Near infrared reflectance(NIR) spectroscopy was used to determine the degree of retrogradation of cooked rice. Cooked rice samples were stored at $4^{\circ}C$ for 120 hours, and the degree of retrogradation was measured at every 6 hour during the storage time. Stored cooked rices were freeze-dried, milled and passed through a 100 mesh sieve. Enzymatic method using glucoamylase was used as reference method for the determination of the degree of retrogradation. Spectral differences due to retrogradation of cooked rice were observed at 1434, 1700, 1928, 2100, 2284 and 2320 nm. 32 samples of which moisture content were below 5% were used for calibration set, and 16 samples were used for validation set. High correlations were achieved between degree of retrogradation determined by conventional enzymatic method and by NIR with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.9753, and a standard error of calibration(SEC) of 3.64%. Comparable results were obtained with 3.91% of standard error of prediction(SEP), when the calibration equation was applied to independent group of samples of which moisture contents were in the range of calibration set. But when the calibration equation was applied to samples of which moisture contents were outer range of calibration set, SEP and bias were increased and correlation coefficient was decreased. The determination of degree of retrogradation was affected by sample moisture content. To determine degree of retrogradation of cooked rice by NIR using this calibration equation, it was suggested that sample moisture content should be controlled to below 5%.
This study was conducted to explore the impact of learning strategies on the level of participation in the online collaborative learning process. To do this, We studied 91 students who took professorship courses at A university in the Seoul metropolitan area. At the beginning of the semester, the learning strategies were measured through MSLQ, rehearsal, elaboration, organizing, critical thinking, metacognition, learning management, effort control, peer learning, and seeking help. Next, cooperative tasks were carried out to measure the interaction, and group composition consisted of 4-5 persons. The level of participation was measured by scores given to the messages created for interaction. The process of collaborative learning was divided into the steps of identifying learning goals, learning plans, performing individual learning, sharing learning results, and writing reports. The effects of learning strategies on participation level were analyzed through multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection method). As a result, the learning goal step influenced the highest level of metacognition, and the learning plan is the management of the learning time, the demonstration of the learning execution, the adjustment of the effort, the acquisition of help, the collegial learning, Writing was influenced by organization, elaboration, critical thinking, and critical thinking, metacognition, and elaboration.
Purpose - This study aims to investigate a solution to reduce the negative reactions arising from the performance of duties or the job distress of workers in the service industry, because human resource statistics regarding workers in the service sector have been unreported, while concerns regarding exposure to emotional exertion and poor working conditions have been continuously increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study specifically focused on workers in highway service areas. It differs from previous studies because it involves the perspective of the person-organization fit and regards workers' cognition of leaders through the psychological distance toward the leader and the contact frequency between workers and leaders within the framework of the leader-individual fit. Moreover, this study highlights the role of the self-leadership of workers as an important factor that becomes manifested in the individual-level fit to the organization. Hence, this study investigates whether the positive role of the above factors, in turn, could reduce job distress. Workers from highway service areas in Gyeonggi-do province provided data; 141 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of constructs. Simple regression, multiple regression, and 3 step mediation tests were used to test the hypotheses after the correlation tests. Results - Results indicated that leader-member contact frequency and psychological distance have negative effects on job distress but positive effects on self-leadership. A mediation test revealed that self-leadership, in the relationships between contact frequency and job distress and between psychological distance and job distress, resulted in partial mediation and full mediation, respectively. Conclusions - The result can be understood through two different possible explanations. First, service area workers generally possess a positive perspective toward their leaders. This can be interpreted to mean that increased contact frequency and psychological distance would be considered as supports from the leader, rather than intrusive controls or management schemes. Therefore, the management in highway service areas should invest efforts in increasing contact frequency as well as maximizing psychological similarities by adopting the viewpoints of workers in terms of moral and ethical management, to reduce the workers' job distress. The results relating to self-leadership also indicate that increased contact frequency must be accompanied by intentions for the effective promotion of workers' self-leadership. It also signifies the necessity of a strategic approach by leaders to induce workers to perceive "in-group"ness as suggested both by the similarity-attraction theory and by the social identity theory. In addition, the results of the mediation test of self-leadership indicate that because workers' self-leadership activates upon increased contact frequency by the leader, it should not be a means of control and should not be utilized only from the perspective of management. It is also suggested that strategies such as transfer of authority could have a positive effect in promoting the expansion of self-influence from workers.
Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate the extent to which the professional self concept between the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and general nurse in psychiatric ward was comparable. The results were expected to provide basic data for developing the construct of professional self concept and making awareness of the importance of the program increasing professional self concept. Method : The subjects of this study were 227 PMHNP and 436 general nurse in psychiatric ward. The instruments used for this study were PSCNI by Arthur (1990), PSI by Heppner and Peterson(1982) and the index of work satisfaction by Slavitt et al.(1978). With the aid of the SAS, t-test. two-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression were conducted. Result : 1. The average item score of PSCNI of PMHNP was $2.82\pm0.27$. and that of general nurse was $2.66\pm0.27$. Statistically significant difference between two groups was found(p=0.0000) 2. There was statistically significant difference between two groups in the score of professional practice(p=0.0000), satisfaction(p=0.0024), leadersbip(p=0.0000) , flexibility(p=0.0000) and skill (p=0.0000). 3. Statistically significant differences between the two groups were observed in terms of age(p=0.0003), marital status(p=0.0001). education(p=0.0005), religion(p=-.0144), motive (P=-.0001), length of service as a nurse(p=0.0121), the length of service in psychiatric unit(p=0.0143). However there were no significant interaction effect with group and age, marital state. education, religion, motive, length of service as a nurse, length of service in psychiatric unit. 4. Job satisfaction (JS) and problem solving inventory score(PS) were found to be the highest factor predicting the professional self concept between the PMHNP and general nurse. JS and PS accounted for $43.4\%$ in the professional self concept of PMHNP, whereas PS, JS, age and religion accounted for $53\%$ in the professional self concept of general nurse in psychiatric ward. In conclusion, this study suggested that we need to develop programs and polices to increase the professional self concept of nurse, particularly of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.

