조직공정성이 임상간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직침묵의 매개효과, 상사의 부정적 피드백거부성향의 조절된 매개효과 (The Effect of Organizational Justice on Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses: The Mediating Effect of Organizational Silence and Moderated Mediating Effect of Manager's Negative Feedback Rejection Inclination)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 조직공정성이 임상간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 조직침묵의 매개효과와 상사의 부정적 피드백거부성향의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 대상자는 300병상 이상 종합병원에 재직 중인 간호사 220명이다. 본 연구결과 절차공정성이 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 때 체념적 침묵의 매개효과가 있었고, 상호작용공정성이 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 때 친사회적 침묵과 체념적 침묵의 매개효과가 있었다. 상사의 부정적 피드백거부성향의 조절된 매개효과는 절차공정성이 체념적 침묵을 매개하여 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 때와 상호작용공정성이 친사회적 침묵, 체념적 침묵을 매개하여 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 때 유의하였다. 따라서 조직공정성이 조직침묵과 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 때 상사의 부정적 피드백거부성향을 효율적으로 관리하는 것이 필요하다.

기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 지식공유와 혁신행동의 직렬이중매개효과 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Activities on Innovation Performance: The Sequential Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Behavior)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR activities on innovation performance and to identify the mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors between CSR activities and innovation performance. In addition, the purpose of this study is to verify the role of sequential mediating effect of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior between CSR activities and innovation performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 293 organizational members working in Chinese companies. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, correlation analysis and process macro were used in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, this study verified that CSR activities had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, and innovation performance. Second, it was found that knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on innovation behavior and innovation performance. Third, it was verified that innovation behavior had a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior had a sequential mediating effect in the relationship between CSR activities and innovation performance. Research implications or Originality - With the uncertainty of the environment and the intensification of competition among companies, more and more companies begin to pay attention to innovation. Different from existing studies, this study focuses on CSR activities, identifies the role of CSR activities, explores ways to guide innovation performance, and verifies the sequential mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Through this measure, the importance of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior among organizational members is emphasized, solutions to strengthen innovation are explored, and theoretical and practical implications are provided for companies.

부모의 방임과 아동의 학업성취의 관계 : 자기조절학습능력과 공동체의식의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Parents' Neglect and Children's Academic Achievement : Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Self-Regulated Learning Ability and Sense of Community)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects on self-regulated learning ability and sense of community in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The subjects used in this study were 2,218 6th grade elementary school students from the third wave sample of the 2012 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). For data analysis, the three-step mediated regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986) was performed and the Sobel test was carried out in order to verify the effectiveness of mediation effects. The main results of the present study were as follows. First, the self-regulated learning ability and sub-component factors of achievement value, mastery goal orientation, behavioral control, academic time-management revealed to have a partial mediation effect in the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. Second, the sense of community also showed to have a partial mediation effect on the relationship between parents' neglect and children's academic achievement. The findings of this study provide a viewpoint to deeply observe the problem of parents' neglect in connection with children's self-regulated learning ability and sense of community, and can be used as practical data to develop various programs for the benefit of improving children's academic achievement.

중년기 부부의 가족스트레스와 결혼만족도 관계에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과 -남편과 아내의 비교를 중심으로- (Mediation Effect of Cognitive Emotion-regulation Strategy in the Relationship between Family Stress and Marital Satisfaction -focused on the comparison of husbands and wives-)

  • 본 연구는 부산 경남지역에 소재하는 중년기 부부의 가족스트레스와 결혼만족도와의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과에 따른 남편과 아내의 비교를 위해 시도 되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 대응표본 T 검증, 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 또 매개효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 검증에 따라 단순회귀분석과 Sobel test(1982)를 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년기 부부의 결혼 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 위계적 중다회귀분석에서 남편은 교육수준, 부부문제, 계획다시세우기에서 영향을 미쳤고 아내는 연령, 부부문제, 수용에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지적 정서조절전략은 중년기 부부의 가족 스트레스와 결혼만족도에서 부분매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계점과 추후연구를 위한 제언도 함께 논의되었다.

한국 성인에서 수면양상, 일주기 유형과 우울증상 간의 상관관계 (Association Between Sleep Pattern, Chronotype and Depressive Symptoms in Korean Adults)

  • Objectives The aim of this study was to examine the association between the sleep pattern, chronotype (midpoint of sleep on free days) and the depressive symptoms in adults aged 19 years and over in Korea. This study also investigated the mediating effect of perceived usual stress (PUS) and self-rated health (SRH) on the association between chronotype and depressive symptoms. Methods Among the subjects of the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) 2016 and 2018, 16142 adults aged 19 or over responded to the survey and finally 8604 were analyzed according to the exclusion conditions. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to see the risk of depressive symptoms, suicidal ideation over sleep pattern, chronotype. Finally, mediation analysis was performed in order to clarify how PUS and SRH are associated to chronoytpe and depression. Results After controlling for potential covariates, weekly sleep duration < 5 hours, ≥ 10 hours was associated with depressive symptoms. And late bed time sleeping after am 1:00 and later midpoints of sleep was associated with a higher level of depressive symptoms. Additionally, the PUS and SRH between chronotype and depressive symptoms showed a serial multiple mediation effect. Conclusions Short or long sleep duration, late bed time and later midpoints of sleep on free days are associated with depressive symptoms. Furthermore, the mechanism between chronotype and depressive symptoms needs to be further clarified by identifying the serial multiple mediation effects of PUS and SRH.

