어머니와 청소년의 환경친화적 소비행동 관계에서 청소년 친환경태도의 매개효과분석 (Mediation Effects of Adolescents' Environment-Friendly Attitudes on Mother's and Adolescents' Pro-environmental Consumption Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the influence mother's pro-environmental consumption behavior have on the adolescents' environment-friendly attitudes and adolescents' pro-environmental consumption behavior. Also by examining the variable relation, the study scopes out the effectiveness of environmental experience. For the analysis, high school students in Korea were gathered from online and multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation analysis were conducted among a total of 521 surveys. The main findings are as follows: First, mother's pro-environmental consumption behavior were proven to be essential factors that have influence on the adolescents' environment-friendly attitudes. Second, mother's pro-environmental consumption behavior were proven to be essential factors that have influence on the adolescents' pro-environmental consumption behavior. Third, mediating effect of adolescents' environment-friendly attitudes was verified in the relationship between mother's and adolescent's pro-environmental consumption behavior. The findings suggest the importance of adolescents' environment-friendly attitudes and improve adolescent's pro-environmental consumption behavior by having practice mother's pro-environmental consumption behavior.

경제적 어려움이 아동의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 -부모-자녀 관계 및 또래관계의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The effect of economic difficulty on children's quality of life - focused on mediation effect of parent-child and peer relationships -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation effects of relationships of parent-child and between-peers based on the effects of economic difficulty on quality of life of elementary school students. Data was obtained from students (N= 493) at seven elementary schools in Choongbuk Province and analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 5.0. The major findings are as follows: economic difficulty gives a direct effect on elementary students' quality of life and is mediated with parent-child and between-peers relationships. Also, economic difficulty influences children's quality of life when a parent-child relationship is combined with a between-peers relationship. On the basis of these results, this study suggests that welfare centers and elementary schools have to teach students to have desirable sense of value. Also, schools need to provide education programs for parents to improve parent-child relationship and various activities for students to develop between-peers relationship.

기혼남녀의 부부의사소통이 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향 : 부부친밀감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Married Couple Communication on the Satisfaction of Marriage : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Marital Intimacy)

  • This study explored how communication between married men and women is related to marital satisfaction, and verified the relationship through the medium effect of marital intimacy. A total number of 365 married men and women in their 30s-50s were surveyed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0 for technical statistics, frequency analysis, and regression analysis, and parametric analysis was performed using the method by Baron and Kenny(1986). The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of the verification of differences in key variables according to the demographic characteristics, there were significant differences in the age group, education period and household income. Second, the analysis of the relationship through regression analysis shows that the demographic factors such as age, age of the youngest child, and more importantly couple communication, and marital intimacy are influential in marital satisfaction. Third, verification of the mediation analysis revealed that marital intimacy had partial mediation with communication and marital satisfaction. Through these research results, we verified that marital communication and marital intimacy are vital in order to improve marriage satisfaction for married men and women.

어머니의 누적적인 양육스트레스와 아동의 인지 및 언어발달의 관계에서 온정적 양육방식과 일상적 상호작용의 매개효과 (The Sequential Mediation Effects of Warm Parenting Style and Daily Activity between Cumulative Parenting Stress and Child Development)

  • Objective: This study aimed to examine the mediation effects of parenting style and daily activity on the relationships between cumulative parental stress and cognitive and language development of children. Methods: The participants of this study were 1,154 mothers, their five-year-old children, and teachers enrolled in the population-based study of the Panel Study of Korea Children (PSKC) conducted by the Korea Institute of Childcare and Education from 2008 to 2013. In order to analyze the data, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were used. Results: The results revealed that warm parenting style as well as daily activity had dual mediating effects between cumulative parental stress and child development (cognitive and language development). However, warm parenting style did not have any direct effects on child development in this model. Conclusion/Implications: Given that actual mother-child daily activity had an important role in affecting child development, support programs for parenting should include activities that include specific materials and activities which parents can do with their children in everyday life.

개원의 역할스트레스와 우울 간 관계에서 직무소진의 매개효과 : 성별의 조절된 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Job Burnout on the Relationship between Role Stress and Depression among Local Clinic Medical Doctor : Gender's Moderated Mediation Effect)

  • Objectives: The objective of the present study was to investigate whether gender mederates the mediating effect of job burnout on the relationship between role stress and depression among medical doctors in Local clinics in South Korea. Methods: Questionnaires that assess role stress, job burnout, and depression were administered to. 265 medical doctors who worke in local clinics in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, and Gyeonggi provinces. Data analysis was conducted using the PROCESS macro in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS). Results: Job burnout mediated the relationship between role stress and depression. Further, gender moderated the relationship between role stress and job burnout. Finally, gender moderated the mediating effect of job burnout on the relationship between role stress and depression. Conclusions: On the basis of the emergent findings, effective coping strategies that can alleviate role stress are articulated. However, the findings also suggest that the selection of a suitable intervention must be based on the gender of the medical doctor.

