문제음주 대학생을 위한 자기결정성증진 절주프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Effectiveness of Drinking Reduction Program Focused on Self-Determination Enhancement for College Students with Problematic Drinking)

  • Purpose: This study examined the impact of a drinking reduction program on drinking motivation, drinking refusal self-efficacy, and problematic drinking behaviors in college students with problematic drinking habits. Methods: This study incorporated a non-equivalent control group prepost-test design. Study participants included 58 college students who scored 12 or more in the AUDIT-K test (Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test-Korean version) (experimental group: 30; control group: 28). The intervention consisted of eight sessions and was conducted once a week. It was designed to promote autonomy, competence, and relatedness-the three elements of basic psychological needs in self-determination theory. The participants were assessed before the intervention, immediately after, and four weeks post intervention. Data were collected from October 12 to December 31, 2017. The analysis employed the chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: The mean age of participants was 21.8 years. There were 30 men (51.7%) and 28 women (48.3%). The differences in drinking motivation, drinking refusal self-efficacy, and problematic drinking behaviors were statistically significant for the group by time interaction (F = 42.56, p < .001; F = 54.96, p < .001; F = 39.90, p < .001, respectively). Conclusion: The findings indicate that the intervention effectively decreases drinking motivation, increases drinking refusal self-efficacy, and decreases problematic drinking behaviors. It can be an efficient strategy for college students with problematic drinking habits to enhance their self-determination ability.

온라인 협력학습을 적용한 산업간호 실습교육 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of the Industrial Nursing Practical Education Program Applying Online Collaborative Learning)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 유행 시기에 온라인 협력학습을 적용한 산업간호 실습교육 프로그램이 간호대학생들의 지각된 동기, 문제해결 능력, 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과를 검정하기 위해 수행되었다. K시 소재 일 간호대학생 35명에게 비동등성 대조군 사전·사후 유사 실험연구를 수행하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 10월 19일부터 11월 6일까지이며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 x2 test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test 분석을 실시하였다. 효과를 검정한 결과 실험군이 대조군보다 지각된 동기, 문제해결 능력이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 온라인 협력학습을 적용한 산업간호 실습교육은 간호대학생의 산업간호 온라인 협력학습 중재를 통해 지각된 동기를 유발하여 문제해결 능력을 높이는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

대학생의 창업환경요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of College Students' Entrepreneurial Environment on Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 창업환경요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업의도 평균을 살펴보면 5점 만점에 3.05점이었으며, 창업환경요인 평균은 주관적규범 3.65점, 창업태도 3.57점, 내적동기 3.56점, 행동통제 2.75점. 외적동기 2.58점 순으로 나타났다. 대학생의 창업환경요인과 창업의도간의 상관관계를 살펴보면 정적 상관계수의 값을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 창업환경요인이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 창업태도(t=3.269, p<.001), 행동통제(t=5.603, p<.001), 내적동기(t=-3.812, p<.001), 외적동기(t=-2.887, p<.01)가 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

공동가치창출 경험이 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향: 소비자 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Consumer Co-creation on Consumer Attitude: Moderating Roles of Consumer Motivation)