인터넷전문은행의 지각된 혜택, 지각된 위험, 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 신뢰의 매개효과 분석 (Relationship among perceived benefit, perceived risk and continuous use of user' Internet primary bank : The mediation effects of trust)

  • 인터넷전문은행의 안정적인 구축과 성장을 위하여 인터넷전문은행의 지각된 위험, 지각된 혜택과 신뢰가 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하였다. 그리고 지각된 혜택, 지각된 위험과 지속적 이용의도의 관계에서 신뢰의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통하여 최근 3개월 이내에 인터넷전문은행 이용경험이 있는 20-59세 457명이 연구대상자로 선정되었다. 주요 결과로 첫째, 지각된 혜택과 위험, 신뢰는 인터넷전문은행의 지속적 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 편이성과 기능적 위험은 지속적 이용의도간의 관계에서 신뢰의 부분매개효과가 검증되었으며, 매력성과 혁신성은 완전매개효과로 검증되었다. 인터넷전문은행은 지속적인 성장을 확보하기 위해 소비자의 주요 혜택을 늘리고 위험수준을 낮추어 신뢰를 견고하게 구축해 나가야 한다.

Korean Executive Trust, Social Responsibility, and Financial Performance: A Moderated Mediation Model

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of Korean executives' trust on a firm's corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and corporate financial performance (CFP), which depends on their individual social responsibility (ISR). Design/methodology/approach - A survey was conducted, and 273 Korean executives were recruited. I used SPSS version 25.0, AMOS version 26.0, SmartPLS version 3.2., and PROCESS Macro 3.4. to analyze the moderated mediation model. And, the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to confirm the proposed relationships in the model. Findings - The results show that Korean executives' trust is positively related to CSR. I also found that Korean executives' trust is positively related to CFP. Moreover, I found that there is a mediating effect of a firm's CSR activities on the trust-CFP relationship. However, I didn't find conditional indirect and direct effects on the relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings overall suggest that Korean executives' trust is such an important mechanism that will affect firm-level CSR and CFP. Research implications or Originality - Although prior studies reveal that executives' trust in their subordinates positively influences cooperation, creativity, and innovation among subordinates in a team, it is still unclear whether executives' trust in their employees or strangers impacts firm-level CSR and CFP. Moreover, not many studies examined the mediating effect of CSR on executives' trust and CFP especially in the Korean context. Therefore, this study intends to fill the knowledge gap by focusing on South Korea. This study also contributes to extant CSR and trust literature, and practically contributes to executives, policy makers, and practitioners in South Korea.

스마트폰 의존이 청소년 온·오프라인 비행에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Smart Phone Dependency on Juvenile Delinquency)

  • 본 논문은 온라인과 오프라인 모드에서 일어나는 청소년 비행의 증가에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 매개분석을 통해 파악한다. 부모의 부정적 양육태도가 청소년 온라인·오프라인에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 있어 매개변수로서 스마트폰 의존도와 정서상태를 포함하여 다중매개효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 다중매개효과가 문화활동 참여에 따라 완화되는지를 분석하고자 문화활동 참여 여부에 따라 표본을 구분하여 독립변수와 매개변수의 영향력이 문화활동 참여집단과 비참여집단 간에 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 검증하였다. 한국아동·청소년패널조사(Koeran Children Youth Panel Study 2018)의 데이터를 활용한 분석한 결과, 온라인과 오프라인 모드에서의 청소년 비행의 증가에 부모의 부정적 양육태도가 영향을 미치게 되는데 스마트폰 의존과 청소년의 정서상태는 유의미한 매개효과를 보였고 문화활동 참여집단에서 이러한 영향력이 다소 완화되는 것으로 나타났다.

지각된 스트레스가 불면증에 미치는 영향: 자기자비와 감사의 매개효과 (The Dual Mediation Effects of Self-compassion and Gratitude between Perceived Stress and Insomnia)

  • 본 연구는 지각된 스트레스가 불면증에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 지각된 스트레스가 불면증에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자기자비와 감사가 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경상도와 전라도에 소재한 4년제 대학교에서 대학생 330명에게 지각된 스트레스, 불면증, 자기자비, 감사에 관한 설문을 실시하여 분석하였다. 이중매개효과를 검증하기 위해 기술통계 및 상관분석, SPSS Macro 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 지각된 스트레스가 높을수록 불면증이 높았다. 둘째, 지각된 스트레스와 불면증의 관계에서 자기자비 및 감사가 각각 부분매개하였다. 셋째, 지각된 스트레스는 자기자비와 감사의 이중매개 경로를 거쳐 불면증에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 대학생의 불면증을 예방하고 완화하기 위해서는 스트레스 관리가 중요하며, 더불어 자기자비와 감사를 증진시킬 수 있는 개입이 필요함을 논의하였다.

여대생의 퍼스널 이미지 만족도와 구직효능감과의 관계에서 외모관리행동의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Appearance Management Behavior on the Relationship between Satisfaction of Personal Image and Job Search Efficacy among Female College Students)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate mediation effect of appearance management behavior on the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy. Based on previous studies on components of personal image, appearance management behaviors, and job search efficacy, questionnaire items were developed. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 422 students from women's university in Seoul. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 23. Results are as follows. First, there were positive and moderate bivariate correlations among satisfaction of personal image, appearance management behavior, and job search efficacy. Second, satisfaction of personal image was found to have a partially significant effect on job search efficacy while satisfaction of internal image, visual image, and social image had a positive effect on job search skill. Satisfaction of internal image had a positive effect on job search strength. However, satisfaction of visual image or social image did not have a significant effect on job search strength. Third, fashion management behavior among components appearance management behavior could partially mediate the relationship between satisfaction of personal image and job search efficacy, indicating that satisfaction of internal image and visual image among components personal image not only has a direct effect on job search skill among job search efficacy, but also has an indirect effect on job search skill by affecting fashion management behavior. These results suggest that it is important to build personal image effectively and increase satisfaction with oneself through active appearance management behavior to improve job search efficacy.
