job performance, and that it did not affect the control focus itself. This revealed that emotional harmony has been shown to have a negative impact on performance due to the present state and conflicting situations in one's emotions, which means that emotional harmony does not affect negative or positive effects depending on a person's attributes. It also showed that the temperamental control focus on job performance had a positive impact on employees with an improvement focus and had a negative impact on employees with a preventive focus, and that a temperamental control focus between emotional dissonance and job performance had an effect. This indicated that job performance was affected by a temperamental control focus and that employees with an improvement focus had a positive effect and had a positive effect on performance. The implications of the study in this study are that it can have target differentiation in the areas where the study was conducted on guard workers, a social issue related to the study of emotional labor, and it can be meaningful that the study of emotional labor had a control focus and measured both positive and negative tendencies. It is also believed that there will be contributions to the verification of differences in performance resulting from employee propensity and by linking it with a variable called emotional instability. However, the data collected have the limitations of the subject and region, and the emphasis on cross-sectional analysis and the representative of the various emotions to verify the negative effects of emotional labor, and the problem of securing reliability related to the adjustment focus verification are the limitations of the research.
This study has attempted to investigate the effect of the stress of college life and self-efficacy on depression against 366 students from beauty-related colleges. First, according to analysis on the stress of college life, self-efficacy and depression levels, the stress of college life was an intermediate level or lower (M=2.40). Among subordinate factors, 'academic performance' was the highest, followed by 'future career' and 'economic difficulties' in terms of a stress level. The self-efficacy was more than an intermediate level (M=3.21). Among subordinate factors, 'self-regulation' was the highest while 'difficult assignment' was the lowest in terms of a stress level. Second, the stress of college life showed a negative correlation with self-efficacy but positive correlation with depression. In addition, a negative correlation was observed between self-efficacy and depression. Third, in the stress of college life, 'academic performance' and 'values' had a positive effect. In self-efficacy, 'academic performance' and 'values' revealed a positive effect while 'confidence' and 'self-regulation' had a negative effect on depression.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of high school students' academic problems such as academic stress and low academic achievement on suicidal ideation and the mediating effects of individual-level risk factors (e.g., depression, aggression) and protective factors (self-esteem, emotion regulation) on the relationship between academic problems and suicidal ideation. This study used data of three waves(2005-2007) from the Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS). The analyses were conducted on 2,093 academic high school students, who participated in this panel study. The results from structural equation modeling show that academic stress has positive effects on depression and aggression, but negative effect on self-esteem. Low academic achievement has positive effect on aggression but negative effect on self-esteem. Depression and aggression as individual-level risk factors have positive effects on suicidal ideation. In contrast, self-esteem and emotion regulation as individual-level protective factors have negative effects on suicidal ideation. The relationship between academic problems and suicidal ideation is mediated by depression, aggression, and self-esteem. Based on the study findings, practice implications for youth welfare are discussed to screen high-risk youths and to prevent adolescent suicide in advance.

Among the fintech businesses that are actively developing around the world, payment and settlement are the most prominent. Korea has a well-developed IT industry and a good existing card payment environment, however, its innovative movement is overwhelmingly slower than that of other countries in the fintech. In this study, we try to assess the regulations on fintech and their impacts on the startup ecosystem by comparing the cases of U.S., China, and Korea. We have found that both the United States and China have lowered barriers to entry for the newly launched fintech industry, allowing startups and IT companies to start fintech businesses at the existing financial sector. Particularly the implementation of predictable regulations in U.S., and the failure to apply the financial regulations in China, help start-up companies' growth in the fintech industry. This finding provides us with a lesson that current positive regulations in Korea should gradually change into negative regulations, and predictable regulations that strictly enforce post-management except major items rather than pre-approval. The policy implications are discussed with the perspective of start-ups in fintech industry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional regulation between clinical practice stress and nursing professionalism in nursing students. Participants were 192 nursing students and data were collected from September to November, 2015. This study has shown that nursing professionalism is negatively associated with clinical practice stress (r=-.40, p<.001) and positively associated with emotional regulation (r=.55, p<.001). In addition, a negative correlation has been found significant between emotional regulation and clinical practice stress (r=-.20, p<.001). In a final model of hierarchial multiple regression, professor support (${\beta}=.19$, p<.01), satisfaction with nursing as a major (${\beta}=.14$, p<.05), clinical practice stress (${\beta}=-.19$, p<.01) and emotional regulation (${\beta}=.32$, p <.001) were associated with nursing professionalism. In this study, we also have shown that emotional regulation does not play a moderating role on the relationship between clinical practice stress and nursing professionalism. The results of this study suggests that, in order to improve nursing professionalism, it is important to promote support system, develop clinical-practice-stress-relief programs, and enhance emotional regulation training for nursing students.
This study examined the relative influence of the five factors of the self-determination motivation on academic hatred. A total of 938 high school seniors (female 535, 57.0%) across eight schools in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi province were surveyed a month before Soo-neng (College Scholastic Ability Test). The findings of correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were summarized as follows. Academic hatred showed significant correlations with all the self-determination motivation factors except for introjected regulation. For hierarchical multiple regression analyses, starting with amotivation, the motivation factors indicating low level of self-determination were entered in order. In the final model, amotivation and introjected regulation had positive influence on academic hatred, and intrinsic regulation had negative influence on academic hatred. Specifically, introjected regulation which had no significant effect on academic hatred with amotivation and external regulation showed significant effect after identified regulation was added. Identified regulation lost its significant influence after intrinsic regulation was included. This study was meaningful in that it was the first study to clarify motivational characteristics of academic hatred based on self-determination theory. The study also presented its limitations, implications for school counseling intervention, and directions for future research.

This paper presents an improved direct power control (DPC) strategy for grid-connected voltage source inverter (VSI) under unbalanced and harmonic grid voltage conditions. Based on the mathematic model of VSI with the negative sequence, 5th and 7th harmonic voltage components consideration, a PI controller is used in the proposed DPC strategy to achieve the average output power regulation. Furthermore, vector PI controller with the resonant frequency tuned at the two times and six times grid fundamental frequency is adopted to regulate both negative and harmonic components, and then two alternative targets of the balanced/sinusoidal current and smooth active/reactive output power can be achieved. Finally, simulation results based on MATLAB validate the availability of the proposed DPC strategy.
Expression of light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b-binding protein gene(cab) is repressed in the dark and activited by light. However, the detail of its regulatory mechanism is not characterized so far. To identify the interactions of cis-acting elements and trans-acting factors involvedin this regulation, nuclear extracts from the light-grown and dark-adapted Arabidopsis thaliana leaves were anlayzed for mobility shift assay against 134bp fragments had two retarded bands and one retardation band, respectively, both in light-grown and dark-adapted bands in the dark-adapted tissues. A new retardation the cab 3 expression in the dark. Several light regulatory motifs are scattered in the 146 bp region of cab 3 promoter. One of the light-regulatory motifs could be the binding site for the negative regulatory factor.
The purpose of this research is to understand a structural relationship between financial regulations and security industry based on the systems thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. As a result, the positive regulations on security technology against finance security incidents shrink the autonomy of the security industry and will deteriorate the competitiveness of the security industry through the unknown feedback loop. The conclusion provides the direction that policy makers understand causal loop diagram related current regulations and open enough to the consideration of the negative regulations.