  • Purpose - Many global companies across industries are paying significant attention to co-creation activities, which enable consumers to participate in firms' value creation process, as a main model of new product development processes. In this study, we aim to examine different types of co-creation activities and their effects on consumer attitudes. We focus on upstream co-creation, downstream co-creation, autonomous co-creation, and sponsored co-creation. Upstream co-creation includes firms' control and management in the initial stage of new product development and prototype testing. Downstream co-creation indicates that consumers participate in firms-initiative activities at a later stage in new product development, such as public relations and marketing communications. Autonomous co-creation includes consumers' commitment activities in the absence of firms' rewards. However, under the sponsored co-creation, consumers can return monetary and social rewards from firms through their co-creation activities. The hypotheses regarding the effect of co-creation on consumer attitudes are as follows. (H1, H2, H3, H4) Upstream, downward, autonomous, and sponsored co-creation has positive effects on consumer attitude. (H5, H6) As intrinsic motivation increases, the positive effect of upstream and autonomous co-creation increases. (H7, H8) As extrinsic motivation increases, the positive effect of downward and sponsored co-creation increases. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve our research goals, we analyzed responses from 246 samples from Korean consumers and verified the proposed hypotheses using a linear regression model. The samples include Korean consumers who experienced upstream, downstream, autonomous, and sponsored co-creation by firms. Results - First, both upstream co-creation and downstream co-creation with firms and consumers are found to have positive effects on consumer attitudes. Second, autonomous co-creation and sponsored co-creation are found to positively affect consumer attitudes. Third, consumers' intrinsic motivation has a fit-effect between upstream co-creation and autonomous co-creation, and their extrinsic motivation has a fit-effect between downstream co-creation and sponsored co-creation. Consumers who have strong intrinsic motivation are affected by upstream co-creation and autonomous co-creation. However, consumers who have strong extrinsic motivation are affected by downstream co-creation and sponsored co-creation. Conclusion - These results indicate that the fit between consumers' co-creation participation types and consumers'motivations is a significant factor in determining consumer attitudes. The results of this study imply that various types of consumer participation actually improve consumers' attitudes toward products and brands. In addition, our study also suggests that firms should consider the fit between co-creation types and consumers' motivations when they initiate co-creation activities. In this study, we survey consumers who participated in firms' co-creation activities. Future studies can compare different types of consumers. For instance, we can examine the different in different test by comparing experienced versus inexperienced consumers. Finally, we expand this research to user-generated content topics. This attending issue focuses on the mechanism that breaks down the boundaries and barriers between consumers and producers.

The Effect of P-O Fit on the Frontline Employee's Boundary Spanning Behaviors: Mediating Role of Emotional and Motivational Responses

  • In this study, the author develops and tests a model that incorporates the mediating effects of two frontline employee psychological variables (emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation) based on job demand and resource model. As a form of environmental resource, person-organization fit was proposed as a leading factor of frontline employee boundary spanning behavior through emotional exhaustion and intrinsic motivation. All measures were adapted from or developed based on prior research. Data for the study were collected from a cross-sectional sample of retail bank employees in South Korea. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 frontline employees across several banks. Of these, 322 usable questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, a structural equation model procedure using LISREL 8.5 was employed. Results show that an employee's perceived fit with his/her organization enhances intrinsic motivation and reduces emotional exhaustion. These mechanisms, in turn, increase the employee's boundary spanning behavior. These results support the notion that person-organization fit should be one of the factors affecting motivation, affect and attachment, and extends such an understanding to a purely service-based environment among customer contact employees. Results also confirms that P-O fit can be viewed as environmental resources, and the JD-R model provides a theoretical base in further studying the antecedent role of P-O fit on frontline employees's boundary spanning behavior through intrinsic motivation and emotional exhaustion. These results suggest that organizations have to do their best to manage P-O fit, be it through employee screening or training and workshops to try and align organization and employee values and objectives. If managers of organizations are positively evaluated by the employees, it will be easier for them to, give things of value to employees, such as sense of direction, values, and recognition, and receive other things in return such as esteem and responsiveness. Consequently, organizational leaders are not only able to manage employee experiences, but also their fit with the organization. Even if a manager cannot control employee P-O fit, this research suggests, that a focus on reducing emotional exhaustion rather than increasing intrinsic motivation seems optimal. This research also supports the idea that motivation has a direct association with a frontline employee's boundary spanning behavior. Even in situations where emotional exhaustion cannot be reduced, organizations may still influence frontline behaviors through motivation.

초등 과학 협동학습에서 유화성을 고려한 소집단 구성의 효과 (The Effect of Grouping on the Basis of Students' Agreeableness in Cooperative Elementary Science Classes)

  • 이 연구에서는 협동학습에서 학생의 유화성 수준을 고려한 집단 구성이 초등학교 6학년 학생들의 과 학 성취도, 자아효능감, 과학 학습 동기에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 1개 초등학교의 6학년 3개 학급 학생 72명 을 학급 단위로 통제 집단과 처치 집단으로 임의 배정했다. 사전 검사로 유화성 검사, 자아효능감 검사, 과학 학 습 동기 검사를 실시했다. 처치 집단의 학생들은 유화성 수준에 따라 동질 혹은 이질적으로 소집단을 편성한 후, 협동학습 전략에 따라 수업을 실시했다. 반면, 통제 집단 학생들은 임의로 소집단을 편성한 후, 전통적인 방 식으로 수업을 실시했다. 협동학습 처치는 5주(16차시) 동안 실시했다. 수업 처치가 끝난 후, 성취도, 자아효능 감, 과학 학습 동기 검사를 실시했다. 연구 결과, 이질 집단과 동질 집단의 성취도 검사 점수가 통제 집단에 비 해 유의미하게 높았지만, 유화성 수준에 따른 집단 구성은 성취도에 영향을 주지 않았다. 자아효능감과 과학 학 습 동기 검사에서는 수업 처치에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

