Recently, With explosive national land developments construction fields ate increasing, and slope failures are disastrous when they occur in mountainous area adjoining highways. but public institutions and supervisors, to manage slope need GIS for managing it more quickly and correctly. For manage slope, it is nesessary to use new IT, especially wireless internet. The current domestic population using cell phones exceeded 30 million and the domestic wireless Internet environment has matured, but implementation of mobile technology for government services isnot matured enough. In this paper the author proposed a new system of mobile PPT monitoring for managing slope inspection for Ubiquitous Environment. This new system manages data in real time and reduces human power when applied to current working environments. This research was supported by a grant(NEMA-06-NH-05) from the Natural Hazard Mitigation Research Group, National Emergency Management Agency.

Objective: The aim of this study is to introduce activities for job stress management in shipbuilding industry. Background: Recently, workers are exposed many job stress like workload, interpersonal conflict while management condition of company changes day by day. Particularly, shipbuilding industry has poor environment which aggravating the stress to the workers. So managing job stress may be more important. Method: The method of this study is to investigate preventive actions of job stress in "S" shipbuilding company. Results: This study through case of "S" shipbuilding company introduce activities of prevention of job stress including identification of level of job stress, managing of psychological clinic, training of worker and manager. Conclusion: In order to manage the job stress in the workplace, 1) The total management system based on the concern of the management in the workplace has to be constructed. 2) Computerized system for operation of total management system has to be constructed. 3) New employees need training for Job Stress. Application: Through this case study, I hope to help prevention activities of job stress in the workplace.

In structural analysis using FEM or BEM, pre_ and post_processor is necessary pre_ and post_processor and analyzer use same structural model. But many other tasks related to structural design, such as optimization, design of layout, etc, do not share that model in spite of their resemblance of requiring data. So, a pre_ and post_ processor was developed using a relational database managing system. Developed system uses the DBMS as a data storage and interacts with it using SQL interface. In this way, many other tasks that uses same structural data can be developed.

본 논문은 조명시설을 효과적으로 제어 관리를 위하여 휴대용 개인 단말기를 통하여 On-Line으로 작업이 가능한 Web서버의 개발에 관하여 연구하였다. 현재 조명시설의 제어는 단순한 기능에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 결과물을 통하여 대중화된 휴대용 개인 단말기를 이용하여 실시간으로 조명시설을 효율적으로 제어 및 관리함으로써 경제적, 인력적인 면에서 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

학습지도안은 학습활동에 있어서 반드시 작성해야 하는 중요한 문서이긴 하지만, 그 중요도나 작성하는데 들이는 시간에 비해 학습활동에 대한 활용도가 매우 낮다. 웹이 발달하면서 개인 홈페이지나 에듀넷과 같은 인터넷 사이트를 통해 학습지도안의 공유가 활발해지긴 했지만, 단지 학습지도안을 작성하기 위해 내용을 참고하는 정도에 그치고 있고 학습에 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있는 자료로는 활용되고 있지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 학습지도안을 형식적인 문서로써 재활용하는 데서 벗어나 학습에 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시한 후, 제시된 내용을 바탕으로 학습지도안 관리 및 활용 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Recently development trends in information technology expand the activity boundaries for human living beyond coastal zones. These rapid changes of paradigm are stimulating scientists and strategists to be encouraged in making adequate model for marine geographic information system (MGIS) and their applications. Coastal zones are places which are affected by many factors, such as water quality, tide, wave, atmosphere, population, industry, etc. Therefore information related to the coast has to be integrated and analyzed for managing it efficiently. GIS-based Ocean Informatics is suited for those purposes and used in the study for establishing and managing coastal geographic and environmental information system. This paper reviews the properties of ocean and coastal spaces, then defines some MGIS related terminologies for clarifying the scope of MGIS boundaries. In this study, coastal geographic information is established by digital geographic information and digital terrain information. Digital coast chart having information on digital chart and map can merge and analyze various coastal information and can be a useful tool for the coastal integrated management.

The number of share houses has increased in Korea, and social recognition of this type of housing is also growing. In order to review current conditions and housing systems for share houses, an analysis of rooming house, a type of share house that is built overseas, was carried out. This study focused on studying rooming houses of Canada. Residents occupy in rooms and share common spaces with other tenants in rooming houses. The purpose of this research is to study planning guidelines, systems, operation management of rooming houses and the process and role of public and citizen participation. Based on characteristics of planning guidelines and operation management for rooming houses, implications which can be used for setting institutional and planning foundations for share houses in Korea have been presented through this research.

지금까지 건설기술 하도급용역은 건설공사와 달리 실적관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않아, 기관별 하도급 용역 현황을 파악하기 어려웠다. 최근 정부는 건전한 원도급과 하도급간 거래질서를 확립하고자 하도급용역을 양성화하고 체계적으로 관리하기 위해 건설기술진흥법 등 관련 제도를 보완하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 하도급 용역 양성화 방안의 일환으로, 하도급 용역실적관리 체계를 마련하기 위해 발주청, 용역사 등 관계자 면담을 통해 최적의 대안을 모색하였다. 그 결과, 원도급 건설기술용역 실적관리시스템을 근거로 하도급 용역과 원도급 용역을 통합 관리할 수 있는 체계를 마련하여 실적증명 발급 업무에서 90% 이상 처리시간이 단축되고, 객관적이고 신뢰성있는 하도급 용역실적 관리를 통해 저가하도급 방지 등 하도급 업체 보호를 위한 제반 환경을 마련하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 대학의 온라인 수업에 대한 대학의 운영 및 시스템지원이 학습실재감을 매개로 학습참여도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 구성요인들 간의 구조적 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 온라인수업으로 이루어지는 공통교양과목 중 '대학영어2' 수강생 135명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형의 확인적 요인분석을 통해 연구모형의 적합도 분석과 경로구조 분석을 실시했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 온라인 수업환경에 대한 대학의 운영지원이 학습자의 학습실재감에 정적인 영향을 치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 수업환경에 대한 대학의 운영지원이 학습실재감을 완전매개하여 학습참여도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학의 온라인 수업에서 환경특성 요인인 온라인 수업에 대한 지원, 학습자 특성 요인으로 학습실재감, 학습참여도간의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 온라인 학습장면에서 학습참여도에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고 교수·학습 설계에 고려해야 하는 시사점을 제시해 주었다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 지닌다.
