친환경농산물 선택기준이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 태도와 신뢰의 매개, 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Selection Criteria for Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products on Purchase Intention)

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention and the effects of consumers' attitudes and the reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention by using the theory of planned behavior. Subjective norms of variables of behavioral intention, attitudes toward behavior and control of the behavior were used to create selection criteria, consumers' attitudes and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products. The study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria, attitudes, and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention constructing models and hypotheses of mediation and moderation between selection criteria for agricultural products and purchase intention by consumers' attitudes and reliability. Research design, data, and methodology - The findings were as follows: first, consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products had a significantly affirmative influence upon purchase intention. Health was the most important factor of selection criteria convenience was more important than quality and familiarity was next. Consumers' attitudes and trust had a significant influence on purchase intention. Second, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust partially mediated selection criteria: sub-factors and purchase intention were important in selection criteria. Third, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust had a significant moderation effect between selection criteria and purchase intention. In the test of the moderation effect between sub-factors of selection criteria and purchase intention, consumers' attitude had a significantly positive influence upon health, convenience, and familiarity, and had no significant influence upon quality and purchase intention. Consumers' trust had no significant influence upon health, convenience, and quality. Results - The study provided several theoretical implications: first, an empirical analysis was undertaken with selection criteria for environmental-friendly agricultural products, consumers' attitude, and trust to investigate subjective norms, attitude toward behavior and control of behavior based on the theory of planned behavior. Second, this study investigated both the mediation effect and moderation effect of consumers' subjective norms on attitudes toward behavior, the mediating effects of perceived behavior control and changes of behavioral intention depending upon size and direction of the variables. This study also provided several practical implications. Conclusions - First, consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products did not increase despite rapid increase of production therefore, promotion of consumption and distribution was needed considering the supply and demand of the products. Second, definite standards for selection criteria were suggested to build up consumers' attitude and trust. Consumers' attitude could be improved by factors including the brand of environment-friendly agricultural products, consistent quality, solving physiological problems caused by adverse effects of environmental problems, supplementary approaches, treatment of adverse effects by eating food, and the development and supply of products in accordance with changes of lifestyle. Finally, consumers' demand for sub-factors of selection criteria could be much higher than health, convenience, and quality of the products. Therefore, a process was needed that could continuously check consumers' needs for the products. Limitations were described at the end of the study.

대졸청년의 직업가치가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Job Values on the Quality of Life of Undergraduate Graduates with Early Careers)

  • 본 연구는 대졸 초기경력자을 대상으로 직업가치가 직무만족의 매개를 거쳐 삶의 질에 미치는 영향력에 대해 실증분석을 통해 살펴보는데 데 목적이 있다. 이에 직업가치와 삶의 질의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과와 직업눈높이의 조절효과를 포함하는 매개된 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 곰스데이터를 활용하여 직업가치 직무만족 그리고 직업눈높이를 측정하기 위한 문항을 살펴보았으며, SPSS 23.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 자료 분석을 시행하였다. 매개된 조절모형은 매개 및 조절효과가 포함된 통합적인 모형이므로 매개효과와 조절효과, 그리고 매개된 조절효과를 차례로 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 직무만족을 통한 매개효과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 직업가치는 직접경로와 매개변수인 직무만족을 통한 간접경로로 삶의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째 직무만족을 통한 직업눈높이의 조절된 매개효과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 세부적으로 독립변수인 직업가치와 매개변수인 직무만족은 종속변수인 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Factors that Affect Depression and Anxiety in Service and Sales Workers Who Interact With Angry Clients

  • Introduction: We evaluated depression and anxiety in service and sales workers from Korea who interacted with angry clients to identify factors that mediated and moderated depression and anxiety in these workers. Methods: This was a secondary analysis of data from the fifth Korean Working Conditions Survey conducted in 2017. A structural equation model was used for mediation and moderation analysis. Results: Service and sales workers who had more interactions with angry clients had increased risk for depression and anxiety. Experiencing clients' adverse behaviors (acute episodes) mediated the relationship between interacting with angry clients (a chronic situation) on depression and anxiety. Job satisfaction and managers' support moderated the relationship between interacting with angry clients and mental health problems. Conclusion: We suggest that employers of service and sales workers should recruit staff based on their aptitude for such work, thus ensuring job satisfaction, and train them to deal with angry clients in such a way that they experience less emotional burden. Employers should also make bylaws requiring managers to directly take care of adverse social behavior by clients. Furthermore, a sociocultural campaign to prevent adverse social behavior by clients is also needed.

