수입의류와 국산의류의 불만족에 관한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of Dissatisfaction towards Imported and Domestic Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences between married women's dissatisfaction towards imported and domestic clothing and to test the role of socioeconomic variables on dissatisfaction. Two-piece formal suit was selected as the item, and country of origin of imported suit was not controlled. Sample selection criteria included married women living in Seoul, Korea, between ages 30-59. The data were analysed using factor analysis, paired t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results indicate, in the Korean clothing market, both international and Korean marketers should be prudent with their price policies and should implement differentiated marketing strategy based on their target market's demogrophic profile. Higher dissatisfaction towards domestic clothing in terms of most factors, under the rapidly globalizing market environment suggests the Korean marketers will be forced to face full-scale harsh competition from international marketers.

  • ICT contents market is globally considered as an industry of high added value, where sustainability is accomplished through stories that cover wide range of consumers. However, the need for long-term internationalization strategy is growing as countless number of applications and games has pushed the local market to its limit. Thus, this research explored on the industrial characteristics and the internationalization of ICT contents firms through acquisition of competency. Based on Resource Dependence theory, the authors studied how pursuit of legitimacy and autonomy functioned in the expansion process of ICT contents firms. A survey analysis of 212 key decision makers of Korean ICT content firms were performed, to reveal that resource environment and interdependence must undergo a thorough consideration.

  • As the rapidly changing e-business environment and development of IT, it is difficult to predict appropriate demand and supply of human resources in e-business industry. Such problem causes the imbalance of needs in demand and supply and the difficulty of proving useful information about fostering necessary e-business human resource and so forth. This study present a manpower training plan in e-business industry by investigating e-business human resource in the market and by analyzing curriculums in selected universities. To achieve this objective, we conducted a survey study of e-business companies, educational organizations and workers. From the results of this study, we present the current status of e-business human resource market and the problems of past manpower training system, and provide recommendations. This study would help policy makers, the private companies and academic institutions in developing effective strategies for the e-Biz human resource sector.

인천지역 유통 생약 중 Ochratoxin A 오염실태 조사 (A Survey on Ochratoxin a Contamination of Commercial Medicinal Herbs in Incheon)

  • The aim of this study was to screen the contamination by ochratoxin A of mycotoxins in various medicinal herbs. We conducted a survey of ochratoxin A in medicinal herb on the retail market in Incheon in 2016. 116 medicinal herb samples were evaluated for the ochratoxin A contamination. They were analyzed for ochratoxin A using immunoaffinity column and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-fluorescence detection and the positive samples were confirmed using HPLC-tandem mass spectrometry. Ochratoxin A was detected in 4 medicinal herb samples; the concentrations of ochratoxin A were containing between 20.11 and $372.90{\mu}g/kg$. This study shows that in general, this kind of commodity may be contaminated by mycotoxins. Also this contamination is not limited to only aflatoxin of mycotoxins.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여 최적화된 경영환경을 조성하고, 기업의 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 혁신 수단인 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량의 활용 방향성과 전략을 찾을 수 있는 방안들에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 시장과 기술은 전략적 방향과 문화로 기업이 보유한 정형화된 동적역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 공급사슬관리를 위한 동적역량과 관련된 기술을 반영하여 활용할 때에 보다 높은 기업성과를 창출할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 동적역량이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 시장지향성과 기술지향성은 동적역량에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 동적역량은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 동적역량은 시장지향성, 기술지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 동적역량의 매개효과로 기업의 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증 분석되었다.

환경과 공급체인 구조와의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study about the Relation of Product Environment and Supply Chain Structure)

  • 본 연구는 제품의 영업환경에 따라 공급체인구조가 어떻게 달라지는가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석한 것으로서 환경과 공급체인구조에 있어 기존의 논의대상인 기업(business)수준이 아닌 제품 단위에서 공급체인구조에 대한 분석이 이루어 졌다. 이는 기업내 각각의 제품에 따라 제품특성별로 공급체인관리가 이루어져야 하는 중요성을 인식할 때 통합적 공급체인관리에 있어 제품단위의 분석은 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 이에 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 제품환경을 특성에 따라 분류해 공급체인 구조와의 관계를 연구하였다. 여기서 공급체인 구조변수는 기존 문헌연구를 통해 도출하였다. 본 실증 연구를 위하여 제품별 공급체인에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계방법은 주로 분산분석(ANOVA)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면, 제품 영업환경과 공급체인구조간의 관련성을 분석한 결과, 제품의 영업환경에 따라 공급체인구조가 달라짐을 보였다. 제품영업환경의 두집단, 즉 불확실한 제품환경집단과 안정된 제품환경집단에 따라 공급체인 구조변수(공급체인 참여자수, 공급체인리드타임, 관리적 독립성, 공급체인의 대응점)의 관계에 있어서는 공급체인 참여자수를 제외한 모든 구조변수에서 모두 유의미한 관계를 나타내었다. 공급체인의 구조변수에서 공급체인의 길이를 나타내는 변수로는 공급체인의 참여자수와 공급체인 리드타임이며, 공급체인에 대한 모니터링이나 트러스트 측면을 나타내는 변수로는 관리적 독립성과 공급체인의 대응점이다. 분석결과 환경이 불확실한 제품의 경우 공급체인의 길이측면에서는 안정된 제품보다 짧게 나타나고 있고 공급체인에 대한 모니터링이나 트러스트 측면에서는 환경이 불확실한 제품이 안정된 제품보다 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 영업환경이 불확실한 제품의 경우 공급체인 구조를 디자인함에 있어서 시장(market)보다는 위계 (hierarchy)위주의 관리에 주안점을 두고 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 반면 영업환경이 안정된 제품의 경우에는 시장 (market)위주의 관리 방식에 초점을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

