설계자유도 향상을 위한 부가가공 기반의 3차원 회로장치 제작 (3-Dimensional Circuit Device Fabrication for Improved Design Freedom based on the Additive Manufacturing)

  • Multi-material Additive Manufacturing (AM) is being focused to apply for direct manufacturing of a product. In this paper, a three-dimensional circuit device (3DCD) fabrication technology based on the multi-material AM technology was proposed. In contrast with conventional two-dimensional Printed Circuit Board (PCB), circuit elements and conducting wires of 3DCD are placed in threedimensional configuration at multiple layers of the structure. Therefore, 3DCD technology can improve design freedom of an electronic product. In this paper, 3DCD technology is proposed based on AM technology. Two types of 3DCD fabrication systems were developed based on the Stereolithography and the Fused Deposition Modeling technologies. And the 3DCD samples which have same function were fabricated, successfully.

PCB회로 보드장치내의 안정적 방열설계를 위한 연구 (The stable design of radiant heat inside PCB circuit board device)

  • In this study, the heat flow analysis compatible commercial code CFX 11 was used to develop the structure inside PCB circuit board devices, which could stable radiant heat as well as the cooling device within it. In case of modifying the arrangement of electronic parts on the PCB inside the multi channel temperature measurement board devices, radiant heat effects did not show a rising tendency, whereas the overall temperature went down in case of installing the vents in the outer case of PCB circuit board devices. In terms of installation location, it was the most appropriate to install it on the electronic parts with no heat. Besides, in case of mounting the fan as a cooling device by considering various user environments for multi channel temperature measurement board devices, the radiant heat effects were shown higher than in case of installing the vents, and the middle sections were the most appropriate to its installation location. In case of changing the wind quantity of the fan from its selected installation location, the best radiant heat effects were shown at high speed as expected.

다중 흡수정을 갖는 펌프장 모델의 유동균일성 해석 (Numerical Analysis on the Flow Uniformity in a Pump Sump Model with Multi Pump Intake)

  • The head-capacity curves for pumps developed by the pump manufacturer are based on tests of a single pump operating in a semi-infinite basin with no close walls or floors and with no stray currents. Therefore, flow into the pump intake is with no vortices or swirling. However, pump station designers relying on these curves to define the operating conditions for the pump selected sometimes meet the reductions of capacity and efficiency, as well as the increase of vibration and additional noise, which were caused by air-entered flow in the pump station. From this background, the authors are carrying out a systematic study on the flow characteristics of intakes within a sump of pump station model. Multi-intake sump model with anti-submerged vortex device basin is designed and the characteristics of submerged vortex is investigated in the flow field by numerical simulation. In this study, a commercial CFD code is used to predict the vortex generation in the pump station accurately. The analysed results by CFD show that the vortex structure and effect of anti-submerged vortex device are different at each pump intake channel.

추진기관 적용 펄스분리장치의 파열특성 분석 (Bursting Performance Analysis of a Pulse Separation Device for a Rocket Motor)

  • 다중펄스 로켓모타 기술은 일회성 추력발생 방식에 비하여 여러 가지 장점이 있다. 추진기관에 펄스분리장치를 적용하면 적절한 추력배분을 통하여 유도탄의 사거리 연장 및 종말속도를 향상시킨다. 본 연구에서는 격벽형 펄스분리장치의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 실물형 Heavy-type 추진기관을 설계, 제작하여 지상연소시험을 수행하였다. 지상연소시험 시 계측한 추진기관의 압력, 추력, 진동 결과를 바탕으로 펄스분리장치의 파열특성인 파열시간과 파열압력 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 2단 연소압력의 30% 이하에서 파열되어야 한다는 요구조건을 만족함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Multi-scale modelling of the blood chamber of a left ventricular assist device

  • This paper examines the blood chamber of a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) under static loading conditions and standard operating temperatures. The LVAD's walls are made of a temperature-sensitive polymer (ChronoFlex C 55D) and are covered with a titanium nitride (TiN) nano-coating (deposited by laser ablation) to improve their haemocompatibility. A loss of cohesion may be observed near the coating-substrate boundary. Therefore, a micro-scale stress-strain analysis of the multilayered blood chamber was conducted with FE (finite element) code. The multi-scale model included a macro-model of the LVAD's blood chamber and a micro-model of the TiN coating. The theories of non-linear elasticity and elasto-plasticity were applied. The formulated problems were solved with a finite element method. The micro-scale problem was solved for a representative volume element (RVE). This micro-model accounted for the residual stress, a material model of the TiN coating, the stress results under loading pressures, the thickness of the TiN coating and the wave parameters of the TiN surface. The numerical results (displacements and strains) were experimentally validated using digital image correlation (DIC) during static blood pressure deformations. The maximum strain and stress were determined at static pressure steps in a macro-scale FE simulation. The strain and stress were also computed at the same loading conditions in a micro-scale FE simulation.

