Let X be a simply connected rationally elliptic space such that H2(X; ℚ) ≠ 0. In this paper, we show that if H2n(X[2n-2]; ℚ) = 0 or if π2n(X2n) ⊗ ℚ = 0 for all n, then X is an F0-space.
Bio industry had rapidly grown up to about 32% annualy mean since '90. To overcome a trade barrier related with environmental issues, which were needed to reduce and reuse pollutants generated from the manufacturing process of product to develop and apply cleaner technology. In this paper, the usefulness of membrane process were surveyed for economical and effective treatment of waste water which were discharged from the production of polymannuronic acid. Concentration efficiencies for U/F 10k, U/F 1k, and N/F were 40%, 60%, and 80% by batch operation. Concentration efficiencies for a combination process of U/F 1k and N/F were 90% by continuous operation. There were a lot of loss of product, which could improve 25% of productivity with recovering product by introducing membrane process.
Purpose: electrophilic $^{18}F(T_{1/2}=110\;min)$ radionuclide in the form of $[^{18}F]F_2$ gas is of great significance for labeling radiopharmaceuticals for positron omission tomography (PET). However, its production In high yield and with high specific radioactivity is still a challenge to overcome several problems on targetry. The aim of the present study was to develop a method suitable for the routine production of $[^{18}F]F_2$ for the electrophilic substitution reaction. Materials and Methods: The target was designed water-cooled aluminum target chamber system with a conical bore shape. Production of the elemental fluorine was carried out via the $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ reaction using a two-step irradiation protocol. In the first irradiation, the target filled with highly enriched $^{18}O_2$ was irradiated with protons for $^{18}F$ production, which were adsorbed on the inner surface of target body. In the second irradiation, the mixed gas ($1%[^{19}F]F_2/Ar$) was leaded into the target chamber, fellowing a short irradiation of proton for isotopic exchange between the carrier-fluorine and the radiofluorine absorbed in the target chamber. Optimization of production was performed as the function of irradiation time, the beam current and $^{18}O_2$ loading pressure. Results: Production runs was performed under the following optimum conditions: The 1st irradiation for the nuclear reaction (15.0 bar of 97% enriched $^{18}O_2$, 13.2 MeV protons, 30 ${\mu}A$, 60-90 min irradiation), the recovery of enriched oxygen via cryogenic pumping; The 2nd irradiation for the recovery of absorbed radiofluorine (12.0 bar of 1% $[^{19}F]fluorine/argon$ gas, 13.2 MeV protons, 30 ${\mu}A$, 20-30 min irradiation) the recovery of $[^{18}F]fluorine$ for synthesis. The yield of $[^{18}F]fluorine$ at EOB (end of bombardment) was achieved around $34{\pm}6.0$ GBq (n>10). Conclusion: The production of $^{18}F$ electrophilic agent via $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ reaction was much under investigation. Especially, an aluminum gas target was very advantageous for routine production of $[^{18}F]fluorine$. These results suggest the possibility to use $[^{18}F]F_2$ gas as a electrophilic substitution agent.

Let G be a graph with vertex set V(G) and let f be a nonnegative integer-valued function defined on V(G). A spanning subgraph F of G is called a fractional f-factor if $d^h_G$(x)=f(x) for all x $\in$ for all x $\in$ V (G), where $d^h_G$ (x) = ${\Sigma}_{e{\in}E_x}$ h(e) is the fractional degree of x $\in$ V(F) with $E_x$ = {e : e = xy $\in$ E|G|}. In this paper it is proved that if ${\delta}(G){\geq}{\frac{b^2(k-1)}{a}},\;n>\frac{(a+b)(k(a+b)-2)}{a}$ and $|N_G(x_1){\cup}N_G(x_2){\cup}{\cdots}{\cup}N_G(x_k)|{\geq}\frac{bn}{a+b}$ for any independent subset ${x_1,x_2,...,x_k}$ of V(G), then G has a fractional f-factor. Where k $\geq$ 2 be a positive integer not larger than the independence number of G, a and b are integers such that 1 $\leq$ a $\leq$ f(x) $\leq$ b for every x $\in$ V(G). Furthermore, we show that the result is best possible in some sense.