서울 일부 지역 청소년의 음식 콘텐츠 시청과 영양지수(NQ-A)와의 관련성 (Association between Food Content Watching and Nutrition Quotient in Adolescents (NQ-A) in Seoul)

  • In this study, we identified the differences in food content watching habits and nutrition quotient in adolescent (NQ-A). A total number of 811 subjects were surveyed to establish their general characteristics, food content watching habits, and NQ-A using a self-administered questionnaire. In addition, the mediating effect of watching motivation between the type of food content watched and the NQ-A score was determined. The classification by the type of the food content mainly watched showed that 405 participants (49.9%) watched the Mukbang content, 244 (30.1%) the Cookbang content, and 162 (20.0%) another contents. Among the content watching motives in the Cookbang content group, information acquisition and enjoyment were predominant, whereas emotional satisfaction had the lowest frequency. Compared to the Mukbang content group, when the Cookbang content group mediated information acquisition motivation, the scores of the total, diversity, balance, and practice of NQ-A score areas increased. Compared to the Mukbang content group, the score in the moderation area decreased when the Cookbang content group mediated enjoyment motivation. If food content with accurate information and interesting content are produced and used for adolescent nutrition education, the education will be highly effective.

Linking Personality, Emotional Labor and Employee Well-being: The Role of Job Autonomy

  • This study aimed to examine the cause and consequence of emotional labor strategies based on the emotional labor framework. To investigate the boundary condition of the current research model, the study proposed that job autonomy would moderate the effects of emotional labor on employees' well-being. To achieve the purpose of the study, it was first tested whether neuroticism and extroversion of employees predicted the focal outcomes (i.e., burnout and work engagement) via distinct emotional labor strategies. Second, the moderation effects of job autonomy were tested for each emotional labor strategy in predicting the focal outcomes. Third, the conditional indirect effects of job autonomy on the mediation process were examined. The results revealed that surface acting partially mediated the relationship between neuroticism and burnout, whereas deep acting fully mediated the relationship between extraversion and work engagement. Regarding the moderating effects of job autonomy, it significantly moderated the relationship between surface acting and burnout and between deep acting and work engagement. In addition, from the moderated mediation effects, the conditional indirect effects of job autonomy were significant. Finally, theoretical and practical implications are discussed and limitations and future research directions were suggested.

Effects of Employees' Job Characteristics, Commitment, and Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

  • Purpose - This study reveals antecedent factors to help develop expressway rest areas in which employees were exposed to inferior environments, using Hackman and Oldham's Job Characteristics Theory. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted on 148 expressway rest area employees in Gyeonggi-do. After excluding questionnaires with invalid responses, 141 questionnaires were analyzed. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics had a positive influence on the organizational commitment of employees, and organizational commitment had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Further, the results of mediation effects showed that organizational commitment and self-leadership were partially mediated. Finally, the results of the moderation effect of self-leadership showed that self-leadership was thought to be vital to let members endeavor to promote the competitiveness of expressway rest areas. Conclusions - The expressway rest area company needed to design jobs to let employees be self-motivated, productive, positive, responsible, and aspirational; job redesign, including job enrichment and job enlargement can be considerably helpful for affirmative influence.

