Subscriber Protector is installed in a point of connection between main wire and in-plant cable to protect telecommunication facilities and service users from overvoltage or overcurrent due to the lightning or induction. In Korea, there are regulations for obligation of installation and performance criteria of protectors, but these regulations in force can not cope with diversification of services because it stands on the basis of PSTN service only. In earlier paper, we suggested the improvement way of technical regulation for subscriber protector in customer premises. and in this paper, we propose revised criteria for overvoltage performance of protector in customer premises, and make feasibility of revised criteria through inspection tests.

This paper strives to shed a light on current academic resource sharing initiatives, and seeks the measure for the cooperative information resource management. It first attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of issues and implications identified through the analyses in the aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of academic resource sharing in other countries. For this job, research methods such as interviews and on/offline literature review are employed. Specific projects to be analyzed via literature and web site review, although not detailed in nature, are National Technical Information Service(NTIS) and The National Science Digital Library(NSDL) in the United States, Intute of United Kingdom, and Australian Research Repositories Online to the World(ARROW) of Australia. Next, the paper discusses such an issue as the orientation of national level academic resource sharing initiatives based on the comparison of characteristics of current academic resource sharing project. For this, a thorough comparison on background, outlines and characteristics of the projects and analysis on the specifics of each project were conducted as well.

For the continuous information security governance, we have to focus on not just technical aspects like access control and DRM, but informal level management like information security(IS) behavior, culture, and personal value. But there are few informal level studies, while many formal level studies of IS governance or technical means. This study is an empirical test that how IS culture, normal beliefs, personal behavior and value affect employee's deviant behavior. And we define a lack of an awareness of value and importance on IS regulations in organizations as "Information Security Anomie" with the concept of anomie, a viewpoint on social organization.

The purpose of this study is to know about the interference on FM Radio channel from HD Radio signal. In Korea, a data service channel, named DARC is operated by a major FM radio broadcaster which has national wide service area. Therefore, an analysis of the interference on FM radio channel with DARC data channel from HD Radio, most recently developed digital radio system. Technical parameters of FM radio with DARC data channel and HD Radio system are considered for this simulation. As results some interference generated because of HD Radio signal according to its signal allocation and service mode of HD Radio.

Recently, the need for accessing information from anywhere at any time has been a driving force for a variety of mobile applications. As the number of mobile applications increases rapidly, there has been a growing demand for the use of Service Oriented Architectures(SOA) for various applications. Mobile based SOA offers a systematic way to classify and assess technical realizations of business processes. But mobile has severly restricted range of utilizing services in computing environment and more, a mobile computer is envisioned to be equipped with more powerful capabilities, including the storage of a small database, the capacity of data processing, a narrow user input and small size of display. This paper present mobile adaption method based on SOA to overcome mobile restriction. To improve mobile efficient we analyzing mobile application requirement writing service specification, optimizing design, providing extended use case specification which test use case testing and testing service test case which derived from service specification. We discuss an mobile application testing that uses a SOA as a model for deploying discovering, specifying, integrating, implementing, testing, and invoking services. Such a service use case specification and testing technique including some idea could help the mobile application to develop cost efficient and dependable mobile services.

A recent major development in computer technology is the advent of wearable computer systems. Wearable computer systems employ a wireless universal serial bus (WUSB), which refers to a combination of USB with the WiMedia wireless technical specifications. In this study, we focus on an integrated system of WUSB over wireless body area networks (WBANs) for wireless wearable computer systems. However, current WBAN MACs do not have well-defined quality of service (QoS) mapping and resource allocation mechanisms to support multimedia streams with the requested QoS parameters. To solve this problem, we propose a novel QoS-aware time slot allocation method. The proposed method provides fair and adaptive QoS provisioning to isochronous streams according to current traffic loads and their requested QoS parameters by executing a QoS satisfaction algorithm at the WUSB/WBAN host. The simulation results show that the proposed method improves the efficiency of time slot utilization while maximizing QoS provisioning.

For the safe operation of autonomous vehicles, the representative technology of the 4^th industrial revolution era, a combination of various technologies such as sensor technology, software technology and car technology is required. An autonomous vehicle is a vehicle that recognizes current location and situation by using the various sensors, and makes its own decisions without depending on the driver. Perfect recognition technology is required for fully autonomous driving. Since the precise road maps provide various road information including lanes, stop lines, traffic lights and crosswalks, it is possible to minimize the cognitive errors that occur in autonomous vehicles by using the precise road maps with location information of the road facilities. In this study, the definition, necessity and technical trends of the precise road map have been analyzed, and the HD(High Definition) map prototype based on the web GIS has been built in the autonomous driving-specialized areas of Daegu Metropolitan City(Suseong Medical District, about 24km), the Happy City of Sejong Special Self-Governing City(about 33km), and the FMTC(Future Mobility Technical Center) PG(Proving Ground) of Seoul National University Siheung Campus using the MMS(Mobile Mapping System) surveying results given by the National Geographic Information Institute. In future research, the built-in precise road map service will be installed in the autonomous vehicles and control systems to verify the real-time locations and its location correction algorithm.

The smartfarm is a leader in the Field of environmental monitoring in agriculture. By the use of wireless remote systems, monitoring applications of the smartfarm are able to provide vital information to the farmer wherever he may be. Absentee farmers are finding the ease of viewing the application graphs on their mobile phone is providing them with peace of mind. We design system and technical requirements of service for managing and operating smart-farm based on cloud technology. It describes requirements of cloud technology for monitoring, controlling, managing, and operating cloud-based smart farm. Smart farm system and service with cloud platform contains 3 interfaces and 3 services. In addition, smart-farm using cloud platform could have several cases so it should be established and managed in varying way depending on cultivars, its size and type. This paper will focus the industry's attention on the importance of Open/Standard Cloud platform thereby stimulating the smartfarm in agriculture.

It is a reality that users do not know well what kind of information protection policy the cloud service provider presents to consumers. The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the effectiveness of information protection by analyzing the content and linguistic characteristics of information protection policies provided by cloud service providers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we investigate the contents of information protection policies of 47 companies that provide cloud services and analyze the influence of linguistic characteristics to come up with a plan to increase the efficiency of cloud services. The research results showed that low readability due to comprehensive expression of technical processing methods, etc., could lead to legal disputes and to hinder the spread of cloud services. The research results can increase the effectiveness of information protection by suggesting items to be provided to users.ing, Privacy, confidentiality, linguistic characteristics, Accounting Information.

This study tends to apprehend how much public library contributes to a role of upbuilder of digital integrated local society through a survey. For this, I performed the survey on 935 organization of public library in the whole country registered in national library statistical system. As a result, firstly, it's apprehended that equipment infra, Internet infra, etc like computer, laptop, scanner, tablet PC, etc are in relatively high level. Secondly, service or resource like electronic book, digital and virtual reference service, library service mobile App, etc that users can use are in relatively high level but software supporting cooperation and group task, fusibility of participating space, etc are shown very low level. Thirdly, the rate of literacy training relating to technology were only 22.4%, education subject focused on resource searching subject and somewhat future-oriented technical education like directions of video conference technique, cloud computing application education, etc wasn't conducted. Finally, we should consider expansion of providing technology and equipment and provision of future-oriented service and education according to a flow of the time that needs to seek change in various roles of library as enjoying culture space or creative space.