In this paper, we give a digital graph-theoretical approach of the study of digital images with relation to a simplicial complex. Thus, a digital graph $G_k$ with some k-adjacency in ${\mathbb{Z}}^n$ can be recognized by the simplicial complex spanned by $G_k$. Moreover, we demonstrate that a graphically $(k_0,\;k_1)$-continuous map $f:G_{k_0}{\subset}{\mathbb{Z}}^{n_0}{\rightarrow}G_{k_1}{\subset}{\mathbb{Z}}^{n_1}$ can be converted into the simplicial map $S(f):S(G_{k_0}){\rightarrow}S(G_{k_1})$ with relation to combinatorial topology. Finally, if $G_{k_0}$ is not $(k_0,\;3^{n_0}-1)$-homotopy equivalent to $SC^{n_0,4}_{3^{n_0}-1}$, a graphically $(k_0,\;k_1)$-continuous map (respectively a graphically $(k_0,\;k_1)$-isomorphisim) $f:G_{k_0}{\subset}{\mathbb{Z}}^{n_0}{\rightarrow}G_{k_1}{\subset}{\mathbb{Z}^{n_1}$ induces the group homomorphism (respectively the group isomorphisim) $S(f)_*:{\pi}_1(S(G_{k_0}),\;v_0){\rightarrow}{\pi}_1(S(G_{k_1}),\;f(v_0))$ in algebraic topology.
The ribosomal synthesis of proteins in the eukaryotic cytosol has always been thought to start from the unformylated N-terminal (Nt) methionine (Met). In contrast, in virtually all nascent proteins in bacteria and eukaryotic organelles, such as mitochondria and chloroplasts, Nt-formyl-methionine (fMet) is the first building block of ribosomal synthesis. Through extensive approaches, including mass spectrometric analyses of the N-termini of proteins and molecular genetic techniques with an affinity-purified antibody for Nt-formylation, we investigated whether Nt-formylated proteins could also be produced and have their own metabolic fate in the cytosol of a eukaryote, such as yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. We discovered that Nt-formylated proteins could be generated in the cytosol by yeast mitochondrial formyltransferase (Fmt1). These Nt-formylated proteins were massively upregulated in the stationary phase or upon starvation for specific amino acids and were crucial for the adaptation to specific stresses. The stress-activated kinase Gcn2 was strictly required for the upregulation of Nt-formylated proteins by regulating the activity of Fmt1 and its retention in the cytosol. We also found that the Nt-fMet residues of Nt-formylated proteins could be distinct N-terminal degradation signals, termed fMet/N-degrons, and that Psh1 E3 ubiquitin ligase mediated the selective destruction of Nt-formylated proteins as the recognition component of a novel eukaryotic fMet/N-end rule pathway, termed fMet/N-recognin.
Let {${\Omega}$, $\mathcal{F}$, P} be a probability space and {$X_n|n{\geq}1$} be a sequence of random variables defined on it. A finite sequence of random variables {$X_n|n{\geq}1$} is said to be conditionally negatively associated given $\mathcal{F}$ if for every pair of disjoint subsets A and B of {1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n}, $Cov^{\mathcal{F}}(f_1(X_i,i{\in}A),\;f_2(X_j,j{\in}B)){\leq}0$ a.s. whenever $f_1$ and $f_2$ are coordinatewise nondecreasing functions. We extend the H$\grave{a}$jek-R$\grave{e}$nyi-type inequality from negative association to conditional negative association of random variables. In addition, some corollaries are given.
Let G = (V, E) be a (p, q) graph. Define $${\rho}=\{{\frac{2}{p}},\;{\text{{\qquad} if p is even}}\\{\frac{2}{p-1}},\;{{\text{if p is odd}}$$ and L = {±1, ±2, ±3, … , ±ρ} called the set of labels. Consider a mapping f : V ⟶ L by assigning different labels in L to the different elements of V when p is even and different labels in L to p-1 elements of V and repeating a label for the remaining one vertex when p is odd.The labeling as defined above is said to be a pair difference cordial labeling if for each edge uv of G there exists a labeling |f(u) - f(v)| such that ${\mid}{\Delta}_{f_1}-{\Delta}_{f^c_1}{\mid}{\leq}1$, where ${\Delta}_{f_1}$ and ${\Delta}_{f^c_1}$ respectively denote the number of edges labeled with 1 and number of edges not labeled with 1. A graph G for which there exists a pair difference cordial labeling is called a pair difference cordial graph. In this paper we investigate pair difference cordial labeling behaviour of Petersen graphs P(n, k) like P(n, 2), P(n, 3), P(n, 4).

Let {${\Omega}$, $\mathcal{F}$, P} be a probability space and {$X_n{\mid}n{\geq}1$} be a sequence of random variables defined on it. A finite sequence of random variables {$X_i{\mid}1{\leq}i{\leq}n$} is a conditional associated given $\mathcal{F}$ if for any coordinate-wise nondecreasing functions f and g defined on $R^n$, $Cov^{\mathcal{F}}$ (f($X_1$, ${\ldots}$, $X_n$), g($X_1$, ${\ldots}$, $X_n$)) ${\geq}$ 0 a.s. whenever the conditional covariance exists. We obtain the H$\grave{a}$jek-R$\grave{e}$nyi-type inequality for conditional associated random variables. In addition, we establish the strong law of large numbers, the three series theorem, integrability of supremum, and a strong growth rate for $\mathcal{F}$-associated random variables.
