In order for visual design graduates to meet corporate requirements, it is necessary to develop a complete ncs system in the field of visual design like developed countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze students' self-evaluation, corporate job needs, and school education methods, and to develop vocational competency standards in China's visual design by referring to the national vocational competency standards in Korean visual design. The research method is to analyze the education system of the Department of Visual Design at a university in Jiangsu Province, China, survey graduates of the Department of Visual Design, and develop national vocational standards in China by referring to job requirements of Chinese visual design companies. Analyzing this, the research results suggested a development plan for the national vocational competency standard in the field of visual design in China.

The purpose of the study is to draw competencies of faculty members at graduate school faculty to implements the NCS-based curriculum. A set of competency was deductively derived from a total of three professors and consultants with more than ten-year experiences and has been involved in developing the college curriculum. The political endeavors of the Korean government toward the competency-based education have been implemented as a movement to the NCS-based curriculum. The requirements for the reorganization of curriculum and education system as well as cooperation among faculty, industry, region and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the operation of NCS. However, one of the most critical factors in introducing and implementing the NCS-based curriculum is the role of faculty members. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to equip the faculties with required competencies. Result showed that the competencies required professors at graduate school for the NCS-based curriculum implementation were classified into four areas: marco-level curriculum development; micro-level course design; knowledge across areas; and attitude across areas.

NCS are the contents such as knowledge, technology, and culture demanded for performing the duties in the industrial field systemized by a nation classified with industrial divisions and levels. It is an ability standardized in the national level necessary for performing duties of industrial field successfully. Now, the society structure, due to abrupt change and development, has to secure core ability demanded to human resources in common, irrespective of kinds and positions, and lays an emphasis on vocational basis ability to softly cope with the accelerating change of labor market. This dissertation, on the basis of NCS-based vocational education curriculum, focuses on information ability, computer use ability(information management ability), one of vocational core competency used for the duties related at the department of video & broadcasting to develop learning module. In addition, this dissertation researches learning results such as satisfaction and accomplishment over learning on the object of the students who took the education.

4차 산업혁명은 2016년 스위스 다보스에서 열린 세계경제포럼(WEF)의 주요 이슈였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 요구되는 IT융합 기술에는 사물인터넷 환경에서 모든 사물이 사이버 세계를 통하여 연결되어 정보를 수집하고 축적하며, 축적된 빅데이터를 기반으로 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하는 기술 등이 필요하다. 이와 같은 IT융합 기술과 관련하여 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 산업체에서 필요한 실무적인 IT융합 인력 양성이 컴퓨터 관련학과의 주요 교육 내용으로 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 하나의 접근 방법으로 대두되는 것이 NCS 기반의 교육과정에 기반을 둔 IT융합 인력의 양성이다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 산업체에서 요구하는 IT융합 인력 양성을 위하여 컴퓨터과학 전공을 위한 NCS 교육과정을 제시하고 분석한다.

In this paper, we propose a simulator for testing of the Navigation Control System(NCS) in Bimodal-tram. NCS uses values of all sorts of sensors installed in vehicle to decide current position, and to control speed and steering of vehicle to go to a next position. Major functions of simulator are input processing of the driver and generation of virtual sensor data and driving profile(navigation path, magnetic information), and the NCS function. Virtual sensor data is generated according to output data from the NCS, driving profile and input processing of the driver, and monitoring systems is operated separatedly to confirm of NCS operation. This paper discusses about the implementation of the simulator, and analyzes and evaluates the simulation results.

본 논문에서는 전기설계, 감리, 안전관리 분야의 교육과정 발전을 위해 NCS과정의 필요성과 현 실태에 대하여 다각도로 분석하고 차후 개선방안을 도출하였다. 그 내용으로 기업이 요구하는 핵심역량과 현 교육과정과의 괴리, NCS과정에 관한 사회적인 인식, NCS기반의 전기설계, 감리, 안전관리 분야의 교육발전 방안을 위한 추진과제를 제시한다.

Recently Korea has stepped into a stage of sluggish development, and the unemployment of young people has become a major issue. Especially in 1998 IMF economic shock was influential in formulating government policy and social economic structure on employment. Restructuring now becomes everyday words and further restructuring is already under way. Owing to the growing economic crisis and resultant unemployment and initial appointment shall be considered conditional. Young job seekers are grappling with mastering their native language and unnecessary experiences. These unnecessary experiences are needless waste of time and money. Educational system in university may be affected by environmental changes in population of students and business crisis. Sometimes the departments made a very low rate of employment may be abolished or merged in university. The government will demand us in the work of reform by doing NCS. The government is now ask to teach, train and employ students on the basis of NCS especially in high-school, job training center, and college and university. NCS has advantages and disadvantages. NCS may reduce waste of time and money to make unnecessary experiences, provide standard course to prepare educational system. It will be a big help to adapt properly and make better employment system. The most negative element of the program is application to humanities and social sciences by the same standard with technology and engineering department in the university. Standardization of each educational course will not react quickly to rapidly changing situations in the future.

The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

While single strand DNAs have been widely used for the scaffold of brightly fluorescent silver nanoclusters (Ag NCs), double strand DNAs have not been as successful. Herein, we report a novel synthetic approach for bright Ag NCs using branched double strand DNAs as the scaffolds for synthesis. X-shaped DNA (X-DNA) and Y-shaped DNA (Y-DNA) effectively stabilized Ag NCs, and both X-DNA and Y-DNA resulted in brightly fluorescent Ag NCs. The concentration and molar ratio of silver and DNA were found important for the fluorescence efficiency. The brightest Ag NC with the photoluminescence quantum efficiency of 19.8% was obtained for the reaction condition of 10 ${\mu}M$ X-DNA, 70 ${\mu}M$ silver, and the reaction time of 48 h. The fluorescence lifetime was about 2 ns for the Ag NCs and was also slightly dependent on the synthetic condition. Addition of Cu ions at the Ag NC preparations resulted in the quenching of Ag NC fluorescence, which was different to the brightening cases of single strand DNA stabilized Ag NCs.
