The Purpose of this Study is to find the Modern Movements which had done important roles on the development of modern church architecture and sacred art in the first half of 20th century. I had investigated the background and process of the movements, and analyzed the buildings which represented the movements. And I compared the architectural fruits of 'Riturgical Movement' and 'L' art $Sacr\'{e}$ Movement. The results are summarized as follows : First, there are two important movements in Catholic church in the backgrounds of the innovative changes of modern church architecture, Those are 'Riturgical Movement' which pursuits to establish a closer relation between clergy and congregation, and to make the positive participants in the service not mere observers and 'L' art $Sacr\'{e}$ Movement' which pursuits to accept modern secular art into church. Second, both movements had been developed on the bases of the theological studies with tow monasteries - Benedictine Order and Dominican Order - as leader. And the main concept was a kind of revival movement which recovers the Christian tradition. Third, The two movements began from the different themes and in the different regions. But they exerted influences each other, and achieved successful fruits in the Catholic churches of England and Swiss in 1960'. Fourth, 'Riturigical reformation' and 'Acceptance of modern art' had been officialized and generalized through the second Vatican Council(1962-1965).

수산동물의 질병 발생과 확산을 억제하기 위하여 제정된 수산동물질병관리법은 2008년 12월 22일 시행되었다. 수산동물의 질병 발생과 확산을 억제하기 위하여 위험분석이 새롭게 도입 되었다. 수산동물의 이동에 대한 위험분석의 도입은 세계무역기구의 SPS 협정의 권고사항의 이행과 관련이 있으며, 세계동물보건기구의 수산동물위생규정의 지침에 의거하여 수행되어져야 한다. 이 보고서는 수산동물의 이동에 대한 국제규정과 국내의 위험분석 제반여건을 수집하여 분석하였다.

경력개발이나 경력이동에 관한 연구가 최근 들어 활발하게 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 국내 사서직계에서만은 경력개발에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사서인력의 경력이동 및 경력개발의 한 분야로 공공도서관 관장의 경력이동 및 개발 현황에 대해서 조사하고자 하였다. 현직 공공도서관 관장을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 공공도서관 관장의 경력개발부분에서는 입직시 연령, 경력출발유형, 최초로 관장이 된 시기, 경력이동에 영향을 주는 요인, 직장이동경로 및 경력단계별 근무년수, 관장이 되기까지 바꾼 부서의 횟수, 교육훈련의 기회 등에 대해서 분석하였다. 또한 응답자가 도서관 관장이 되기까지 어떠한 노력을 하였는지를 알아보고자 하였으며, 그 결과 설문에 응한 현직 관장은 도서관 관장이 되기 위해 45.1%가 지식과 능력개발을 위하여 노력하였다고 응답하였고, 23.6%가 정직과 성실성 향상 등 인성관련 노력을 하였다고 응답하였으며 도서관에 대한 적성과 자기관리 노력을 하였다는 응답자도 12.8%나 되었다. 공공도서관 관장의 경력개발과정 분석을 통해 공공도서관 관장이 되기 위한 경력개발과정을 발견하고 이상적인 경력개발 경로를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

도서관계의 상황을 보면 대학도서관, 공공도서관, 전문도서관, 학교도서관 등 매우 다양한 유형의 도서관이 있고, 국가적인 차원 및 상업적인 차원의 정보유통기관이 있으며, 또 이를 지원하는 기관들 즉, 도서관자동화업체, 도서관관련 비품업체, 도서관관련 아웃소싱업체, 각종 데이터베이스 구축업체가 있다. 이러한 상황을 볼 때 문헌정보학을 전공한 사람들의 경력경로는 매우 다양해 질 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 사서인력의 유동성 및 경력이동률 은 매우 높을 것이라는 것을 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 현재까지 도서관계의 특성 및 직업적 특성을 감안하여 사서인력의 유동성 실태나 이직률과 이직의 원인 등을 규명하는 연구는 거의 없다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이를 위한 기초연구로 사서인력의 경력이동 및 경력개발 현황에 대해서 조사하고자 하였다. 사서의 경력개발 과정 분석을 통해 도서관계 및 관련분야에서 근무하고 있는 사람들의 직장이동 경로, 경력개발을 위한 노력, 경력이동 요인 등을 파악하고자 하였다.

This paper proposes a shaker system design for acceleration test of gimbal. Main reason of shaker system design is to give acceleration to the gimbal, which is moving and tracking the target on the tracking test equipment. The shaker system is mounted on the tracking test equipment. It uses the scotch yoke mechanism to have the constant movement in return. The Scotch yoke mechanism changes the rotational movement of constant velocity to simple harmonic motion.

