The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the community business, performance and the life satisfaction of local residents and to investigate the mediating effects that community business performance has on the life satisfaction of local residents. The results of the study investigating the effect of community business, performance and the residents' life satisfaction mediating effect of performance are summarized as follows: First, there were differences with the economical, environmental, and performance factors pertaining to the participants' age while there were no differences concerning the social-cultural factors and the life satisfaction of local residents. Second, the higher the impact a community business has, the higher the life satisfaction of the local residents have. In addition, the higher the performance in community business, the more ready local residents are to be inclined to be satisfied. Third, economical and environmental factors have direct effects on the life satisfaction of local residents, but also indirectly effect the performance of local residents. In addition, the level of performance that a community business plays has a mediating role in the life satisfaction of local residents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of anger level on the effects of middle school students' school adjustment on smartphone addiction. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the following research problems were set up. First, what is the relationship between Chinese smartphone addiction, anger level, and school adjustment of Chinese middle school students? Second, what is the effect of smartphone addiction on middle school students' anger level and school adjustment? Third, what is the mediating effect of the level of anger in the process of affecting the school adjustment to smartphone addiction by Chinese middle school students? The subjects of this study were five city schools and seven municipal schools in J-do, among which 450 students were enrolled from April 23 to May 18, 2018. A total of 439 copies were used for the analysis, except for 11 unexplained questionnaires or unfairly responded to the collected questionnaires. The conclusions based on the results of this study are as follows. First, there are negative correlations between the sub-factors of smartphone addiction and the sub-factors of school adjustment. Among them, tolerance is only positively correlated with the peer relationship. The sub-factors of smartphone addiction have negatively correlated with anger expression, anger control, and anger suppression. Second, the effect of sub-factors of smartphone addiction on the level of anger was 3.6%, and the effect on school adjustment was 4.2%. Third, The anger level of the middle school students affected the school adjustment by the smartphone addiction has a partial mediating effect of 0.8%.

본 연구는 생활체육 탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 알아보고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 참여자는 탁구 동호인 293명을 대상으로 스포츠 재미요인, 운동지속의지, 심리적 행복감 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 운동지속의지에 영향력을 주는 요인은 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족지원으로 파악되었으며 운동지속의지는 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 모두 유의미한 정적인 영향력을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 재미요인인 유능성/지각, 승리/경쟁, 대인관계, 연습/혜택, 가족의 지원이 심리적 행복감인 자아실현, 쾌락적 즐거움에 미치는 영향에서 운동지속의지의 매개 효과분석 결과 유능성/지각만을 제외한 모든 요인의 매개 효과를 확인하였다. 특히, 대인관계(팀 분위기) 요인이 타 요인보다 자아실현과 쾌락적 즐거움에 높은 매개효과를 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in turnover intention according to the level of Burn out and the mediating effect in fire officer. Higher levels of emotional labor and turnover intention resulted in higher levels of burn out(p<0.05). We used the logistic regression analysis to compare change of turnover intention according to the level of burn out. In logistic regression analysis, largest mediating factor were working days per week, the number of moving case per a day, physical condition, emotional labor and the odds(Likely to with high turnover intention) was down by 38.9% after adjustment for mediating factors. The results of this study indicate that emotional labor was negatively impact on burn out in fire officer. To reduce the burn out and the turnover intention, it is necessary to do more efforts to improve work environment (working days per week, the number of moving case per a day and emotional labor) and management personal factor(physical condition) for the fire office should be made to reduce such negative effects.

본 연구의 목적은 모바일에 기반한 금융플랫폼의 특성이 대출서비스 이용자의 사용의도에 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 모바일 금융플랫폼의 각 특성이 대출서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 유용성과 사용 용이성이 매개효과가 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 2022년 3월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사를 하였고, 연구대상자는 200명이 참여하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 금융플랫폼의 사용자 요인, 기술적 요인, 환경적 요인이 모바일을 활용한 대출서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향력은 사용자 요인에서 편재성, 기술적 요인에서 신뢰성, 환경적 요인에서 촉진조건으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 요인의 편의성과 사용의도의 관계에서 유용성은 완전매개 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 기술적 요인의 신뢰성과 사용의도의 관계에서 유용성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 넷째, 환경적 요인의 사회적 영향 및 촉진조건과 사용의도의 관계에서 유용성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 다섯째, 사용자 요인의 편의성과 사용의도의 관계에서 사용 용이성은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 여섯째, 기술적 요인의 신뢰성과 사용의도의 관계에서 사용 용이성은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 일곱째, 환경적 요인의 사회적영향과 사용의도의 관계에서 사용 용이성은 부분매개효과가 나타났고, 촉진조건과 사용의도의 관계에서 사용 용이성은 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 모바일을 이용한 대출서비스를 이용함에 있어 사용자가 수용할 수 있는 사용의도 결정요인에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among mother's psychological characteristics(self-esteem, self-efficacy, and depression), parenting related factors(maternal parenting stress and mother's knowledge on infant development), maternal parenting style, and two-year-old infants' development. The participants consisted of 1735 mothers and their two-year old infants selected from a sample of the 3rd Panel Study of Korean Children(PSKC) by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education(KICCE), conducted in 2010. Data were analyzed by means of a Structural Equation Model(SEM) to identify the structure and relationships among the various factors. The significance of direct and indirect effects to test the mediating effect of maternal parenting style were identified via bootstrapping. The results indicated that maternal parenting style most definitely mediated the relationship among the mother's psychological characteristics(self-esteem and self-efficacy), parenting related factors(maternal parenting stress and mother's knowledge on Infant development) and the development of their two-year-old infants.

