교대근무자의 근무시간과 대사증후군의 관계에서 식습관, 영양섭취상태, 일상생활의 매개효과 분석 : 6기 국민건강영양조사 (2013 ~ 2015) 데이터 이용 (Mediation analysis of dietary habits, nutrient intakes, daily life in the relationship between working hours of Korean shift workers and metabolic syndrome : the sixth (2013 ~ 2015) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)

  • 본 연구는 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 교대 근무자의 근무시간이 대사증후군의 유병률에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 대사증후군의 위험군으로 식습관, 영양섭취상태, 일상생활 관련 특성의 관점에서 관리하는 데 도움을 주고자 진행되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교대 근무자의 근무시간과 식습관 관계는 직접관계 (direct causality)가 있지 않으나 일상생활과는 직접관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 식습관과 영영 상태, 대사증후군과는 직접관계가 있지 않은 것으로 나타났고 영양섭취상태와 대사증후군과는 직접관계가 없으나 일상생활과는 직접 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교대 근무자의 근무시간과 대사증후군 관계에서 각각 식습관, 일상생활의 개별 매개 효과 (specific mediator effect)는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으나, 식습관과 영양섭취상태의 다중매개효과 (multiple mediator effect), 그리고 식습관, 영양섭취상태, 일상생활의 다중매개 효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교대 근무자의 근무시간이 배제된 상태에서 영양섭취상태, 일상생활 그리고 대사증후군 간의 관계에서 영양섭취상태와 일상생활 그리고 일상생활과 대사증후군과는 직접 인과관계는 없으나 일상생활에 의한 매개 효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교대 근무자의 근무시간과 식습관은 대사증후군에 대해 전체 총 효과 (total effect)를 가진 것으로 나타났으나 영양섭취상태와 일상생활은 대사증후군에 대해 총 효과를 갖고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 구조방정식 모델을 사용하여 교대 근무자의 교대시간은 그들의 일상생활 또는 식습관에 영향을 주고 대사증후군 유병률과 관련성이 있음을 밝혔다.

일의 의미가 번영에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 직무열의와 직무수행의 이중매개효과 (Influence of Work Meaningfulness on Work engagement, Job performance, and Flourishing: Dual mediation model)

  • 본 논문은 일의 의미가 직무열의라는 동기적 요소를 거쳐서 직무수행에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 궁극적으로 개인차원의 긍정적인 결과인 번영에 정적인 영향을 미치는 이중매개 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 395명의 직장인을 대상으로 온라인 설문방식을 통해서 연구를 진행하였고, SPSS와 SPSS Process Macro를 활용하여 위계적회귀분석, 부트스트래핑 분석을 시행하였으며. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 일의 의미(WM), 직무열의(WE), 직무수행(JP), 그리고 번영(FL) 간의 상관관계는 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 일의 의미(WM), 직무열의(WE), 번영(FL) 간의 단순 매개관계와 일의 의미(WM), 직무수행(JP), 번영(FL) 간의 단순 매개관계가 통계적으로 검증되었다. 그리고 일의 의미(WM), 직무열의(WE), 직무수행(JP), 그리고 번영(FL) 간의 이중매개관계가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 자율성이 중요해지는 최근의 업무 환경에서 효과적인 직원 관리 방법에 대한 의미 있는 결과를 보여주었으며, 향후 종단적 연구를 통해서 이중 매개관계에 대한 실질적인 검증 연구의 시행이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Impact of Logistics 4.0 Technology Adoption on Logistics Performance: The Mediating Effect of Logistics Innovation Capability and the Mediated Moderation Effect of Firm Size

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the relationship between logistics companies' Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, and analyze the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability and the mediated moderation effect of firm size through logistics innovation capability. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to Industry 4.0, Logistics 4.0, logistics technology, logistics performance, and firm size. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, mediation effect, moderation effect, and the mediated moderation effect analysis were performed. Findings - The adoption of Logistics 4.0 technology was found to significantly affect logistics innovation capability and logistics performance. Logistics innovation capability was found to significantly affect logistics performance. Moreover, logistics innovation capability was found to have a significant mediation effect on the relationship between Logistics 4.0 technology adoption and logistics performance. The moderation effect based on firm size was found to have a partial effect on logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, but the mediated moderation effect was not significant. Originality/value - This study is meaningful in that it empirically analyzed the relationship of Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability, the moderation effect of firm size, and the mediated moderation effect of firm size, which were not addressed in previous studies.

