본 연구의 목적은 과학 내용을 묻는 문제가 어떤 형태로 제시되면 자학영재 선발을 위해 대상자의 수학능력 외에도 창의성까지 볼 수 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 1단계에서는 과학적 재능 검사에 자주 사용되는 토랜스 도형 창의력, 과학적 태도, 과학 탐구력, 논리적 사고력, 과학 창의적 문제해결력 검사 사이의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 7, 8학년 383명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 2단계에서는 학력이 상위 5% 안에 드는 6학년 학생 583명을 대상으로, 과학 내용을 소재로 한 5가지 다른 유형의 문제를 풀게 하는 동시에 트랜스 도형 창의력과 과학 탐구력 검사를 실시하여 어떤 형태의 내용 문제가 창의력, 탐구력 검사 점수와 상관관계가 높은지 알아보았다. 과학자 이름 나열하기, 과학자 업적에 대한 글쓰기, 상상력, 이론의 이해와 적용, 법칙의 이해와 응용으로 나눌 수 있는 5가지 유형의 문제는 모두 탐구력 검사와 유의미한 상관관계를 나타내었지만, 트랜스 도형 창의력 검사는 주어진 주제에 대한 자신의 의견이나 문제 해결을 위한 아이디어를 글쓰기로 나타내는 문제와 상관 관계가 높았다.

퀀텀정보통신기술은 원자 정도의 매우 작은 소립자를 의미하는 퀀텀의 속성을 연구하는 퀀텀역학에 기반을 두고 연구개발이 진행되는 분야로서, 기존 컴퓨터의 역량을 뛰어넘는 엄청난 계산능력과 커뮤니케이션 파워를 보일 수 있다. 퀀텀정보기술은 기존 컴퓨터의 0과 1을 이용한 계산방식 대신 소위 0과 1 그리고 이 두 상태의 중첩상태를 이용한다. 기존에 생각조차 하기 힘들었던 퀀텀현상의 적극적 활용은 새로운 퀀텀기반 디바이스의 개발을 촉진시켰으며 이론적으로나마 퀀텀컴퓨터의 개발이 가능함으로 보여주고 있다. 이 분야의 새로운 발견은 초정밀 센서, 이미징 처리 디바이스, 새로운 컴퓨터 연산 패러다임의 개발로 이어져 기존에는 생각하기도 힘들었던 문제들을 효율적으로 해결해 나갈 수 있는 방법론은 제시하고 있다. 결과적으로 퀀텀정보통신분야는 특정 산업분야 전체를 파괴하고 새로운 산업을 창조할 수 있는 글로벌 경제구조의 변혁의 원천이 될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance status of the ligal examination of risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). The study was based on in-depth interviews with the persons in charge of the examination in 63 sampled companies, which are various in location, type of industry and size. The interviews were carried out based on detail questions as well as a predefined checklist. The main findings are as follows: 1) More than half of the companies did not properly comply with the laws in performing the examination of MSDs risk factors; 2) In about 60% of the companies, the examination has been carried out by their own persons; 3) 38% of the companies conducting the survey of musculoskeletal symptoms did not diagnosed musculoskeletal symptoms based on the survey; 4) Most companies performed the prevention activities for MSDs such as education/training, stretching, etc.; 5) It was revealed that the 11 high-risk tasks were not considered to be properly defined by the people in the industries, which results in some difficulties such as ambiguity in defining the 11 tasks and unit tasks; 6) The period of the examination of risk factors, classification of periodic and occupational examinations and legalization of employers' obligation for preventing MSDs are considered to be acceptable or desirable, while it was pointed out that regulations for the method of the risk assessment and the person who in charge of the examination need to be modified.

신경회로망은 지능제어알고리즘 중의 하나로 학습능력을 가지고 있다. 이러한 학습능력 때문에 많은 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있으나, 지능제어의 단점인 안정도 문제를 수학적으로 증명하기 어렵다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신경회로망의 한 종류인 RBFN과 적응제어기법을 이용하여 로봇 매니퓰레이터 궤적 제어기를 구성하고 자 한다. 본 논문에서는 RBFN의 파라메터들을 적응제어기법을 이용하여 수학적으로 구하였고, 시스템의 안정도를 수학적으로 UUB를 만족한다는 것을 증명하였다. 그리고 수평다관절로봇 매니퓰레이터 궤적제어기에 적용하였다.

최근 7.7 DDoS 사건과 해킹 사건 등으로 정보보호에 관한 중요성이 대두되고 있고, 정보보호 관련 법률이 국회에서 논의되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 입법지원 기관인 국회사무처를 중심으로 인터넷 네트워크와 사용 시스템 등에 대한 관리적, 기술적, 물리적 보안 요소에 대한 현황을 기밀성, 가용성, 무결성 등의 보안기준에 따라 파악하고, 이를 분석한다. 또한, 인터넷 네트워크와 사용 시스템 등을 주로 이용하는 입법 지원기관인 국회사무처 직원들의 정보보호에 대한 인식 및 정보보호에 관한 행동지침 준수에 대한 설문조사를 하고, 이에 대한 분석을 한다. 이를 통하여 입법지원기관의 보안 현황을 분석하고, 사회적인 책임기관으로서 역할을 고취시키고자 한다.

