Purpose - Our primary goal of this study is to investigate the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations (i.e., RAI: relative autonomy index) and job performances with the mediation of their job creativity in service industries. This study also examines the moderating role of creative efficacy on the relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and creativities. Finally, based on mediation and moderation hypotheses, we also tested moderating effect of creative efficacy on the mediation effect of job creativity. Research design, data, and methodology - Drawing on SDT(Self-determination theory) and COR(conservation of resources) theories, we developed three research hypotheses. Service female managers from a several service organizations(i.e. banking, retailing, and restaurant/hospitality service) in South Korea were surveyed using self-administered instrument for data collection. A total of 331 usable questionnaires were obtained after list-wise deletion. To test reliability and validity of measurement model, we employed the CFA(confirmatory factor analysis) using M-plus 8.1 Software. Also, internal consistency was tested by Cronbach's α. We, furthermore, used the SPSS PROCESS MACRO 2.16, which was suggested by Hayes (2013; 2015), to test mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation. Results - Our results revealed that self-determined motivation and job performance were positively and fully mediated by job creativity. Furthermore, the positive relationship between female managers' self-determined motivations and job creativities was stronger when their creative self-efficacies were high than when it was low. In addition, female managers' creative self-efficacies also amplified the positive relationship between their self-determined motivations and job performances with the mediation of job creativity. Conclusions - Our research empirically elaborated the previous model of self-determined motivation and manager/female creativity literature by presenting the findings that female managers' self-determined motivations significantly influence their job performances via job creativity and that creative self-efficacy effectively strengthen these positive impacts. Also, our research offered new insight for practitioners (i.e. top service managers) by suggesting that they may enhance female service managers' job performance if they pay more attention to employee creativity in service marketing.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among job stress, ego-resilience, social support, and burnout of art therapists. This study verified the relationship and the effect by setting a research model with job stress as independent variable, ego-resilience as mediator variable, social support as control variable, and burnout as dependent variable based on the previous studies. In order to do this study, 300 questionnaires were distributed to art therapists and the 233 questionnaires were used finally for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, only career showed significant correlation among personal environmental factors (education, career, treatment time, income per hour, number of supervision). Second, the relationship between job stress and burnout was partially mediated by ego-resilience. Third, social support showed a regulation effect on the relationship between ego-resilience and burnout. Thus, ego-resilience showed a mediation effect in the path that job stress affects burnout, and this mediation effect varies with the level of social support. So the moderated mediation effect was confirmed.

For this, it has been conducted that a survey for 386 middle and high school students in Chungcheongbuk-do. Main analysis results are as follows. First, searching the effect on democratic citizen consciousness, it is analyzed that volunteering activity participation satisfaction level(${\beta}=.215$), learning ability technique(${\beta}=.297$), group activity technique(${\beta}=.145$) have a positive(+) effect. Second, as a result of mediation effect, volunteering activity is confirmed that is meaningful as both a direct effect(.35) on democratic citizen consciousness and an indirect effect($.42{\times}.65=.29$) as leadership living technique and it is appeared as an partial mediation effect. Therefore, in order to improve adolescents' democratic citizen consciousness, active support for volunteering activity and overall efforts which are able to activate the leadership technique in real youth everyday life are necessary.
This study attempted to verify the impacts of the level of satisfaction in the user of alternative materials among people with visual impairment on their social participation, and the mediation effect of self-efficacy during such process. The subject of the study was the visually impaired who were live in Gyeonggi Province and were registered in the Korea Blind Union. The data of final 120 participants through a telephone survey were analyzed. The subject of the study used the recorded materials the most for the purpose of leisure and information research mainly at the braille library. The analysis of the mediation effect demonstrated that the level of satisfaction in the user of alternative materials among people with visual impairment had a statistically significant influence on social participation, and self-efficacy had a full mediation effect. These results imply the importance of alternative materials to assure the right to information access which can ultimately expand the social engagement of the visually impaired. Based on these study results, political suggestions are proposed to vitalize alternative materials in the future.
Purpose: This study was investigated the mediating effect of coping behaviors in the relationship between the second victim experiences after patient safety incidents and the nursing practice changes. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was performed using structured questionnaires. Participants were 218 clinical nurses in general tertiary hospitals in South Korea. Data were collected through an online survey and snowball sampling from August 11 to September 6 2020. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. A mediation analysis was performed using multiple regression and a simple mediation model applying the PROCESS macro with 95% bias-corrected bootstrap confidence interval. Results: The mean scores of second victim experiences was 3.41/5. Approach coping (β = .55, p < .001) and the avoidant coping (β = - .23, p = .001) showed mediation effects in the relationship between second victim experiences and constructive change in nursing practice. Avoidant coping (β = .29, p < .001) showed a mediation effect in the relationship between second victim experiences and defensive change in nursing practice. Conclusion: Coping behaviors has a mediating effect on the relationship between second victim experiences and nursing practice changes. To ensure that nurses do not experience second victim, medical institutions should have a culture of patient safety that employs a systematic approach rather than blame individuals. They also need to develop strategies that enhance approach coping and reducing avoidant coping to induce nurses' constructive practice changes in clinical nurses in experiencing second victims due to patient safety incidents.
This study examined the factors influencing the psychosocial well-being of working mothers of preschool children. It investigated the mediation effects of sociological ambivalence in the relations of psychosocial well-being with a family-supportive work environment and with the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, it tested the moderated mediation effects of the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace and meta-mood. Data were obtained from 476 working mothers of preschool children. Using SPSS 25.0, Cronbach's alpha reliability was calculated, descriptive statistics were generated, and Pearson's correlation analysis performed. Mediation and moderated mediation analyses were carried out using the SPSS process macro 3.5 program. The main results were as follows: first, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and a family-supportive work environment. The mediating effect of sociological ambivalence was moderated by emotional attention, a sub-factor of meta-mood. Second, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace moderated the mediating effect of sociological ambivalence on the relationship between the gender-role stereotype of family members and psychosocial well-being. These results can be used to inform discussion on changing policy and education to improve the psychosocial well-being of working mothers with preschool children.