스마트 연결 제어 시스템과 연결 구조물의 통합 최적 설계 (Integrated Optimal Design of Smart Connective Control System and Connected Buildings)

  • A smart connective control system was invented recently for coupling control of adjacent buildings. Previous studies on this topic focused on development of control algorithm for the smart connective control system and design method of control device. Usually, a smart control devices are applied to building structures after structural design. However, because structural characteristics of building structure with control devices changes, a iterative design is required for optimal design. To defeat this problem, an integrated optimal design method for a smart connective control system and connected buildings was proposed. For this purpose, an artificial seismic load was generated for control performance evaluation of the smart coupling control system. 20-story and 12-story adjacent buildings were used as example structures and an MR (magnetorheological) damper was used as a smart control device to connect adjacent two buildings. NSGA-II was used for multi-objective integrated optimization of structure-smart control device. Numerical simulation results show the integrated optimal design method proposed in this study can provide various optimal designs for smart connective control system and connected buildings presenting good control performance.

  • 내진설계기준이 점차 강화되고 다경간 연속화에 대한 시도가 증가됨에 따라 기존의 내진설계로는 지진력의 처리가 곤란하여 다점고정장치와 감쇠를 통해 지진에너지를 소산시키는 장주기화, 분산, 감쇠를 통해 지진력을 효과적으로 감소시키는 면진장치의 사용이 날로 증가하고 있다. 그러나 내진장치 적용에 대한 다양성 부재와 장치를 적용한 설계경험의 부족 등의 이유로 특정교량에 적절한 내진장치를 선정하는데 상당한 어려움이 따르고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 내진장치가 적용된 교량의 지진시 거동특성에 대한 연구를 수행하여 받침장치 선정시 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

OLED 내구성에 미치는 무기/에폭시층 보호막의 영향 (The Effect of Passivation Film with Inorganic/Epoxy Layers on Life Time Characteristics of OLED Device)

  • The passivation films with epoxy layer on LiF, $SiN_x$ and LiF/$SiN_x$ inorganic layer were fabricated on OLED to protect device from the direct damage of $O_2$ and $H_2O$ and to apply for a buffer layer between OLED device and passivation multi-layer with organic/inorganic hybrid structure as to diminish the thermal stress and expansion. Red OLED doped with 1 vol.% Rubrene in $Alq_3$ was used as a basic device. The device structure was multi-layer of ITO(150 nm) / ELM200_HIL(50 nm) / ELM002_HTL(30 nm) / $Alq_3$: 1 vol.% Rubrene(30 nm) / $Alq_3$(30 nm) / LiF(0.7 nm) / Al(100 nm). LiF/epoxy applied as a protective layer didn't contribute to the improvement of life time. While in case of $SiN_x$/epoxy, damage was done in the passivation process because of difference in heat expansion between films which could occur during the formation of epoxy film. Using LiF/$SiN_x$/epoxy improved lifetime significantly without suffering damage in the process of forming films, therefore, the best structure of passivation film with inorganic/epoxy layers was LiF/$SiN_x$/E1.

표준 웹 환경 디바이스 핑거프린트를 활용한 이용자 인증모델 연구 (A Study on User Authentication Model Using Device Fingerprint Based on Web Standard)

  • 편리한 인터넷 이용환경을 조성하기 위해 정부에서는 공공·민간 웹사이트의 플러그인 제거 정책을 추진하고 있다. 일반적으로 금융서비스를 제공하는 금융기관 웹사이트는 전자금융거래 안정성 강화를 위해 이상금융거래 탐지시스템을 운영 중이며 이용자의 정보를 수집 및 분석하기 위해 설치형 소프트웨어를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 플러그인 제거 정책에 따라 별도의 소프트웨어 설치 없이 이용자의 정보를 수집할 수 있는 대체 기술 및 대응정책이 필요하다. 본 연구는 표준 웹 환경에서 사용 가능한 디바이스 핑거프린팅 기술들을 소개하고 다양한 기법 중 선택할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시한다. 그리고 디바이스 핑거프린트를 활용한 머신러닝 기반 이용자 인증모델을 제안한다. 실제로 크롬과 익스플로러 이용자로부터 디바이스 핑거프린트를 수집하여 머신러닝 알고리즘 기반 Multi-class 인증모델을 생성하였으며 실험 결과, 크롬 기반 모델은 약 85%~89%의 성능을 보였으며 익스플로러 기반 모델은 약 93%~97%의 성능을 보였다.

N-스크린을 위한 인증 및 보안 위협 해결 시스템 (A System of Authentication and Security threat solution for N-screen services)

  • N-스크린은 단일 컨텐츠를 다중 디바이스에서 시간 공간의 제약 없이 제공 받을 수 있는 서비스이다. 네트워크가 달라지거나 디바이스가 달라질 경우 혹은 플랫폼이 달라지는 경우에도 적합한 인증을 거쳐 디바이스에 맞는 영상을 끊김 없이 보낸다. 이에 따라 발생하는 보안 위협 요소로는 사용자 인증에 대한 문제가 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 N-스크린의 특성상 발생하는 다중 디바이스에서 사용 가능한 인증 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 인증기법 중 가볍고 처리 절차가 간단한 인증기법인 준동형 암호 알고리즘을 사용하여 사용자 인증을 간소화하였고, DATA의 무결성을 보장하고자 하였다. 또한 다중 디바이스를 사용하는 N-스크린 서비스의 특성상 장비 변경에 따른 추가 인증을 간편하게 처리하고자 하였다. 제안한 인증 프로토콜에 대한 효율성과 안전성에 대한 검토 결과, 암호 알고리즘을 처리하는데 작은 저장 용량과 낮은 프로세서에도 동작하기 쉽기 때문에 다중 디바이스를 사용하는 데 안전하고 적합하였다.
