In this paper, by using the Finite Element Method, we analysed the melting and clearing characteristic of fuse elments shapes. The melting characteristics and the effects of temperature conduction by fuse element shames was studied. We compared the actul testing results by the clearing device with the simulation result.

The JXTA was made in order to solve the problem of being generated with the computer platform suggested with the P2P(Peer-to-peer) method in the distributed computing. JXTA makes a communication between the various network and the devices is connected to a network which possible. It was designed to the client having the minimum computing ability could attend in the peer-to-peer network. However, for smoothly applying JXTA in the wireless environment, there is a limit with the limited resource of the Mobile Device. By using the Relay of the JXTA based for the Mobile Device, this paper implemented the P2P service which is flexibly effective in the wireless network environment.

When performing a project, the most important thing is building a result with planned quality within development period. Particularly, if the project is delayed or has no good quality in the case of the mobile game development project which is sensitive to the release time and quality, it is immediately connected to the failure of the project. Extreme Programming is a methodology that divides the development cycle into smaller units for reducing the risk factor of the project in which the development period is important. Purpose. External gel formulations of prostaglandin E1 ethyl ester (PGE1-EE), a prod rug of PGE1 as a therapeutic agent for erectile dysfunction, were tried and evaluated by in vitro skin penetration characteristics and in vivo pharmacodynamic effects in cat. Method. The in vitro skin penetration was performed with Franz diffusion cell and examined in aspects of alcohol/polyol ratios and various enhancers. (omitted)

The fact there are increase of intrapulmonary arterioveneous shunt amount in the liver cirrhosis patient has been known since 1950. And the method of shunt amount calculation by radionuclide method using $^{99m}Tc-MAA$ was introduced in the middle of 1970. We measured intrapulmonary shunt amount by means of perfusion lung scan using $^{99m}Tc-MAA$ in the various type of liver diseases especially in chronic liver diseases and acute liver disease. The results were as followed. 1) The amount of arteriovenous intrapulmonary shunt in the total case of liver disease was $9.3{\pm}3.9%$, and that of in the control group was $4.6{\pm}2.1%$. 2) The amount of arteriovenous intrapulmonary shunt in the chronic liver disease was $10.8{\pm}4.4%$, and that of in the acute liver disease was $7.2{\pm}2.8%$. We observed significant differences between normal control group and liver disease group, and between chronic liver disease group and acute liver disease group in the amount of shunt by the nucleolide method.

This paper presents the control method of MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) using back-to- back converter. The windturbine system use PMSG(ermanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) system considering low maintenance costs and driving performance at low wind. This paper use the adaptive sliding mode control to the torque control. Proposed method was analyzed mathematically.

To applied measurement method is fall of potential method and analysis earth resistivity used ESII(Electrical Sounding Interactive Interpretation) program. This study was done to estimate the effect of progeny numbers and pedigree depth on the accuracy of the estimated breeding value (EBV) using best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP) method in Hanwoo. The experiment groups (sire = 100, 200, and 300; progeny = 4 and 8) were made by random sampling and by genetic evaluation of the following traits: Body weight (BW), carcass weight (CW), eye muscle area (EMA), back fat thickness (BFT) and marbling score (MS9). As a result of the genetic evaluation, the accuracy of the EBV was roughly 30 - 60% with 4 progenies, and the accuracy of the EBV increased by about 50 - 75% with 8 progenies. In the other words, when the number of progenies increased from 4 to 8, the accuracy of the EBV simultaneously increased by about 15 - 20%. Moreover, when the number of sires was higher, variations in the accuracy of the EBV within the groups for each trait decreased. Therefore, this result indicates that not only the number of progeny but also the number of sires can affect the accuracy of the EBV. Consequently, collecting information on the progeny and careful management of that information are very important things in the Hanwoo breeding system. Therefore, the EBV can show more precise results when conducting genetic evaluations.

In this study, so called high frequency cycloconverter which converts commercial so power source directly to high frequency power source is proposed. In this system, the circulating current play very important role. Its state and magnitude effects on system characteristics. This paper deals with the control method of the circulating current and side band component analysis of high frequency side current which is produced by it.

In this paper, nonlinear interactions between water waves and a horizontally submerged circular cylinder are numerically simulated. In this case, the nonlinear interactions between them generated a wave breaking phenomenon. The wave breaking phenomenon plays an important role in the wave farce. Negative drifting forces are raised at shallow submerged cylinders under waves because of the wave breaking phenomenon. For the numerical simulation, a finite difference method based on the unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations and the continuity equation is adopted in the rectangular grid system. The free surface is simulated with a computational simulation method of two-layer flow by using marker density. The results are compared with some existing computational and experimental results.
