최근 마이데이터 사업이 본격화됨에 따라 개인데이터 활용에 관한 관심은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 그러나 마이데이터에 관한 연구들은 아직까지 초기 단계로서, 법·제도적 논의에 집중되어 있으며 종합적인 시각에서 마이데이터를 조망한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 데이터거래에 관한 논의가 본격화된 2018년부터 현시점까지의 뉴스를 분석하여 사회적 논의가 형성한 잠재적 주제를 분석하고자 하였다. LDA 토픽모델링 기법을 통한 뉴스데이터 분석을 통하여 마이데이터 기반 금융혁신, 마이데이터 사업자 지위 및 허가, 데이터 관련 법 개정, 안전한 데이터 활용, 데이터 경제활성화 정책, 사업자의 전략 등 6개의 잠재적 주제를 도출하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 마이데이터 태동과 함께 나타난 사회적 이슈를 종합적으로 조망하고 관련 논의의 공백을 도출하여 시사점을 제시한 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 마이데이터 서비스 개시 이후의 변화를 파악하고, 마이데이터 산업별 심도깊은 연구를 통하여 구체적인 시사점을 제공하길 기대한다.

With the revision of the Credit Information Use and Protection Act in August 2020, the MyData service based on open banking policy will take effect in January 2022. Nonetheless, the previous studies focused on the legal system or security-related issues of such service. Therefore, this paper conducted an empirical study on financial consumers aged 20 or older nationwide to analyze the factors which influence the intention to use MyData services based on open banking. Five characteristics representing open banking-based MyData service were derived through prior research, and a research model that combined value-based adoption model and privacy calculus theory was presented. The proposed research model and the relationship of its variables was analyzed using a sample of 400 users that is randomly selected. The results of empirical analysis showed that personalization had the greatest influence on benefits and reliability on sacrifice among service characteristics. They also suggested that MyData operators should devote themselves to providing customized services optimized for customers and establishing trust relationships. It was confirmed that both usefulness and enjoyment had a great influence on perceived value, and in terms of sacrifice, the burden of financial costs had a greater influence than privacy concerns. This study is meaningful in that it explored the psychological propensity of financial consumers to identify service utilization factors and presented a new approach that can contribute to the successful settlement of the domestic MyData industry.

데이터 3법 개정에 따라 새롭게 금융분야 마이데이터 산업이 도입되었다. 마이데이터 서비스는 맞춤형 금융상품 비교/추천, 맞춤형 소비 조언 등 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다. 2022년부터 마이데이터 서비스가 시작되었지만 현재 서비스 이용은 크게 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 개인 맞춤형 금융상품 비교/추천 등 금융 소비자 관점에서 마이데이터 서비스 이용에 미치는 요인에 대해 가치기반수용모델을 통해 연구하고자 했다. 이익(Benefit)과 희생(Sacrifice) 변수를 이용하여 금융 소비자들이 갖는 마이데이터 서비스에 대한 지각된 가치와 이용 의도와 관련된 요인을 검증하였다. 조절변수로는 개인 혁신성을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 맞춤형 상품 비교/추천 서비스는 금융 소비자의 마이데이터 서비스 이용 의도에 중요한 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 개인 혁신성이 조절변수로서 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 마이데이터 서비스 시행 후, 1년이 경과하지 않은 시점에서 소비자의 인지된 가치를 연구하였기에 시기적으로 선행 연구로서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 실무적으로는 마이데이터 서비스의 방향성과 마케팅 소구점을 확인할 수 있었다.

Purpose The importance of data as a key resource of the intelligence revolution is being highlighted, among all those phenomena MyData is attracting attention as a key concept by organizations and individuals that eventually leads the data economy. In this regard, this study was started to contribute to the successful settlement and continuous growth of the domestic MyData industry, which has just entered the system. Design/methodology/approach To develop and test all proposed casual relationships within the research model, we used the Value-Attitude-Behavior(VAB) model as a basic framework. A total of 385 copies were used for the final analysis, and for SPSS 25.0, MS-Excel 2016, and AMOS 24.0 to summarize respondent demographic characteristics, measurement model, and structural model. Findings Findings show that all proposed hypotheses were supported with the exception of the moderating effect of organizational information transparency between data controllability and perceived value, and between data controllability and attitude toward MyData service.

The paper is based on data collected from the Amazon website (specific in the Handmade's Category) to understand and analyze Vietnamese artisans' business context. Data analysis is also applied to determine the factors that bring success Handmade products and compare products of the same industry among competitors to find out potential products. By collecting data from Amazon and analyzing the data, we extracted useful information for online business developers. Besides, the list of potential products in Handmade sector can be referred to improve the business and compete with competitors. This paper also proposes solutions to help Vietnamese products become more appealing to international customers on the Amazon website.