Moderated Mediation of Anticipatory Hope between Green Fashion Advertising Appeals and Word of Mouth -The Role of Perceived Consumer Effectiveness-

  • Based on the stimulus-organism-response model, this study investigated the effects of three types of green performance appeals (i.e., before-, after-, and before/after-appeals) on consumer word of mouth (WOM) mediated by anticipatory hope. As the degree of consumer susceptibility to advertising varies by individual, individual perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) was examined as a moderated mediating variable. A total of 191 responses were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for analysis of variance and PROCESS procedure. Results showed the mediating role of anticipatory hope between advertising appeals and WOM: participants reported greater anticipatory hope when they viewed the advertisement with after- and before/after-appeals. This mediation was moderated by participants' PCE. The effect of green performance appeals on WOM was mediated by participants' anticipatory hope when their PCE was low; however, when participants' PCE was high, the mediation was not significant. The findings show that advertising appeals highlighting the effectiveness of green performance can attract consumers who do not believe that product consumption affects a sustainable environment and spread WOM. This research provides insights to fashion brands by suggesting effective green advertising strategies that can increase consumers' voluntary information-sharing behavior.

간호사의 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진 간의 관계: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과 (Relationship between Basic Pychological Needs and Psychological Burnout of Nurse: Mediation Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Moderated Mediation Effect of Authentic Leadership)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 기본심리욕구, 긍정심리자본, 진성리더십과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 알아보고, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2020년 4월부터 2020년 6월까지 M시에 소재한 5개 종합병원 간호사 182명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집은 자기보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program과 SPSS PROCESS MACRO(모텔4번과 모텔 7번)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 기본심리욕구는 심리적 소진에 부적영향을 주었으며, 기본심리욕구와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 진성리더십의 조절된 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구결과 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 기본심리욕구 충족과 긍정심리자본의 향상이 필요하며, 관리자의 진성리더십이 요구되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 간호사의 심리적 소진 감소를 위해서는 간호사의 기본심리욕구와 긍정심리자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략개발과 간호관리자의 진성리더십 개발을 위한 리더십 프로그램개발이 필요하다.

Muslim Consumer's Identification with and Loyalty to Halal Brand

  • Purpose - This research aimed at exploring the mediation role of Muslim's identification with halal brand in the effects of the congruity between Islamic self and halal brand and Islamism commitment on the loyalty to the brand. Research design, data, and methodology - A single factor design was employed. A total of 199 undergraduate, graduate students or office workers in Bangladesh participated in main survey to finish the questionnaire. Structural equation model analysis was used to verify hypotheses. Results - The results of verifying hypotheses were as followings. First, the Muslim's identification with halal brand positively affected on the loyalty to the halal brand. Second, Both Muslim's commitment to Islamism and the congruity between Islamic self and halal brand positively affected on the identification with the halal brand. Third, mediation analysis showed the partial mediation role of Muslim's identification with halal brand in the effects of the Islamism commitment on the loyalty to the halal brand, and there was the full mediation role of the Muslim's identification in the effect of the congruity on the loyalty. Conclusions - Marketers should build the congruity between Islamic self and their halal brand and promote Islamism commitment to induce the loyalty to the halal brand from Muslim.

직장인의 내현적 자기애가 조직 침묵에 미치는 영향에서 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 회피 동기의 이중매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Fear of Negative Evaluation and Avoidance Motivation between Covert Narcissism and Organizational Silence)

  • 본 연구는 직장인의 내현적 자기애가 조직 침묵에 미치는 영향에서 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 회피 동기의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 393명의 직장인을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 내현적 자기애, 조직 침묵, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 회피동기를 측정 후 분석하였다. 분석 결과 내현적 자기애와 조직 침묵, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 회피 동기는 정적 상관관계에 있음을 확인하였으며 각 변수들의 관계에서 모두 적절한 설명력을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 회피 동기를 매개변수로 하여 매개 모형 검증을 한 결과 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 내현적 자기애와 조직 침묵간의 관계에서 매개효과가 검증되지 않았고, 회피 동기는 부분 매개효과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 내현적 자기애와 조직 침묵 간의 관계에서 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 회피 동기 변인 사이에서의 이중매개가 성립함을 확인하였다. 이후 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