  • This study examines the role of Leadership style and Organizational culture in predicting employee Performance. The aim of the research is: 1) to know the direct effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance, 2) to know the direct effect of Democratic Leadership on organizational culture, 3) to know the direct effect of Organizational culture on employee Performance, 4) to test the role of Organizational culture as mediation the effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance. The respondents were all employees at the Education Office East Java. The sampling method was used to collect data from 106 employees at the Education Office East Java, Indonesia, using surveys and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the Path Analysis with SPSS statistical software. The study had four findings. Firstly, Democratic Leadership has a significant effect on employee Performance. Secondly, Democratic Leadership also has a significant effect on Organizational culture. Thirdly, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Fourthly, organizational culture mediates the effect of Democratic Leadership on employee Performance. Furthermore, the direct effect of Leadership style and the mediation role contribute to knowledge. The results showed that implementing Democratic Leadership supported by a conducive organizational culture guides employee to perform better.

간호대학생의 자기결정성과 그릿의 관계에 미치는 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (The mediating effect of the positive psychological capital between self-determination and grit in nursing students)

  • Purpose: This is a study to confirm the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between the self-determination and grit of nursing students. Methods: The subjects of the study were 122 university nursing department students in their junior and senior years. The data were collected from December 1 to 23, 2022. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U-test, Pearson's correlation, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics version 26.0. Results: A statistically significant correlation was observed between self-determination, positive psychological capital and grit (p<.001). The positive psychological capital had full mediation effects on the relationship between self-determination and grit. In other words, the higher levels of positive psychological capital were associated with better levels of grit among nursing students. Conclusion: The study showed that positive psychological capital and self-determination have important effects on grit. To enhance the grit of nursing students, it is essential to implement educational programs aimed at improving self-determination and positive psychological capital.

초등학교 아동이 지각한 6학년 학업성취에 대한 4학년 학업성취의 예측: 5학년 자아존중감 및 학습행동조절의 순차적 매개효과 (The Prediction of Academic Achievement at 6th Grade from Perceived Academic Achievement at 4th Grade: Serial Multiple Mediation of Self-esteem and Self-control in Learning at 5th Grade)

  • Objective: The current study aimed at examining the mediation effects of children's self-esteem and self-control in learning between perceived academic achievement at $4^{th}$ grade and $6^{th}$ grade. This article proposes that perceived academic achievement boosts self-esteem and self-control in learning and both in turn, influence subsequent perceived academic achievement. We especially attempted to empirically prove that a serial multiple mediation of self-esteem and self-control in learning between the perceived academic achievement at two time points exists. Methods: We analyzed the longitudinal data of 1,881 children from the $4^{th}$ to the $6^{th}$ wave data of the '2010 Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS)' by means of a Hayes's PROCESS(2012) program. Results: The results revealed that perceived academic achievement at $4^{th}$ grade influenced children's self-esteem and self-control in learning at $5^{th}$ grade. Children' self-esteem and self-control in learning subsequently predicted perceived academic achievement at $6^{th}$ grade. Children's self-esteem significantly predicted self-control in learning supporting the hypothesis of serial multiple mediation. Conclusion/Implications: In conclusion, children's self-esteem and self-control in learning behaviors both mediated the association between perceived academic achievement at $4^{th}$ grade and at $6^{th}$ grade. The findings imply the importance of consideration of both psychosocial and behavioral aspects in understanding the academic performance during childhood.

미취학 자녀를 둔 취업모의 심리사회적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색: 개인, 가족, 직장 관련 변인 중심으로 (Individual, Family, and Work Factors Influencing the Psychosocial Well-being of Working Mothers with Preschool Children)

  • This study examined the factors influencing the psychosocial well-being of working mothers of preschool children. It investigated the mediation effects of sociological ambivalence in the relations of psychosocial well-being with a family-supportive work environment and with the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, it tested the moderated mediation effects of the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace and meta-mood. Data were obtained from 476 working mothers of preschool children. Using SPSS 25.0, Cronbach's alpha reliability was calculated, descriptive statistics were generated, and Pearson's correlation analysis performed. Mediation and moderated mediation analyses were carried out using the SPSS process macro 3.5 program. The main results were as follows: first, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and a family-supportive work environment. The mediating effect of sociological ambivalence was moderated by emotional attention, a sub-factor of meta-mood. Second, sociological ambivalence mediated the relationship between psychosocial well-being and the gender-role stereotype of family members. In addition, the traditional gender-role attitudes in workplace moderated the mediating effect of sociological ambivalence on the relationship between the gender-role stereotype of family members and psychosocial well-being. These results can be used to inform discussion on changing policy and education to improve the psychosocial well-being of working mothers with preschool children.

대학생의 사회적 지지와 희망이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 외동자녀 지위의 조절매개 모형 (Effects of Social Support and Hope on Life Satisfaction of College Students: Moderated Mediation Model of Only-Child Status)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 외동자녀 지위가 조절 매개하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 광둥성의 한 대학에서 의도적으로 표집한 302명의 대학생이다. 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 적용된 통계 기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 조절된 매개효과 분석이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 사회적지지, 희망, 삶의 만족도 간에 정적인 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 조절된 매개효과 분석 결과 외동자녀가 그렇지 않은 자녀에 비해 사회적 지지가 희망을 경유하여 삶의 만족도에 미치는 간접효과가 높았다. 이를 바탕으로 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 제언을 하였다.