최근 석유화학 산업단지에서 발생하는 가스누출, 화재 등의 사고로 화학물질에 관한 안전이 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 울산, 여수지역의 산단들은 석유화학 산업에 크게 이바지하고 있어 유익함이 있는 반면에, 화학 누출 사고 등으로 인하여 재해가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 화학 사고 대응을 위해 실외 설비 기준 20[m] 간격으로 센서 노드를 구성하고, TLVs의 8시간 기준(TWA)과 15분 기준(STEL)의 노출 허용농도를 제시하였다. 제안된 시스템은 멀티 홉 통신에서 0.6~0.75[s] 주기로 수집된 데이터를 Python으로 전처리하여 SQL 문을 통해 MySQL 데이터베이스에 저장하였으며, MySQL과 Grafana를 연동하여 저장된 데이터를 5초에 1회씩 갱신하는 실시간 원격 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다.

플랫폼 비즈니스의 급속한 성장과 함께 디지털 트랜스포메이션은 기업의 가장 중요한 화두로 부상하였으며, 기업에게 있어 더 이상 선택사항이 아닌 생존을 위한 필수전략이 되었다. 많은 기존 기업들은 디지털화를 위하여 필사의 노력을 하고 있다. 관련된 많은 연구들이 있었지만, 아직 대부분 사례 분석들을 통한 개념적 모델 수준의 연구들에 머물고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 기반이 되는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 중심으로 트랜스포메이션을 통해 획득할 효익의 근간이 되는 데이터의 통합 및 증가되는 네트워크 효과의 효익을 학술적, 체계적으로 분석해 보고자 하는 것이다. 플랫폼 기반 변화는 내부의 효율성 강화와 외부적 확장으로 구분할 수 있다. 내부적으로는 기업의 내부 데이터가 결합되고 다시 의사결정 및 실행과 결합되도록 하는 데이터 구조 개선 및 조직의 개선이 필요할 것이며, 외부적으로는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 기반 사업 구현으로 보다 많은 소비자의 외부 데이터를 결합, 활용하는 구조를 세워 신사업 개척, 소비자 행동 예측을 위한 가치를 높여야 할 것이다. 디지털 트랜스포메이션이 성숙되지 않은 상황에서, IT인프라가 가장 구조적으로 앞서 있는 금융산업은 가장 먼저 산업적으로 이상을 실현할 수 있는 산업으로 기대되고 있다. 외부 데이터 결합 사업을 위하여 금융 기업들은 다양한 시도들을 하고 있으며, 좋은 결실을 맺는다면 타 산업의 전환성숙에도 공헌할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 정책적으로는 정부의 마이데이터 사업 실시에 있어 국가 차원의 데이터 구조, 거래 체계에 대한 논의가 빨리 진행되어야 할 필요성을 제기하였다.

In this paper, we propose a study on DB-based automatic crop cultivation that obtains crop cultivation data using IOT and automatically controls the cultivation environment using it. A system for DB-based automatic crop cultivation that automatically controls the cultivation environment is composed of a management server and a local controller. The management server was implemented using the MySQL DB in the Linux server system, and the local controller was designed and manufactured using the WiFi module and ARM Coretax-3 series MCU and confirmed its operation in the laboratory. The purpose of this study is to provide the optimal cultivation data and to grasp the cultivation status in real time when the knowledge of professional cultivation is needed like the farmers of ear farm villages. Research should continue to enable the cultivation of crops to reflect the requirements of each user.

본 연구는 2020년 8월에 시행된 데이터 3법 개정안의 주요 내용과 의미, 향후 전망 등을 금융 산업계 및 데이터 산업계에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 분석·고찰한다. 신용정보법의 개정으로 과거 신용 조회업으로만 단일 규정되었던 업종이 구체화 될 수 있을 것으로 보이고, 국내 데이터 산업계에는 마이데이터 산업 및 데이터 거래 산업과 플랫폼 활성화, 데이터 가명 처리와 거래 절차의 구체화 등이 가능하리라 전망된다. 데이터 3법 개정안의 합리적·효율적 적용과 이행을 위해서는 개인정보보호위원회의 운영이 최대한 투명하고 적법하며, 그 과정에서 공정성이 보장되어야 한다. 개인정보 활용에 있어서도 데이터 처리 기술의 개발·보완이 필수적이고, 명확한 데이터 처리 방법과 영역이 규정될 필요가 있다. 나아가 공정한 데이터 시장 경쟁 체제 보장 및 제도화, 데이터 위법 행위에 대한 처벌 규정 강화, 보안 시스템의 확립 및 강화, 데이터 이관에 대한 협력 시스템 강화가 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다.

정보보호시스템(Information protection system)기반의 IT 환경 구축이 보편화되면서 공공기관 및 기업체에서는 정보시스템 자원의 활용과 통합을 위한 하나의 필수적인 환경으로 인식하기 시작하였고, 클라우드 시스템(Cloud System), 클라우드 보안(Cloud Security), 빅데이터(Big Data), 빅데이터 보안(Big Data Security), 산업보안(Industry Security)등이 이슈화 되고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 인해 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 구축에 따른 내외부적인 보안 위협요소 분석과 대응방안 수립하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 도입에 따른 여러 가지 보안 위협요소를 알아보고 특히 산업보안적인 측면과 내외부 보안위협요소에 관한 측면을 조명하여 대응방안 수립에 관한 기반 지식을 제공하고자 한다.