소비자 혁신력이 소셜커머스 이용만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Consumer Innovativeness on the Satisfaction with Social Commerce Use)

  • Social commerce has a large impact on the emergence of the concept of society and individual lives that is recognized as one of the most important business areas in the Internet environment. A marketing agency, Trend Monitor (http://www.trendmonitor.co.kr), conducted a survey on social commerce usage and satisfaction level; subsequently, we used survey result data from 221 adult males and females for our research sample. Data analyses were conducted by reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, t -test or one-way analysis of variance, and structural equation model (SEM) with IMB SPSS ver. 21.0 and ver. AMOS ver. 21.0. This study focused on multi-dimensional consumer innovativeness and found three elements of acceptability, competence, and distribution. Empirical verification through SEM presented data that suggests the three consumer innovativeness factors have a direct positive effect on social commerce that causes factors to indirectly affect satisfaction levels. This study indicated that the main consumption patterns in modern society take advantage of social commerce and satisfaction by improving a market economy to promote restoration. First, this study considers consumer innovativeness to have three factors. Secondly, research results help to understand relations between consumer innovativeness, use and satisfaction with social commerce that can help the social commerce industry establish effective market strategies through consumer innovativeness. The conclusion discusses implications for academic research and marketing strategies.

은행권 오픈플랫폼 보안취약성 분석과 보안대책 (Banknote Open Platform Security Vulnerability Analysis and Security Measures)

  • Open platform technology in the banking industry is anticipated to impact the market very positively together with the activation of Fin Tech services. The domestic environment of payment services has been rapidly changing into the mobiles and multiple new payment services have been introduced from a variety of vendors. However, the convenience of payment always causes worsening the security, and the accidents on the security have been continued to occur such as leakage of personal information, hacking and so on upon the expansion of the industry and the market size. This study aims to analyze the status of Fin Tech open platforms and various problems of the related standard technologies, and to suggest the possible solutions. Upon the analysis results, it was confirmed that multiple solutions were required to improve the main security protocols of open platforms and to process the security functions diversely. In conclusion, the results of this study will be helpful to determine the direction of the solution on the security issues in the open platform environment of the current industry.

양식넙치 산지-도매가격간 비대칭적 가격전이 분석 (Asymmetric Transmission between Producer and Wholesale Prices in Farmed Olive Flounder Market)

  • The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate whether asymmetric price transmission exists in the distribution stage of farmed olive flounder market. For the analysis, time series data were used for the producer prices of Jeju and Wando, and the wholesale prices of Incheon, Hanam and Busan. Through the Granger causality test, the causal relationship from the producer price to the wholesale price was derived and the asymmetric price transmission was analyzed using the autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL). As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a phenomenon of 'positive asymmetric price transmission' from the producer price to the wholesale price. This result can be one evidence that excess profits are received in the intermediate distribution stage, and can be said to be a result showing the incompleteness and inefficiency of the distribution structure of the farmed olive flounder. In the future, it is required to establish an information-sharing system in all stages of production, distribution, and consumption that can create a competitive environment for distribution participants and resolve information asymmetry. Also, it is necessary to review the distribution center specializing in live fish from the viewpoint of the establishment of new distribution channels and sales diversification strategy under the rapidly changing fisheries environment.

공공기관의 경영 효율성과 부채수준의 관련성에 관한 연구 (The Relation between Management Efficiency and Debt Ratio in Public Institutions)

  • Purpose: This study aims to delve into the empirical implications in management efficiency by analyzing the relation between management efficiency and debt ratio in public institutions. Methods: Based on 165 public institutions published in public business information system from 2016 to 2020, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) for estimating management efficiency was performed. This study analyzed the relationship between management efficiency and debt ratio using multi-regression analysis. It also examines how the relationship varies depending on the type of public institution. Results: The results of this study are as follows; We find that there is no significant relation between management efficiency and debt ratio. However, we find that this relationship can be different depending on the type of public institution. Management efficiency is negatively associated with debt ratio for quasi-market type public institutions. This negative relation tends to mitigate for market type public institutions, which suggests that management efficiency may convey differential implications depending on the type of business environment represented by the type of institution. Conclusion: The overall results suggest that the government needs to due caution in establishing a policy plan to reduce debt by increasing management efficiency, taking the specific business environment, particularly with regard the type of institution.
