생산능력 필터링 알고리즘 기반의 TFT-LCD Fab 투입계획 생성 방법론 (Capacity-Filtering Algorithm based Release Planning Method for TFT-LCD Fab)

  • As the LCD fabrication factories (Fab) are highly capital-intensive and the markets are very competitive, it is an essential requirement of operational management to achieve full-capacity production while meeting customer demands on time. In a typical LCD Fab, medium-term schedules such as release plans and production plans are critical to achieve the goal of full-capacity production and on-time delivery. Presented in this paper is a framework for weekly planning system generating medium-term schedules using a finite-capacity planning method. Also this paper presents a release planning method applying capacityfiltering algorithm, especially backward capacity-filtering procedure, which is one of the finite-capacity planning methods. In addition, performance analyses using actual data of a TFT-LCD Fab show that the proposed method is superior to existing methods or commercial S/W products generating release plans.

Effects of Absorptive Capacity on Innovation Performance: Evidence from Small and Medium Enterprises in Vietnam

  • The article investigates the impact mechanism of absorption capacity (potential absorptive capacity - PAC and realized absorptive capacity - RAC) on the innovation efficiency of enterprises through the intermediate variable of dual innovation (exploratory innovation- INOR and exploitative innovation- INOI), based on the actual situation of Vietnam's small and medium enterprises (SMEs). A survey of Vietnam's SMEs was conducted from August 2020 to April 2021. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, and 146 valid questionnaires were received. The following results were acquired using SPSS 20.0 software to do correlation and regression analysis of data results.: The results show that the absorptive capacity of enterprises has a positive impact on innovation performance and dual innovation acts as a mediator in how absorptive capacity affects innovation performance. This study deepens the understanding of how absorptive capacity affects innovation performance and provides important new evidence for developing absorptive capacity and dual innovation in both theories and practice in Vietnam's SMEs. The study also proposes several solutions and recommendations to help Vietnam's small and medium enterprises improve their innovation capacity, competitiveness, and performance.

인장하중을 받는 중대형급 선설치 앵커볼트의 콘크리트파괴강도 평가를 위한 연구 (A Study on the Concrete Breakout Capacity Evaluation of Medium-to-Large size CIP Anchor Bolts under Tension Loading)

  • 콘크리트용 앵커볼트의 설계에 $45^{\circ}$ 콘파괴 이론이 그동안 적용되어 왔으나, 2,000년 이후부터 CCD(Concrete Capacity Design) 방법이 새로운 설계법으로 도입되었다. 그러나, 본 방법은 중소형 앵커볼트에 대한 실험 결과에 근거한 관계로 앵커볼트의 직경이 50mm 이하이고 매입깊이가 635mm 이하인 경우에만 허용되고 있다. 따라서 M50 이상의 중대형 앵커볼트에 대한 합리적인 인장파괴강도식의 도출이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 매입깊이 400~450mm의 M56 선설치 단일 앵커볼트의 콘크리트 인장파괴강도 평가를 위해 5개의 시험체에 대해 실험을 수행하였다. 그리고, 본 실험 결과와 최근의 타 실험 결과를 종합하여 매입깊이가 280~1,200mm인 중대형급 앵커볼트에 대해 현 설계기준의 인장파괴강도식의 적용성 여부를 평가하였다.

  • Heating and hot water supply energy consumption of medium and multi boiler systems applied to military officer housing are compared with in-situ experiment and TRNSYS dynamic simulation program. In a multiple boiler system, small capacity boilers are connected in parallel to meet the required capacity. For handling partial loads, medium capacity boiler relies on on-off control, while multi boiler adopts PI control. Since multi boiler has higher efficiency and better control strategy, the results show that energy consumption can be reduced significantly with the multi boiler system.

  • In this paper, the parallel operation of the IGBT and power stack for easy capacity enlargement series in the medium power capacity inverter system of the 660V voltage class is described. The parallel operation of the IGBT and power stack for 1.5MVA medium power inverter system's design is applied. The results of the parallel operation are described in this paper. The designed stack capacity for parallel operation is 800kVA class. For 1.5MVA inverter system, the 800kVA stack is applied with 2 parallel configurations. The 800kVA stack is designed with 3 parallel configurations of the IGBT Module. In this paper, the feasibility for easy capacity enlargement series in the medium power inverter by applying the parallel operation of the IGBT and power stack is verified. The experimental results show the good characteristics for the parallel operation of the IGBT and power stack.

  • The present study investigated waste medium from a domestic shiitake mushroom farm, which was pyrolyzed to produce biochar. The yield rate of the biochar was compared after exposure to various pyrolysis temperature conditions, and the characteristics of the produced biochar were analyzed. The present study focused on the carbon dioxide (CO2) adsorption capacity of the resulting biochar. The CO2 adsorption capacity exhibited a correlation with the pyrolysis temperature of the biochar, with increasing temperatures resulting in higher CO2 adsorption capacities. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis showed that the CO2 adsorption capacity was related to the surface area and pore volume of the biochar. Calcium is added to the process of producing mushroom medium. Experiments were performed to investigate the CO2 adsorption capacity of the biochar from the waste medium with the addition of calcium. In addition, CO2 adsorption experiments were conducted after the pyrolysis of kenaf biochar with the addition of calcium. The results of these experiments show that calcium affected the CO2 adsorption capacity.

Removal of Heavy Metals by Cladophora sp. in Batch Culture: The Effect of Wet-mixed Solidified Soil (loess) on Bioremoval Capacities

  • The heavy metal removal capacity of filamentous green alga Cladophora sp. cultured together with wet-mixed solidified soil (loess) was tested. A Cladophora sp. was cultured for 5d, with added Chu No. 10 medium, in stream water contaminated by high concentration of heavy metals from a closed mine effluent. Heavy metal ion concentrations of the medium and in algal tissue were measured every day during the experiment. Dissolved metals (Al, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn) in medium were rapidly removed (over 90% elimination) within 1-2d when alga and loess were added. Dissolved heavy metals dropped by only 10% when algae were cultured without loess. The Cladophora sp. accumulated much more heavy metals when cultured with loess than when the alga was cultured alone. Cladophora sp. exhibited a maximum uptake capacity for Al ($17,000{\mu}g^{-1}$ algal dry weight). The metal bioremoval capacities of the algae were in the order Al, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn and Cd. The heavy metal removal capacity of Cladophora sp. showed significant increases when wet-mixed solidified soil was added to culture media.

  • Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

  • In this paper, we investigate maximum transmission capacity of wireless ad-hoc networks. In the investigation, we consider a network topology with regularly located nodes. For the topology, we investigate the maximum transmission capacity with RTS/CTS medium access protocol, and next, we study the maximum transmission capacity without the protocol. We see that the results of our study overall follows the result of Gupta and Kumar's research.

  • 산업발전과 삶의 질 향상으로 전기에너지의 사용이 급증하는 가운데 에너지 사용단가가 비교적 저렴하고 수급이 안정적인 가스를 연료로 사용하는 군간부 숙소건물을 대상으로 중용량보일러 시스템과 멀티보일러 시스템의 부분 부하 성능을 측정한 후 이 데이터를 활용하여 난방 및 급탕에너지 사용량을 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 연간균등부담법(Annual Equal Payment)을 이용하여 각 시스템 적용에 따른 경제성을 비교 분석하였다.