This study aimed at suggesting Willingness To Pay (WTP) for introduction of the Traffic Accident emergency Call (TAC) system by using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) which is a general valuation method. As the method, this study suggested a WTP estimation method of the TAC system with the double-bound dichotomous choice model. In previous studies, the data are processed differently according to the type of questions and analysis models used for the calculation of willingness to pay. Therefore, we re-organized the model by the cases using the truncated data sets, and showed the difference in WTPs. The dataset was developed by more than 500 questionnaire obtained from online and offline survey with the consideration of composition ratio by age group referring housing census in 2010 to mitigate regional bias of samples. At last, this study applied various statistical methods, survival analysis, multiple regression, and Tobit model for better interpretation of the questionnaires.

Objectives: This study was performed to find the differences in physical activity according to general characteristics and factors related to physical activity between the elderly over 65 with hypertension living rural and urban areas. Methods: This study included 681 participants (221 rural, 460 urban) with hypertension from The Fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES V). The collected data were analyzed through an $x^2$-test to examine the differences in physical activity and multiple logistic regression to assess factors related to physical activity between the elderly over 65 with hypertension living rural and urban areas. Results: The significant statistical factors related with physical activities for the urban hypertension group were education level, activities of daily living, and quality of life. However, the related factors for rural residents were activities of daily living and limitation of activity. Conclusions: The study results indicated that the factors that affected the level of physical activity revealed difference in case hypertension between the urban and rural groups. An awareness of the importance of physical activity will have a positive influence on improving the physical function and quality of life for elderly people with hypertension.
This study investigates convergent influence on job seeking stress and its association with self esteem, hopelessness, depression, locus of control and type A behavior pattern among some college women. The survey was administered to 531 college women in Jeonbuk area from March 28th to April 29th, 2016. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis show the following. The job seeking stress of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which self esteem is lower and groups in which hopelessness, depression, external locus of control and type A behavior pattern are higher. Their explanatory power was 43.2%. With the analysis of covariance structure, we could confirm relationship among the four factors such as self esteem, hopelessness, depression, locus of control, type A behavior pattern and job seeking stress. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase self esteem, and to decrease hopelessness, depression, locus of control and type A behavior pattern, are required to reduce the job seeking stress of the college women. The results are expected to be useful for the development of program and policy to decrease the job seeking stress of the college women. In the following study, the analysis about additional factors of influence on job seeking stress will be needed.
The study was conducted with the aim of identifying the impact of competition anxiety on dance immersion and performance in high school students majoring in dance. As of 2020, online surveys were conducted on students majoring in dance at high schools in Seoul and the metropolitan area. A total of 222 people's data were processed by applying t-test, one-way variable analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis through SPS 18.0 for Windows, resulting in the following conclusions. First, male students were more confident in their condition than female students, and students who recognized that their family's economic power was in the middle class were more aware. In addition, it was found that the group perceived that economic power was at the top of the list was higher than the median. Second, cognitive anxiety and self-confidence have been shown to have a static effect on immersion into dance. Third, cognitive anxiety and self-confidence have been shown to have a static effect on the achievement of uselessness. Fourth, immersion in dance appeared to be a powerful parameter related to competition anxiety and achievement of dance. To sum up the above conclusions, competition among high school students majoring in dance has been shown to increase their performance by immersing themselves in dance, but further studies of these psychological variables are expected to have side effects.
The analysis of visitor's behavior in Hallasan National Park was executed for a month in september, 1990. In the characteristics of trip purpose, the nature-oriented motive was 68.9% of the total. And in the characteristics of the accompanied, the ratio of such items as company, friends,2-3 persons and above 12 persons was generally high. The ratio of lunch box was 62.7% and the item of bring back waste treatment was 69.6% in the characteristic of activity. The degree of landscape satisfaction was 3.98 and comparatively high on considering the maximum degree of 5.0, but in the degree of facility, the degree of dissatisfaction was high. Therefore the degree of total satisfaction was 3.43. In the opinion of users, the entrance by order of arrival, the adoption of reserved system and the limitation of the entrance of a group were gen- orally objected but the adoptation of nature rest-rotation system was comparatively assented Specially, visitor center was rarely used but many visitor who has attended there positively think about it. In factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted. Facilitate, social. user behavior and natural property were the most affecting factor to psychological satisfaction test. Multiple regression results showed that cleanness, land-scape, safety, no. of wastebasket and crowdness items affected the total satisfaction variable in total and local area.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors of the students' achievement on the computer training courses which are based on computer practice. In order to improve the academic achievement of the students, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting academic achievement and apply the results of the analysis to education. In particular, it is necessary to study for finding out factors of the academic achievement in practical computer training courses, because these courses are different from other courses focusing on the theory. In this study, in order to find out the factors, the logistic regression analysis and the decision tree analysis which is the field of data mining were peformed. For the experimental data, the test results of the MOS certification of the S university in seoul were used. Through logistic regression analysis it is found that the factors of the professors, class size, lecture time, group(lecture period) are important in order. Through decision tree analysis of data mining, it is found that there are some additional factors ; entrance year, whether the course is retaken, and the classroom environment. and these various factors effect the academic achievement compositively as identified through the model tree. The tree model was presented as a result of the analysis, and the importance of the factors is expressed numerically from multiple tree models by using the proposed mathematical formula.
