Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Mongolian entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach This study collected data from a survey on 236 entrepreneurs in Mongolia and investigate research hypotheses by empirical analysis. Findings It was found that entrepreneurial motivation (independence, opportunity-driven, achievement motivation) had a positive effect on the startups' performances, and necessity-driven motivation did not have a significant effect on the startups' performances. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on performance of startups. There are differences by gender on the relationships between entrepreneurial motivations and startup performances. Research implications or Originality This paper investigates the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of startups in Mongolian.

The purpose of this study is to fully understand the present state of the domestic construction companies, and to analyze phased business types and construction management techniques in order to initiate overseas expansion. Because of the recession in the domestic construction market, a thorough and strategic perspective to constantly develop inroads into overseas market is required. So we carried out a questionnaire survey targeting the experts of the overseas construction and researcher, and consulted them in depth. The questionnaire survey was divided into three sections. The first section is the necessity of overseas construction and the reason. The second is the overseas business types classified into the way of advance in short-term and long-term phase possibility of expansion. Lastly, the importance of the phased construction management techniques and the current capacity of the domestic and the foreign business trends were scrutinized. On the basis of the consultation and surveys, we analyzed the overseas business types and the construction management types in the short-term and long-term phase.

Given a groupoid (X, *) and a real-valued function d : X → R, a new (derived) function Φ(X, *)(d) is defined as [Φ(X, *)(d)](x, y) := d(x * y) + d(y * x) and thus Φ(X, *) : R^X → R^X2 as well, where R is the set of real numbers. The mapping Φ(X, *) is an R-linear transformation also. Properties of groupoids (X, *), functions d : X → R, and linear transformations Φ(X, *) interact in interesting ways as explored in this paper. Because of the great number of such possible interactions the results obtained are of necessity limited. Nevertheless, interesting results are obtained. E.g., if (X, *, 0) is a groupoid such that x * y = 0 = y * x if and only if x = y, which includes the class of all d/BCK-algebras, then (X, *) is *-metrizable, i.e., Φ(X, *)(d) : X² → X is a metric on X for some d : X → R.

In this study, distribution of population with economic activities in ingress step to advanced-age society, the current status for the economic activities of old people and the necessity of economic activities through employment and inauguration for old people were investigated. The current status for the economic activities of old people and the changes of economic activities since IMF were also reviewed, and the activation of senior club in regional society and establishment of old man power bank were proposed. The speed of ingress to advanced-age society in Korea is so fast compared with other developed countries that the participation in economic activities of old people is urgent for international competitiveness and their economic independence. Up to now, due to the related regulations and institutional inertia, the practical support of employment and inauguration has not been achieved, but, the practical support should be achieved by solving the problems regarding the regulations and institution.

The necessity of a Z-shape heat pipe may occur in a special application such as a cooling module for an electronic equipment having a limited accessible space. Either of the two end part works as evaporator or condenser and the length of the middle part is 200mm. The heat pipe was made of 3/8 inch copper tube having 60 spiral groove with screw angle of 10 degrees. Water and acetone were used as working fluids. The fill charge ratio of the working fluid was varied for different values of thermal loads. The thermal resistance was calculated based on the temperature measurements along the heat pipe axis. The maximum thermal loads were 80W for water and 100W for acetone heat pipe. The optimum fill charge ratio was identified through a series of experiments.

This paper research the trend of technology of the high efficient and reliability machining center and high flexibility parallel manipulator machining center including linear motor machining center, submicron machining center and direct drive 5 axis machining center using patent information of Korea, U.S.A, Japan and Europe. By using this, the technique level of Korea, the International trend of technology and condition of cooperation research was estimated and the necessity of research and development performance about the machining center for the IT part processing were inquired.

Based on the importance and the necessity of the study on history of mathematics and mathemtics education using history of mathematics for finding the cultural identity and values of our traditional mathematics, we refer to two types of teaching and learning methods utilizing 'WonYongSamBangHoGu', the second theme of 'SanSulGwanGyeon' written by Lee Sang Hyuk. First, we present various cases of 'WonYongSamBangHoGu' constructed utilizing kind of mathematics learning software, GeoGebra by high school freshmen belonging to the Education Centers for the Gifted in Seoul Science Park. Second, We modernly reinterpret the questions contained in 'WonYongSamBangHoGu' and show several developed items using it.

Owing to the increase of the aged, a positive analysis was carried out for developing the aged volunteering program. This study aiming at planning for the aged volunteering activation, desirable leasure activity in the dimension of social welfare, by assaying the real states of the aged making the use of the leasure and especially aiming at surveying the aged need in relation with the aged volunteering activity on which to present the revolving method and qualitative advance. The method of study was interview the aged over 60 with the questionnaire of the general features of the participants, the motive, the career, the participation method, the satisfaction degree, the cost necessity, the participation degree, the pre-education, and the desirable program of the volunteering and what is got from the volunteering, etc. The collected data were statistical-processed through Spss Win (Ver 8.0) and chi-square verified. As the result of this study, there are the needs for developing various program, the motivation for the participation and maintenance, and the suitable places for volunteering. The poly-dimensional social welfare approaches are presented for the above needs.

It has been passed around two decades since the CM is introduced in December 1996. And 20 years have passed. Construction Technology Management Act is the enacted of 1987, since Independence Hall fire in 1986. In the meantime, basic background and operational rather than the development of regulations that skewed had a voice of concern. Accordingly, Ministry of land is promoting a full-scale revision that Construction Technology Promotion law as switching to promote and support the necessity from Regulatory and management-oriented paradigm. In this paper, according to the Construction and Technology Promotion law amended in the course of doing business, was conducting research for drawn counterstrategy through SWOT analysis that was not the side of owner but CM company.

Problem of the environmental pollution and pollution by vast quantity occurrence of industrial waste by progress of industry is risen recently. Is real condition that waste foundry sand to be industrial waste that happen in casting industry of them has much the occurrence amount and the processing method is depending on most simplicity reclamation and so on. Therefore, by using waste foundry sand in the world by fine aggregate for mortar in recycling side of industrial waste necessity of development for new principal parts aggregate is risen along with rise of aggregate price by exhaustion phenomenon of natrual resources, wish to analyze physical and mechanical properties special quality and foretell practical use possibility availability.
