According to the result of this study, democracy, efficiency and consistency of governmental organizations gave the positive effect to public trust and private trust directly. But only democracy and efficiency affected to organizational commitment. As the analysis result of mediating effect, democracy and efficiency enhanced the total effect due to the mediating effect of public trust.

This study examined the negative cognitive regulation's mediating role between affectionate relationship with children's mother and loneliness. The subjects were 491 5th and 6th grade school children in Seoul and $Ky\breve{o}nggi$. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and regression. Results showed that affectionate relationship with children's mother was positively related to negative cognitive regulation. Affectionate relationship with children's mother and negative cognitive regulation was negatively related to loneliness. The principal finding was that negative cognitive regulation had mediating role between affectionate relationship with children's mother and loneliness in boys. But negative cognitive regulation didn't have mediating role between affectionate relationship with children's mother and loneliness in girls.

This paper reviewed the mediating effects of knowledge sharing between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(radical innovation, incremental innovation) in small businesses. Based on the responses from 337 responses, the results of mediating effect analysis and path analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on radical innovation and incremental innovation via knowledge sharing or directly, but trust effects positively only on incremental innovation. Social capital and knowledge sharing have more effects on incremental innovation than on radical innovation.

This study examined the mediating role of representation of peers on the relations between children's representation of mother and social competence. Subjects were 547 elementary school children. Baron and Kenny's model (1986) was used to investigate mediating effects. Results were (1) there were no differences in the representation of mother by gender. Girls had more positive representation of peers than boys. (2) Girls' representation of mother had more influence on social competence than boys'. (3) Girls' representation of peers had more influence on social competence than boys'. (4) Representation of peers mediated relations between representation of mother and social competence. Girls' representation of peers had more mediating effect than boys'.

The purpose of this study was to look at the mediating effect of social support and interests on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. As a results of analysis of structural model, first, social support had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. Second, interests had a mediating effect on the relationship between characteristics of agricultural education program and word of mouth intentions. The results highlight the importance of promoting social support and individuals' interests on the agricultural education program to increase the word of intention for agricultural education program. This eventually leads the revitalization and development of agricultural education.

The purpose of this study was to test the multiple mediating effects between attachment and life quality among university freshmen, regards on positive and negative affect, stress, social support and mental health as mediating factors. 200 freshmen were selected for the questionnaire study in a university in Busan. There were significant correlations among positive and negative affect, stress, social support, mental health and life quality with attachment. The maximum likelihood estimation revealed that attachment had no direct link with life quality. Attachment had indirect effects on life quality, mediated by positive affect and mental health. The results and limitations of this study were also discussed, from the perspective of attachment theory and previous studies.

This study aimed to verify the mediating effects of cognitive function and social support and to establish a structural relationship between child maltreatment and resilience in school-age children (n=357) taken in by child protection service. In the first model (linear arrangement), each protective factor mediates independently between maltreatment and resilience; in the second model (arrangement in due order), cognitive function has mediating effects prior to social support. Analysis of data included descriptive statistics, Cronbach's a, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results of the first model showed indirect effects of cognitive function and social support. Results of the second model significantly affirmed that the mediators, cognitive function and social support, diminish negative effects of maltreatment by bolstering resilience.

This study investigated the mediating and moderating effects of teacher preference on the relationship between behavior problems and peer victimization. The subjects were 520 children in the fifth and sixth grades. Children completed peer nominations that assessed peer victimization. Teachers rated children's internalizing, externalizing problems and teacher preference. The full mediating effect of teacher preference was found in externalizing problems and the partial mediating effect was found in internalizing problems. Moreover, the moderating effect of teacher preference was found only in internalizing problems, which suggests that high teacher preference protects internalizing problems from peer victimization.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship on the relationship between attachment and subjective well-being of university students. We conducted a survey on 336 university students in Andong-si and Cheongju-si. The data were analyzed by Pearson's productive correlation, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel test. The results were as follows: First, affective well-being made an effect by avoidant attachment and anxiety attachment, and was more affected by interpersonal relationship than anxiety attachment including mediating variable of interpersonal relationship. Second, there was a significant effect in cognitive well-being only by anxiety attachment. Including mediating variables of interpersonal relationship, cognitive well-being affected by interpersonal relationship only. Third, interpersonal relationship mediated partially the relationship between attachment and affective well-being, and perfectly between attachment and cognitive well-being.

A empirical study about dual commitment of members of labor union for logistics companies based around the capital for their companies and union was carried out. This paper reviewed the effects of job security, organizational justice and social capital on dual commitment, and the mediating effect of social capital between job security and organizational justice, and dual commitment. Also, by establishing the social capital as a mediating variable, whether the effects of job security and organization justice to dual commitment exhibit mediating effects was identified.