This study aims to focus on the text analysis, production methods of text, and reproduction of production methods, based on a film (2010) taken by mobile devices. As a digital film in which the objects and images have no characteristics of index, this work has the post-cinematic attributes in the aspect of consumers' recipience. This thesis paid attention to the interactions between essential change and production/consumption throughout the whole film culture in the receptive aspect. Just as the main character is a mediator-shaman in the film, this film works as a mediating position of cinematic possibility. In this film, there are different kinds of mediation such as mediation of shaman inside the text, mediation of film in the relationship between text and consumers, and consumers' instrumental desire for others'tool outside the text. Outside the text, this relevant film stimulates the imitation desire of consumer subjects as others. In other words, this is connected to the desire of consumers who aim to create a digital film through mobile devices as an author. This is connected to Simondon's thinking in which such technical objects not only generate new relationships, but also become a revolutionary seed that newly collectivizes human society.

In addition, the significance of statistics was confirmed by applying the bootstrapping method, and the significance of the indirect effect was confirmed by the Sobel Z test. Results: First, Anger-out in men is related to interpersonal problems(β=.614, P<.001). Second, it can see that anger-out not only increases depression·anxiety, but also increases anger. Third, Anger-out has been shown to increase depression, anxiety, and anger, leading to increasing interpersonal problems. Anger-out had a significant effect on depression, anxiety(β=.324 P<.001), and anger(β=.551, P<.001), and depression, anxiety(β=.239, P<.001), and anger (β=.318, P<.01) had a significant effect on interpersonal relationship problems. Lastly, it can be seen that men's anger-out is experienced more as anger than depression or anxiety. Conclusion: When providing medical services to men, I believe that if externally expressed anger is addressed along with therapeutic treatment, invisible depression can also be intervened and a more positive prognosis can be expected
Today, the importance of social capital is emphasized in modern industry as the third capital. Social capital involves "trust and norms for members" and "social network" related to effective human resource management, which is being investigated actively by many researchers. However, It is difficult to see the report on the social capital of private security industry employees. So, this report suggests effective management practices of employees through the empirical analysis on the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction with a focus on the role of mediation for job characteristics. For the most, this research through analysis on relationship between social capital and job satisfaction shows that of the components of social capital, trust and networks influence effect on job satisfaction significantly. Secondly, as result of analysis on role of mediation for job satisfaction, importance of job involved in job characteristics has an effect of mediation. This result of empirical analysis menas that the pressure of private security industry employees is reduced and cooperation which is based on social capital is need through members' trust and social network. Therefore, the strategy of management about private security industry employees should be considered for both activation of social capital and maintenance.
The purpose of this research is to examine how emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional dissonance and job burnout and to investigate a mediating relationship between emotional dissonance and turnover intention through job burnout. To test the hypotheses, moderation analysis, mediation analysis and moderated mediation analysis were performed. Of the 300 self-report questionnaires distributed to hotel employees, 233 usable responses were received and utilized in the final analyses. The results show that emotional dissonance significantly affected job burnout, and job burnout completely mediated the effect of emotional dissonance on turnover intention. Additionally, emotional intelligence moderated the relationship between emotional dissonance and job burnout, suggesting that the emotional dissonance-job burnout relationship was stronger in the low emotional intelligence group than in the high emotional intelligence group. Particularly, emotional intelligence moderated the mediating relationship between emotional dissonance and life style intention via job burnout(moderated mediation effect), indicating that the mediation effect was stronger in the low emotional intelligence group. Therefore, hotel managers should efficiently implement strategies and programs to reduce emotional dissonance and job burnout and enhance emotional intelligence, which lead to lower turnover intention.