Roles of Social Identity Verification in the Effects of Symbolic and Evaluation Relevance on Chinese Consumers' Brand Attitude

  • Purpose - Current study aimed at investigating the symbolic and evaluation relevance to global luxury brands as the causes of inducing social identity verification, and also explored whether the social identity verification will affect the attitude toward the brands. Research design, data, and methodology - 323 questionaries from Chinese consumers were used to test hypotheses by structural equation model of AMOS 22.0. Results - First, social identity verification positively affected on the brand attitude. Second, both the symbolic relevance and the evaluation relevance positively affected on social identity verification. Third, the mediation roles of social identity verification were identified. Social identity verification played a full mediation role in the effect of the symbolic relevance on the brand attitude, and played a partial mediation role in the effect of the evaluation relevance on the brand attitude. Conclusions - This study could contribute to the advancement of theory concerned with the roles of consumers' social identity verification which induces positive attitude toward the global luxury brands. Global brand managers in China should try to search ways by which consumers can feel both the symbolic relevance and evaluation relevance to their luxury brands, and should make efforts to improve the symbolic relevance and evaluation relevance to their brand.

어머니의 온정적 양육행동이 초등학교 1학년 아동의 학교 적응에 미치는 종단적 영향: 유아기 어머니 수용감과 또래 수용감의 직렬 매개효과 검증 (The Longitudinal Effect of Maternal Warmth on School Adjustment of First Grade Children: Testing the Serial Mediation Model of Perceived Maternal Acceptance and Peer Acceptance During Preschool Years)

  • Objective: This study aimed to examine the sequential mediating effects of children's perceived maternal acceptance and peer acceptance in the relationship between maternal warmth and first grade children's school adjustment. Methods: Participants in this study were 979 seven-year-old children(498 boys, 481 girls) recruited for the Korea Child Panel Study. Data were analyzed by analyzing descriptive statistics, correlations, and significance of serial mediation pathways using SPSS 18.0 and PROCESS Macro 3.4. Results: Maternal warmth at age five effected perception of maternal acceptance at age six. Perceived maternal acceptance at age six effected perceived peer acceptance at age six. Perceived peer acceptance at age six effected school adjustment at age seven. Lastly, perceived maternal acceptance and peer acceptance at age six had a serial mediation effect between maternal warmth at age five and school adjustment at age seven. Conclusion/Implications: Perceived social acceptance during preschool years should be emphasized in order to promote school adjustment for first grade children. Parent education for promoting better parent child relationships should be considered and teachers should encourage peer play interaction to help children perceive acceptance from their peers.

Korean Executive Trust, Social Responsibility, and Financial Performance: A Moderated Mediation Model

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of Korean executives' trust on a firm's corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and corporate financial performance (CFP), which depends on their individual social responsibility (ISR). Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted, and 273 Korean executives were recruited. I used SPSS version 25.0, AMOS version 26.0, SmartPLS version 3.2., and PROCESS Macro 3.4. to analyze the moderated mediation model. And, the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to confirm the proposed relationships in the model. Findings - The results show that Korean executives' trust is positively related to CSR. I also found that Korean executives' trust is positively related to CFP. Moreover, I found that there is a mediating effect of a firm's CSR activities on the trust-CFP relationship. However, I didn't find conditional indirect and direct effects on the relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings overall suggest that Korean executives' trust is such an important mechanism that will affect firm-level CSR and CFP. Research implications or Originality - Although prior studies reveal that executives' trust in their subordinates positively influences cooperation, creativity, and innovation among subordinates in a team, it is still unclear whether executives' trust in their employees or strangers impacts firm-level CSR and CFP. Moreover, not many studies examined the mediating effect of CSR on executives' trust and CFP especially in the Korean context. Therefore, this study intends to fill the knowledge gap by focusing on South Korea. This study also contributes to extant CSR and trust literature, and practically contributes to executives, policy makers, and practitioners in South Korea.