Purpose This study is based on previous studies related to the function and operating system of the project management system for efficient project management. The purpose of the study is, first, to find out how the project performance is affected by the utilization of the project management system and the involvement of the PMO. Second, the mediating effect of implementing integrated management between the project management system and project performance is to be demonstrated. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies related to project management, this study designed a research model by integrating functional factors derived from project management system design studies, integrated management factors, and factors derived from PMO function studies. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, this study first confirmed that high utilization of the project management system and high involvement of the PMO are factors that affect project performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the establishment of the system and the introduction of PMO do not guarantee project performance. Second, it was confirmed that the execution of integrated management has a mediating effect between the system and the project performance, and that the high utilization of the system has a positive effect on the mediating effect.

본 연구는 홈쇼핑과 이용자 간 지속적이고 호의적인 관계를 구축하기 위한 방안을 논의하고자 TV 홈쇼핑과 애플리케이션 홈쇼핑에 대한 서비스 품질 요인이 관계결속을 매개로 스마트 미디어를 통한 홈쇼핑 상품의 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 관계결속은 특정 서비스 품질 요인과 재구매 의도 사이에 형성된 영향관계를 완전 매개 혹은 부분 매개하여 브랜드자산 구축과정을 따르는 것으로 확인되었다. 이때 관계결속의 매개효과는 홈쇼핑 플랫폼에 따라 상이하게 제시되었는데, TV+애플리케이션 집단의 TV 홈쇼핑 이용에 대한 관계결속은 아무런 매개효과를 갖지 않았다. 또한, 이용자의 평소 미디어 이용 습관에 따라 홈쇼핑에 대한 서비스 품질 요인이 관계결속을 매개로 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계가 상이하였다. 본 연구는 이상의 결과에 대해 신기술 채택 및 브랜드자산과 관련된 이론 및 개념을 적용하여 홈쇼핑 상품 구매 시 이용되는 플랫폼 특성과 이용자의 평소 미디어 습관에 따라 기술수용 과정 및 브랜드자산 구축 과정이 달라질 수 있음을 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 찾고자 한다. 홈쇼핑 사업자들이 자사 서비스에 대한 이용자 유인 방안을 고민하며 홈쇼핑 플랫폼별로 적합한 전략을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 실무적 의의 역시 가지는 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to compare emotional problems, the related risk factors, and protective factors of impoverished children with those of enriched children in order to examine the effects of the related factors, and to suggest practical interventions and the functions of the social welfare service. Participants for this study were 458 students in the 4th, 5th and 6th grade of elementary school located in the Metropolitan area. The major findings were as follows: First, impoverished children had more emotional problems compared with enriched children. Second, poverty was found to influence the emotional problems of children. Third, concerning the relation between a family's poverty and the emotional problems of children, the finding is that eating habits, parents' health problems and marital conflict are mediating-factors.

This study was tried to explore the mediating effect of workplace learning and self-efficacy on the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Data were collected from 149 nurses working at one of 10 convalescent hospitals located in Korea's D region and between July 20 and August 12, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The mediating effects of workplace learning and self-efficacy in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction were investigated by conducting hierarchical regression analysis and testing for significance based on bootstrapping p values. We found that workplace learning had a complete mediating effect, and self-efficacy a partial mediating effect, in the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses. Exploring diverse factors and environmental features affecting job satisfaction in convalescent hospital nurses is highly relevant to clinicians, especially given the gradually increasing number of convalescent hospitals, changes during the era of technology fusion, and the strategic demands arising from an aging society.
