  • This cross-level study of 77 samples from Korean 1st-tier suppliers participating in knowledge-sharing networks examined the impact of partnering(joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system) on supplier relationship outcomes(competativeness improvement and innovative idea suggestion). The findings showed that joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system were positively related to both supplier's competativeness improvement and its innovative idea suggestion. Whereas, joint problem solving system did account for a significant variance only in innovative idea suggestion. The findings, further, demonstrated that mutual trust moderated the relationship between joint problem solving system and supplier relationship outcomes. Implications for theory and practice are suggested.

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.

Those whose mark was more than 75% (low) had Depression(8.7%),Obsessive compulsive reaction(5.2%) Anxiety(3.6%). In social support, the average mark was 3.03 on the basis of 4 marks, which showed comparatively high support; relationship with friends was 75.4%, companionship was 75.4%, and mutual understanding was 72.3%. There is also an unusual difference in social support depending on the major subjects, the character, the problem at present and the attitude toward his parents. In mental health, both male and female students got higher marks in Depression, Obsessive compulsive reaction than in any other item. In social support level all students had a high support in the relationship with friends and mutual understanding. Those who are affectionate to and dependent on their parents had a tendency to have better mental health. The simple correlation modules between social support mark and mental health one was -0.5555 and the partial correlation modules of controlling sex, age, growth place was -0.5557. There was little difference between them. In mental health items Interpersonal sensitivity was highest correlated with social support and Somatinization was lowest correlated. There was a significant correlation between mental health and social support: the higher social support were, the better mental health was. In conclusion, the study showed that the relationship between the social support and the mental health level revealed a significant correlation. In social support Expressive support (companionship support, mutual understanding support) showed a higher degree of support than instrumental support(monetary support, demand support). Therefore, in the guidance of students, it is necessary to expand expressive support considering these respects. Further multidimensional study is needed on how to improve the mental health of junior students through the social support.

  • The network structures of a hyperlinked environment can be a rich source of information about the contents of the environment and it provides effective means for understanding it. Recently, there have been a number of algorithms proposed analyzing hypertext link structure so as to determine the best authorities for a given topic or query. In this paper, we review the algorithm of mutual reinforcement relationship for finding hubs and authorities from World Wide Web, and suggest SHA, a new approach for link-structure analysis, which uses the relationships among a set of relative authoritative pages, a set of hub pages, and a set of super hub pages.

  • Both of the three Um and three Yang and the six hyo(六爻) of Iching are based on Um and Yang theory and five phases theory. This paper is about mutual relation of them. First, every change in the universe is induced by Un and Ki. Un is the nature that things have their own. Ki is surroundings that things change in. Second, Un and Ki are not separate things. That is they are generated by each other. Third, both of them are the signs of change which means they are similar. The first Hyo (初爻) and Kwolum-pungmok(厥陰風木), the seond Hyo(二爻) and Soum-gunhwa(少陰君火), the third Hyo(三爻) and Teum-supto(太陰濕土), the forth Hyo(四爻) and Soyang-sanghwa(少陽相火), the fifth Hyo(五爻) and Yangmyung-zogum(陽明燥金), and the sixth Hyo(六爻) and Teyang-hansu(太陽寒水) have similar principles. It is important to make clear up their meanings and mutual relation.

  • Recent years have witnessed an increasing number of alternative school students in Korea. However, few studies have empirically examined these students' school adjustment and peer relationship skills. To address this gap in the literature, this study examines the effects of individual characteristics, family characteristics and peer relationship skills on these students' school adjustment. Four aspects of school adjustment were measured as dependent variables. These four aspects included peer relationship adjustment, relationships with teachers, school environment adjustment, and schoolwork attitude adjustment. The peer relationship skills included three components, namely initiative, mutual closeness, and order awareness. Data were collected from 323 alternative middle and high school students through a structured questionnaire. The statistical analysis methods included descriptive statistics and a hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN 19.0. According to the results, peer relationship skills as well as family background characteristics, including the age of the father, the education level of the father, the family economic level, and the number of close family members, had significant effects on school adjustment. The results highlight the importance of peer relationship skills for these students' successful school adjustment and have important policy and theoretical implications.
