Energy recovery in the regenerative region is very important when SRM is used in traction drive. This paper suggests multi-level inverter which is useful for motoring and regenerative operation. The proposed method is verified through simulations and experiments.

This problem in this paper concerns the determination of safety stock for multi-echelon invenetory system. In this model the criterion is to minimize system safety stock subject to a service level constraint and expected annual total cost. Then, safety stock is determined by minimizing expected annual total cost and satisfying given service level. This expected annual total cost is obtained by expected total inventory holding cost plus the expected total stockout cost. Numerical example is given in a three-echelon inventory system. The results obtained by the use of the Hill Algorithm.

This paper proposes a SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) strategy for a multi-level voltage source inverter. This strategy is easily implemented as SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) and has the same DC-link voltage utilization as general SVPWM. The method to keep the voltage balancing of DC-link also is proposed by the analysis model of DC-link voltage fluctuation. The usefulness of the proposed SVPWM is verified through the simulation.

Building the competitive advantage of Korean multi level marketing(MLM) companies is an important task when American multi-level marketing companies has successfully made inroads into Korean market. In this study, we search for the efficient marketing strategies for the MLM companies through a survey of distributors and consumers. The results indicate that the MLM companies must first deal with their image problem and improve their product quality and physical distribution system.

본 연구에서는 단상 인버터에서 출력 고조파 성분을 억제하기 위해 3레벨 PWM 인버터의 전력회로를 제안하였다. 이 제안된 전력회로를 이용하여 정현적 PWM전압을 발생하기 위한 스위칭함수를 구현하였다. 또한 부하변동에 따른 동특성을 개선시키고, 인덕터의 편자현상을 보상하기 위해 인덕터의 전류제어기를 구성하였다.

Spreading codes with ZCD(zero-correlation duration) property have the MAI(multiple access interference) rejection ability in the CDMA systems. A class of multi-level spreading codes, i.e., Zero padded ternary ZCD codes are introduced in this paper. By the selected zero-padding method to the binary ZCD codes, ternary ZCD codes are generated and they have enhanced ZCD property and family size than the binary ZCD codes.

대용량 데이터베이스로부터 순차 패턴을 발견하는 문제는 지식 발견 또는 데이터 마이닝(Data Mining) 분야에서 주요한 패턴 추출 문제이다. 순차 패턴은 추출 기법에 있어 연관 규칙의 Apriori 알고리즘과 비슷한 방식을 사용하며 그 과정에서 시퀀스는 해쉬 트리 구조를 통해 다루어 진다. 이러한 해쉬 트리 구조는 항목들의 정렬과 데이터 시퀀스의 지역성을 무시한 저장 구조로 단순 검색을 통한 다수의 복잡한 포인터 연산수행을 기반으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 해쉬 트리 구조의 단정을 보완한 다단게 선형 배치 트리(MLLT, Multi-level Linear Location Tree)를 제안하고, 다단계 선형 배치 트리를 이용한 효율적인 마이닝 메소드(MLLT-Join)를 소개한다.