Eurycoma longifolia Increases Sexual Motivation in Sexually Naive Male Rats

  • The aim of this study is to provide evidence on the aphrodisiac property of Eurycoma longifolia Jack. An electric grid was used as an obstruction in the electrical copula tion cage in order to determine how much an aversive stimulus the sexually naive male rat for both the treated with E. longifolia Jack and control groups were willing to overcome to reach the estrous receptive female in the goal cage. The intensity of the grid current was maintained at 0.12mA and this was the intensity in which the male rats in the control group failed to crossover to reach the goal cage. Results showed that E. longifolia Jack continued to enhance and also maintain a high level of both the total number of successful crossovers, mountings, intromissions and ejaculations during the 9-12 th week observation period. In conclusion, these results further enhanced and strenghtened the aphrodisiac property of E.longifolia Jack.

대학의 ERP 도입 특성과 성과에 관한 연구 (Characteristics and Performance of ERP Adoption in University Organization)

  • Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

확장된 기술수용모델에 따른 그룹웨어의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Extended TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and Groupware Usage Intention)

  • With the increased importance of groupware in organizations, groupware acceptance is regarded as an important outcome in the efforts of firms to leverage the potential of this information technology in their business activities and strategies. Despite significant investments in groupware, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to implement groupware and leverage the business value of groupware. This study identifies important factors influencing user acceptance of groupware by extending TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) which includes perceived control, intrinsic motivation, and concentration as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness from original TAM. The proposed model is tested in an organization among 104 employees using previous research measurements. According to the findings from the study, the usage intention of groupware can be explained by intrinsic motivation, perceived control, perceived ease of use, and Perceived usefulness. However, it fails to explain the effect of concentration on the intention.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 2학년 가정교과의 '자원의 활용과 환경' 단원을 중심으로 Keller의 동기유발(ARES) 전략을 적용한 수업을 개발하고 실행하여 이 수업이 가정과 학습동기 및 가정교과태도에 효과를 주는 지를 알아보고 학습자의 성적수준 및 동기수준에 따라 가정과 학습동기와 가정교과 태도에 효과를 주는 지를 밝히는 데 있다. 본 연구의 실험설계는 이질 통제 집단 전후 검사 설계(Nonrandomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design)이다. 본 연구 대상은 인천광역시 소재의 중학교 2학년으로 4개 학급 남학생 155명(실험집단 2학급 76명, 비교집단 2학급 79명)이다. 실험집단과 비교집단은 1학기말 가정교과 성적의 학급 평균이 비슷하고 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 학급으로 선정하였다. 수업 방법에 따른 효과 검증에서 교사 변인을 최대한 통제하기 위해 실험집단과 비교집단 수업을 한명의 가정과it사가 모두 진행하였다. 본 연구의 학습동기 검사도구는 Keller(1987)가 개발한 'The Course Interest Survey'를 박수경(1998)이 번안한 것을 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정$\cdot$보완하여 사용하였다. 교과에 대한 태도 검사도구는 이희애(2001)의 도구와 황옥주(2001)의 도구를 참고하여 연구자가 수정$\cdot$보완하여 개발하였다. 동기유발(ARCS) 전략을 적용하여 개발한 교수$\cdot$학습 과정안은 중학교 2학년 자원의 활용과 환경 단원으로 5차시에 해당하는 분량이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동기유발 전략을 적용한 가정과 수업은 전체 가정과 학습동기, 하위요소인 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 모두의 향상에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 동기유발 전략을 적용한 가정과 수업은 학습자의 가정교과에 대한 태도 및 그 하위영역인 흥미도, 자신감의 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 동기유발 전략을 적용한 가정과 수업은 학습자의 성적수준이나 동기수준에 관계없이 강의식 수업보다 학습동기나 가정교과태도의 향상에 효과가 있었다.
