The W$\v{o}$njong Kongsin Nock$\v{o}$n (原從功臣錄券) is a kind of the official document to granting a privilege and stipend which was awarded in 1395 to Kim Ch$\v{o}$lni (金天理). devoted his master who was latter set on a throne of the first King Taejo of Yi dynasty. In the present study are concretely verified that the Nock$\v{o}$n is bibliographically invaluable archives of early Yi dynasty in the viewpoint of the followings: 1) Unique material of biographies covering those meritorious retainers to deserving the foundation of Yi dynasty. 2) Worthy material of history including the meritorious examples on the founding of a new Kingdom which were omitted in the true record of the Yi dynasty. 3) Priceless material of philology written in the Korean ancient languages to use the letter of Yi-du (吏讀).

이 연구에서는 그동안 장서개발을 주제로 한 연구가 지속적으로 수행되고 도서관의 자료구입비 확보를 위한 노력이 꾸준히 이루어져오고 있음에도 불구하고, 공공도서관 장서의 개선이 원활하게 이루어지지 않는 이유를 자료구입에 영향을 주는 법제에 초점을 두고 분석해 보았다. 이를 위해 첫째, 공공도서관 장서개발을 지원하는 재정적 토대인 자료구입비를 자체재원, 의존재원, 대안재원으로 나누어 각 항목이 유지되는 법제적 근거를 분석하였으며 둘째, 공공도서관 자료구입과정에서 자료구입비가 형성되는 근거를 분석하였다. 셋째, 도서관장서로 편입되는 자료의 성격을 규정하는 법제를 분석하고 넷째, 자료구입과정에 영향을 주는 법제를 계약형태 결정, 계약방법 결정, 자료납품업체 선정 단계로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석결과를 취합하여 공공도서관에서 자료구입비를 확보하고 구입과정을 효율적으로 개선할 수 있는 법제적 차원에서의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

In the modern communicative age, the standards of the school libraries are the qualitative guarantee on the services of school libraries or school library media programs, as the guidline, the active guide, the policy documentation and criteria for the professional excellence. The standards of SLMP were revised the sixth time by the school library profession(ALA) with the members or agency of NEA in the U.S. There are the first standard was a quantitative; 'the Certain Report'(by A.L.A., 1920) appearing that the school library is the heart of the school, 2nd 1925; turning up the teaching material source and personel, 'School Libraries for today and tomorrow' (by AASL, 1945) incluseing the instructional materials and the 7th educational ideas in the quantitative feature, 'Standards for School Library Programs' (by AASL, 1960) expressing the instructional material center, communicative environment, learning and teaching laboratory, 'Standards for school media programs' (by DAVI & AASL, 1969) implicating the instructional resource, learning and teaching laboratory, the condition precedent of qualitative education for excellence, 'Standards for media programs; District/school (by AASL & AECT, 1975) containing the improving user's educational experience and personal freedom on the use of SLMP's services. Through changing the standards of SLMP in the US, We have known that the main educational idea in the standards are; (1) SLMP is the instructional force and resource for qualitative, excellence education by learning and teaching laboratory, instructional resource, communicative environment (2) SLMP is the actualizing force and resource for user's self-realization by intellectual and personal excellence, individualizing, humanizing and personalizing education.

In this work, the preparations and characteristics of capacitors and inductors for RF IC as a integrated devices are investigated. These kinds of capacitors and inductors can be applicable to the passive components utilized in voltage controlled oscillator(VCO), low noise amplifier(LAN), mixer and synthesizer for mobile telecommunication of radio frequency band(900 MHz to 2.2GHz), and in a library of monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC). The results show that these inductors and capacitors array for RF IC may be applicable to the RF IC passive components for mobile telecommunication.

At the present. one of the very important functions of the information center or library is to provide information service on time and to the right person. But it is impossible if the shape of the material is not complete. So it is important to keep the material of information complete. This study is on deacidification of paper materials for enhancing useful life of information. This study can be summerized as follews; The material needs deacidification is all of machine-made paper except neutral paper, and hand made paper which are below pH 6.5. The best way for the deacidification for the small amount of materals is to use aqueous deacidifiers such as Calcium Carbonate, Magnesuim Carbonate and Borax. 국가도서관통계시스템에서 요구하는 통계항목들은 이론적 견지에서 보면 도서관평가 또는 도서관운영 정책수립을 위해 필요한 데이터를 기반으로 한 항목들이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 국가도서관통계시스템에서 요구하는 통계항목과 공공도서관현장에서 일반적으로 수집될 수 있는 통계항목들과는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 공공도서관 평가로 활용되고 있는 국가도서관통계가 신뢰할 수 있는 또는 타당성이 있는 객관적 데이터인지를 알아보기 위하여, 공공도서관 현장에서 통계를 수집할 수 있는 근거자료인 도서관 업무(운영)일지의 항목들을 분석하고 아울러 통계의 자동수집이 가능한 도서관리 프로그램에 대한 공공도서관에서의 사용 현황을 조사하였다. 이 연구의 분석 자료는 향후 공공도서관 업무(운영)일지의 표준안 마련을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