  • This current research investigated whether job stress mediates the relationship between physical environment and safety behavior of members in organization. Furthermore, we hypothesized that safety climate functions as moderator between physical environment-job stress link. In order to examine the hypotheses, 870 employees in various fields of companies were sampled. Using structural equation modeling(SEM), we conducted moderated mediation model analysis which cab elaborately test the significance of our hypotheses. The results showed that job stress mediated the link between physical environment and safety behavior of members. Moreover, the relationship between physical environment and job stress was moderated by safety climate. The implications and limitations of our study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

카지노 딜러의 감정노동이 우울에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 조절된 매개모형을 중심으로 (The Effect of Emotional Labor of Casino Dealers on Depression : Through a Moderated Mediation Model)

  • 본 연구는 카지노 딜러의 감정노동과 우울과의 관계에서 적대감의 매개효과와 감정표현불능증의 조절효과가 나타나는 조절된 매개효과가 유의한지 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울 소재 외국인 전용 카지노 딜러 160명(남 56명, 여 94명)을 대상으로 감정노동, 감정표현불능증, 적대감, 우울에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 22.0의 SPSS Macro를 사용하였다. 분석결과로 첫째, 카지노 딜러의 감정노동의 강도가 높아질수록 우울이 높아지는 모습이 나타났으며, 적대감은 감정노동과 우울을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조절효과 검증 결과, 감정노동과 감정표현불능증, 적대감과 감정표현불능증이 상호작용하여 우울에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 감정노동이 적대감을 통하여 우울에 영향을 미치는 과정을 감정표현불능증이 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 유의미하였다. 논의에서 본 연구의 의의로 카지노 딜러들의 감정노동을 지원하는 방안에 대한 제언을 기술하였다.

BtoB 기업간 형성된 사회적 자본이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 지식흡수역량의 매개적 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Social Capital on the Firm's Performance - Focusing on the Mediated moderation effect of Knowledge Absorption Capacity -)

  • 본 연구는 BtoB 기업 간 거래에서 형성된 사회적 자본(social capital)이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 지식흡수역량의 매개적 조절효과를 중심으로 연구모형을 검증하였다. 즉, 사회적 자본의 각각의 차원이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 기존선행연구에서 제시하지 않은 사회적 자본의 각 차원간의 관계를 검증함으로써 사회적 자본 중 어떠한 요소가 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하였다. 또한 지식흡수능력에 따라 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 다양한 방법으로 분석하여 제시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 사회적 자본을 3가지 차원으로 구분하였다. 즉, 구조적 차원, 관계적 차원 그리고 인지적 차원으로 구분하여 각 구성요소간의 관계를 검증하였다. 먼저 구조적 차원이 관계적 차원에 영향을 미쳤으며, 관계적 차원이 인지적 차원에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 마지막으로 구조적 차원 또한 인지적 차원에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 선행연구에서 한계점으로 지적되었던 것을 검증했다는 것에 의미가 있다. 두 번째, 사회적 자본의 각각의 구성요소들이 지식흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지식흡수역량이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지식흡수역량의 중요성을 확인한 결과 사회적 자본과 기업성과 사이에서의 매개된 조절 효과도 있음을 확인하였다. BtoB 거래에서 축적된 사회적 자본을 어느 정도 흡수하는가에 따라 두 기업의 성과는 분명 다를 수 있음을 의미한다.

진성 리더십이 경쟁적 협력에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과와 성과보상연계성의 매개된 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Mechanism behind Authentic Leadership's Effect on Coopetition: Focusing on Positive Psychological Capital as a Mediator and Performance-based Rewards as a Mediating Moderator)

  • 본 연구는 진성리더십이 조직 구성원들의 긍정심리자본을 매개로 경쟁적 협력 (coopetition)에 미치는 영향에 대한 효과성을 검증하고, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과가 성과보상연계성에 의해 조절되는 메커니즘을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 긍정심리자본은 진성리더십과 경쟁적 협력 간의 관계에서 매개 역할(간접효과)을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성과보상연계성은 진성리더십과 정쟁적 협력 간의 관계에서 부(-)적으로 조절하는 조건부직접효과와 진성리더십이 긍정심리자본을 매개하여 경쟁적 협력에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 성과보상연계성에 의해 정(+)적으로 조절되는 매개된 조절효과(조건부 간접효과)가 나타났다. 이를 통하여 본 연구에서는 조직구성원들의 경쟁적 협력을 촉진하는 선행 메커니즘을 실증적으로 규명하였다는데 의의가 있다. 또한 그 동안 상대적으로 연구가 부족하였던 경쟁적 협력에 대한 연구를 개인수준으로 확장하였다는데 의미가 있다.
