New method for the design, fabrication, and calibration of micro-machined heat flux sensor has been developed. Two types of micro-machined heat flux sensor having different thicknesses of the thermal-resistance layer are fabricated using the MEMS technique. Photo-resist patterning using a chrome mask, bulk-etching and copper-nickel sputtering using a shadow mask are applied to make heat flux sensors, which are calibrated in the convection-type heat flux calibration facility. The sensitivity of the device varies with thermal-resistance layer, and hence can be used to measure the heat flux in heat-transfer phenomena.

In the process of lithography using ultra violet light sources for semiconductor devices, most of defects are made by sub-micrometer pollutants generated at photochemical reactions. We proposed and developed a novel vibration-insensitive on-axis interferometer with a sub-micrometer lateral resolution by using the interference between two beams: one scattered from defects and the other reflected from a reference area without defects. The proposed system was successfully demonstrated to detect a small Al defect of 0.5 ${\mu}m$ diameter within the inspection time of less than 30 minutes over the area of the photo-mask which is 6 inch by 6 inch square.

In this paper, LED arrays with segmented mirrors and a mask are presented as a new dark-field illuminator for reflective Fourier ptychographic microscopy (FPM). The illuminator can overcome the limitations of the size and the position of samples that the dark-field illuminator using a parabolic mirror has had. The new concept was demonstrated by measuring a USAF 1951 target, and it resolved a pattern in group 10 element 6 (274 nm) in the USAF target. The new design of the dark-field illuminator can enhance competitiveness of the reflective FPM as a versatile measurement method in industry.

본 논문은 딥러닝을 이용해 개인이나, 수의사가 반려동물의 피부병을 특정 하는데 있어서 도움을 줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 사용하는 모바일 어플리케이션을 통해 이미지를 수집하고 Mask_RCNN 모델을 사용하여 '구진 플라크','비듬 각질 상피성잔고리', '태선화 과다색소침착', 미란 궤양', '결정 종괴', 농포 여드름'의 6 가지 상태로 분류한 다음 사용자에게 대처법과 병명을 알려주는 반려동물 질병 진단 시스템을 설계하였다.

The Korean folk drama is one of the traditional art performances of Korean folklore, and it is usually characterized by mask dances. An investigation on the costume of Korean folk drama is of great historical significance because they present the variety of typical costume according to the characters. The Sandae-Nori drama of Seoul Gyeong-gi province which was designated as im- portant culture property, has the closest form to general Korean folk costume. The usual characters have their typical costume and reflect the costume of the latter Choson Dynasty period. The costumes are used as a tool of the drama to indicate the character, and the impression of the dance. The costume of the Korean folk drama is made to indicate the character because it is for the play. What is more, the costume of the Sandae-Nori drama of Seoul Gyeong-gi province shows the general aspect of folk costume of the world, which remains as the symbol of the traditional culture and shows more decoration and visibility.

Film growth rate and composition variation are numerically analyzed during the selective area growth of InGaN on the GaN triangular stripe microfacet in this study. Both the vapor phase diffusion and the surface diffusion are considered to determine the In composition on the InGaN surface. To obtain the In composition on the surface, flux of In atoms due to the surface diffusion is added to the concentration determined from the Laplace equation which is governing the gas phase diffusion. The solution model is validated by comparing the growth rates from the analyses to the experimental results of GaN and InN films. The In composition and resulting wave length are increased when the surface diffusion is considered. The In content is also increased according to the increasing mask width. The effect of mask width to the In content and wave length is increasing in the case of a small open region.

Information on isotopic composition and geometric structure is necessary for identifying a true warhead. Nevertheless, such classified information should be protected physically or electronically. With a novel Hash encryption algorithm, this paper presents a Monte Carlo-based design of a neutron activation analysis verification module. The verification module employs a thermal neutron source, a non-uniform mask (physically encrypting information about isotopic composition and geometric structure), a gamma detector array, and a Hash encryption algorithm (for electronic encryption). In the physical field, a non-uniform mask is designed to distort the characteristic gamma rays emitted by the inspected item. Furthermore, as part of the Hash algorithm, a key is introduced to encrypt the data and improve the system resolution through electronic design. In order to quantify the difference between items, Hamming distance is used, which allows data encryption and analysis simultaneously. Simulated inspections of simple objects are used to quantify system performance. It is demonstrated that the method retains superior resolution even with 1% noise level. And the performances of anti-statistical attack and anti-brute force cracking are evaluated and found to be very excellent. The verification method lays a solid foundation for nuclear disarmament verification in the upcoming era.

Micro positioning mechanism is the key technology in many fields, such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), x-ray lithography, mask alignment and micro-machining. In the paper, a 3DOF parallel-type micro-positioning mechanism is proposed. This mechanism uses piezo-actuators and Flexure hinge to control x, y and $\theta$ motion. It is shown both analytically and numerically that 2 DOF flexure hinge model was better precision than 1 DOF flexure hinge design.

The article is alms to investigate the characteristics, the originality, and the interest of fashion design of costume play, which is recently specifically popularized among young fashion mania. The influence of commercialization power of the Disneyland and the animation characters of Japanese caricatures makes the costume play to be one of the main new generation culture. Since the costume play just begins at this moment, the full understanding of the costume play is hard because of the small amount of the materials and happenings of the phenomena. However it reveals the design trends and creativity of the new generation. As the investigation of costume play fashion and the types of costume play, the following results are obtained. 1. The originality of the costume play is thought to be induced from the mask which is used against the ghost in primitive ages, the fancy parade of halloween festival, commercial advertisements of Disneyland, the Japanese caricatures, and the animation games. 2. The distinctive characteristics of Korean costume play shows the massive behaviour, which is different from the individualized costume play in Japan. This facts show the parts of the interest culture of the persons who has the equal interest. The costume play is applied as the sound showing culture, in which the young generation express and enjoy themselves by"kki" - the passion of young energy. 3. The boom of costume play introduce the increased number of costume play shop, pro model, and designer. It also introduce the interest of the new fashion design for the young generations. Thus it is expected the new fashion infra structure in near future.ar future.

The purpose of this study is to examine various types and characteristics of masks and to consider what meanings they have in the recent fashion world. To this end, this study attempts to reflect on the internal meaning of masks exhibited in fashion designers' collections rather than functional meanings. It has an implication; in that it tries to help understand the expressive needs for variety and freshness pursued by modern fashion and use the unique design development to understand the internal meanings of masks. It, therefore, examines the existing domestic and foreign literature and data about masks from a theoretical perspective, and also attempts to draw findings from the data of fashion collections which have been held since the 2000s, as well as from literature research based on books about fashion and various other media. The meanings of masks in the field of fashion are as follows: First, they express identity, by criticizing the couture fashion, through the fashion. Second, they present a new concept of body, showing an illogical and ambiguous identity in which both feminine and masculine images coexist. Third, they are media externally communicating insights about human beings' inner world, through which various messages are transferred to modern people who are attached to external appearances, and the identities possessed by designers are revealed by the masks. Fourth, they ask about a boundary between gender and sexuality, as a means to make us concentrate on the important social issue, while expressing various and new identities, like the hybrid identity. In other words, they can be found to be used as effective media in communicating fashion massages intended by fashion experimental and creative designers.