This paper deals with on-Line detection of strip movement and real time positioning of brackets of EMD connected with it. Strip movement is detected by 4 line CCD camera and measured position correction value is inputted to motor position controller to control position of brackets.

본 연구는 인간발달 과정을 신경과학, 심리학, 운동학습, 근육 생리학 등의 행동과학 자료와 생체역학, 인체운동 분석, 운동조절 기반의 인지 동작치료 프로그램을 정서 행동장애 아동들에게 실시하여 표정에 따른 얼굴 움직임이 감정과 정서변화에 따라 어떤 특성을 갖는지를 표정 움직임의 변화로 정량화 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 영상측정 및 키네마틱 분석의 정서 행동장애 아동의 표정변화를 중재 프로그램 피드백 자료로 활용하였고, 표정 변화를 통해 인지동작 치료프로그램 효과를 알 수 있었다. 또한 정서 및 행동치료의 영상분석과 키네마틱 분석의 정량적 데이터를 통하여 인간발달에 대한 융 복합적 측정 및 분석법을 적용하여 발달장애의 조기발견과 치료과정에 따른 데이터를 축적하는 것도 기대할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 아동뿐만이 아니라 자기표현이 부족한 장애와 노인, 환자에게도 확대 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study was carried out to find out promotive schemes of linkage between consumer cooperatives and farmers' organization as an active mean of consumer cooperative movement. The consumer cooperative movement has a role of sovling the environmental problems and the social problems in Korea. According to the questioners and interview involed with consumer, farmers and specialists of consumer cooperative movement, the following findings were resulted. 1. The effective linkage form is the linkage programs controled by leaders of the consumer cooperatives and the farmers' orranization. That's the foundation for effective linkage between the two organization. 2. Enacting the consumer cooperative act and supporting from government and social groups are needed for the linkage form and activating of consumer cooperative movement. 3. The education and the public relation(P.R.) about the perspectives of consumer cooperative movement are needed. 4. The various exchange activities between consumer and farmers are programed and cried out.

We need to think that space is not static but dynamic because it becomes wide and narrow, newly appears and disappears by human's behavior. Generally such movement in a space is a thing of feeling and dynamic about movement. But it is extending the experience of the subject by scientific technique's development and anticipation about the feature. The practical movement is actively introduced into architecture and interior design scope and occurs a trial about this movement. By using four elements -a form, hue, movement, light- kineticism becomes visual arts united with art and science. It recovers the art's sociality and arises participation of spectators. In the environment and art field kineticism is not simple ostentation but a current trial for human's mind and sensitivility. Kineticism is four-dimensional space considered by human's experience and is related to an observer, or experiential subject of space. Now the space except human's mind feature re-illuminates kineticism, that is, the field of the formative arts in the early part of the 20th century and gets to be 'the consensus space'.

최근 우리 사회에서 빈번하게 목격되는 환경이념과 개발이념 간의 갈등은 대체로 지역의 문제로써 표출되는데, 팔당 상수원 보호구역의 경우도 마찬가지이다. 자연자원의 개발을 통해 지역발전을 도모하고자 하는 지역주민들과 수도권 전체의 공익을 위한 맑은 물 확보 차원의 정부의 노력이 상충되고 있는 현장인 것이다. 더욱이 환경보호가 핵심키워드로 인식되고 있는 작금의 상황은 중앙의 환경단체들이 정부 편에 서서 지배담론을 강화시켜 줌으로써 생존권 화보를 위한 지역주민들의 저항담론을 약화시키고 있고, 따라서 극한 대립의 상황에까지 이르게 하였다. 이러한 갈등의 구도 속에서 매우 인상적인 중재적 역할을 수행하고 있는 것이 바로 유기농업운동이다. 이는 정부와 지역의 첨예한 대림을 완화시키고, 소위 윈-윈(win-win) 전략의 수립이 가능한 방향으로 지역주민들을 설득해가고 있다. 이는 또한 "지속가능한 발전", 혹은 "지탱가능성" 이념을 충족시킬 수 있는 하나의 대안으로써 이 지역에서 뿌리를 내려가고 있다. 환경규제에 맞서서 싸우고 있는 지역에서 오히려 혁명적인 친환경적 지역발전 정책들이 추진되고 있다는 본 지역에서의 상황이 다소는 역설적으로 들릴 수 있으나, 이는 우리나라의 농촌지역에서 앞으로도 계속 겪게 될 환경보존과 지역발전의 대립 구도 해결에 있어서 매우 중요한 방향타가 될 수 있을 것이다.