해마다 전 세계적으로 약 4천만 대, 우리나라에서는 약 55만 대의 자동차가 그 수명을 다하고 폐차장으로 보내지고 있다. 폐차에 의한 환경오염을 줄이기 위하여 각 국은 규제를 강화하고 있으며 EU(European Union)에서는 현재 84%에 머무르고 있는 재활용율을 2015년까지 95%로 올릴 것을 요구하고 있다. 자동차 중량의 75%를 차지하는 철은 95% 이상의 높은 재활용율을 보이고 있으나 나머지 25%를 구성하는 플라스틱, 유리 고무 등의 비금속류와 구리, 니켈 알루미늄 등의 비철금속류는 재활용율이 이에 미치지 못하고 있다. 따라서 95%의 재활용 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 비철금속류의 재활용이 획기적으로 향상되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자동차에서 가장 많이 사용되는 비철금속인 구리와 니켈 재활용 향상을 통하여 전체 재활용율 변동을 산출하고자 한다.

최근에 인터넷, 모바일, 사물인터넷 등과 같은 정보기술이 급속히 발전하면서 비즈니스에 필요한 데이터의 수집이 용이해지고, 빅데이터 분석이라는 새로운 방법으로 수집한 데이터를 분석하여 비즈니스에 적절히 활용하고 있다. 이와 같이 데이터의 수집과 분석이 용이해진 반면, 그러한 데이터 속에는 정보주체로부터 직접 제공받지 않은 센서 번호, 기기 번호, IP 주소 등과 같은 식별자 항목이 포함된 개인정보가 관계자도 인지하지 못하는 사이에 수집하여 이용될 수 있다. 만약 이러한 데이터에 대하여 수집에서 폐기까지의 전 과정에서 체계적인 관리가 되지 않을 경우 프라이버시 침해로 인해 "개인정보 보호법"등 관련 법률 위반이 우려될 뿐만 아니라 데이터 품질 문제도 발생하여 올바르지못한 의사결정을 할 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업이 비즈니스에 활용할 목적으로 수집한 데이터 속에 숨겨져 있는 개인정보를 찾아내어 전사적 관점에서 체계적인 관리함으로써, 이를 비즈니스에 효율적으로 활용함과 동시에 보호도 가능하게 하며, 더 나아기 데이터의 품질 확보도 용이하게 하는 새로운 데이터 거버넌스 성숙도 모형(DGMM)과 이를 데이터 거버넌스 프로그램의 도입 또는 개선하고자 하는 현장에 활용하기 위한 종합이행절차를 제안하고, 그 적용 예를 보인다.

In order to expand the overseas market of the Korean fashion industry, it is necessary to investigate the fashion-related purchases and fashion consciousness of Muslim women, who are increasingly attracting attention as global fashion consumers. Therefore a survey was conducted to identify the fashion design preferences and fashion consciousness of Malaysian Muslim women. A total of 245 responses were collected and analyzed. The survey included questions on demographic characteristics, fashion product purchases, design preferences and environmental awareness. The data were analyzed through frequency, average and standard deviation. The analysis showed that the majority of respondents were young Malaysian Muslim women in their 20s and 30s. They preferred a modern, Sophisticated, and sporty image, and their preference for unpatterned fabrics was high. When choosing fashion products, these women seek to both pursue fashion trends and comply with Islamic laws. When the women buy clothes, they consider practicality and design elements. The women also collected fashion trend information through SNS and the Internet, and ues this information to purchase fashion products through the Internet and shopping malls. This study was based on a practical survey of local consumers. Therefore, it is expected that the results can be used as data for fashion-related studies and to expand overseas markets to reach Muslim women in Southeast Asia.

Recently, rural housing in urban areas has been increasing due to the improvement of income level. With the increase of the construction of the power house, the installation of the heating system using the harmonious fuel for the purpose of heating and the beauty of the room is increasing rapidly. In addition to the increasing use of firewood heating equipment, the incidence of fire is also increasing. Analysis of the National Fire Data System of the Fire Department The result of the analysis of the National Fire Data System Many parts of the fire are incinerated by the accumulation of tar due to the incompleteness of periodic cleaning inside the cylinder. The distance between the fire extinguisher and the combustible materials such as ceiling, Resulting in fire. In addition, it was found that much of the fire of the firewood heating system in the time zone occurs during the sleeping and resting time and there is not enough time for the residents to cope. This, in turn, causes serious harm to the lives and property of the users of the pyrotechnic heating system. Therefore, in this study, domestic and foreign standards and laws related to fuel oil heating facilities were analyzed and 12 cases of fire accidents were analyzed. Through the revision of the fire prevention and firefighting facilities installation and maintenance law, the installation standards of the alarm and fire extinguishing facilities were presented.

발주제도 혁신을 통한 국내 건설산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 시작된 시공책임형 CM 사업이 공공부문에서 시범사업의 형태로 시행되고 있다. 그러나 정식 발주제도로 나아가기 위한 관련 법령 제정까지는 시간이 필요해 보이며, 사업에 대한 성과분석도 아직까지 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 4개의 시범사업의 사업이전단계사업관리(Pre-Construction Service)에 대한 성과분석을 통해 사업의 효과와 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. Team Building, 설계도서 정합성, 공기검토, VE, BIM 활용 등 총 5개의 분야에 대해 성과분석을 진행했으며, 참여자 면담조사를 통해 문제점을 확인하고 그에 대한 개선안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 이루어질 발주제도 법제화에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