The school library standards. a guideline encouraging the reasonable library administration for school education that began with early quantity in 1920, has been changed as an information power in 1988 after 7th revision. The school library is highlighted as a gear of education process and the center of education change. The major summary is as follows: First. the name of librarian has been changed from teacher's librarian to school library media specialist that executes as a leader for participating in plan. performance and development of instruction. Second. the type of material has been changed from book to electronic media. Also, the number of book per capital has been increased from 6-8(1920) to 23-28(1988) Finally, the function of school library has been changed from space service into proactive service which is playing the role of the heart of school education process based on information skill.

The purpose of this paper is to overview a recent dispute of the library of the 21st century in Korea and to suggest a desirable model of the future library. There are two visions of the future of library. The first is an access based library model(digital library) emphasizing the digital resources that are networked and browsable electronically. The second is an ownership-based library model(paper library) which emphasize the use of traditional print collections stored locally and physically browsable. A points of dispute between the paper library as storehouse and the digital library as gateway are an electronic informations versus printed materials, access versus ownership, information professional versus librarians. The idea that library as physical place and as cyberspace are diametrically o n.0, pposed is a fallacy and surrealistic opinion. Future library has to acquire, organize, preserve, and make accessible the collections that users want and need. In other words, future libraries need both ownership and access. Access to remote electronic resources must serve as a reasonable substitute for holdings of older material. Therefore, it is a balanced solution that the more heavily used or important materials be considered for ownership and selective information resources for access. No doubt, the traditional library and the digital library will be coexist in the 21 century.

디지털자료가 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고, 과학기술정보 수입국으로서 정보의 자립도를 높이기 위하여 인쇄자료의 수집과 보존공간의 확보는 국가차원에서 여전히 중요하다. 본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)의 사례를 통하여 과학기술 인쇄자료 보존공간의 문제를 분석한 후, 확충방안을 제안 하였다. 국내외 표준 서고공간을 제시하고, KISTI의 서고공간 현황을 분석한 후, 유형별 자료 증가분에 근거하여 2020년까지 시나리오별 필요 서고보존공간을 연차별로 예측하였다. 부족한 보존공간의 확충방안을 개별도서관과 협력을 통한 공동보존서고 운영방안으로 나누어 제시하였다. 본 연구는 KISTI 사례 분석을 통하여 기관에 필요한 보존공간을 산출하고 확충방안을 제시함으로써, 다른 도서관이나 정보센터에 유사한 문제가 발생하였을 때 도움이 되고자 하였다.

이 연구는 공공도서관은 사회에서 생산되는 자료를 수집 제공하는 역할을 수행해야 하며, 이를 위해 국립중앙도서관은 개별도서관의 자료보존을 지원하는 주된 책임기관으로서의 역할을 수행해야 한다는 논리에서 출발하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 국내 공공도서관의 자료보존현황을 파악하여 도서관자료의 공동보존을 위한 도서관간 협력방안과 국가적인 차원에서의 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 자료보존현황에 관한 기초 데이터 수집을 위해 공공도서관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 전국 663개 공공도서관에 설문지를 배포하였으며, 이중 208개관이 응답한 설문지를 회수하여 내용을 분석하였다. 조사의 내용은 자료보존 복원을 위한 조직과 인력, 자료보존 복원을 위한 시설과 환경, 국가적인 차원에서의 자료보존 복원센터의 건립에 대한 의견 등이 포함되었다. 국내 공공도서관의 효율적인 자료보존을 위한 과제로 첫째, 개별도서관 차원의 지식정보자원의 보존성 및 이용성 향상을 위한 자료보존 복원을 위한 자료관리정책의 구비 둘째, 공공도서관, 지역대표도서관, 국립중앙도서관 등과의 협력을 통한 종합적, 효율적 자료보존 복원 체계 구축 등 두 가지 방안을 제안하였다.
