  • Currently drilling investigation and the SPT in parallel not only organization and peculation sincerity quality historian of test to be old the data was abundant with the site ground investigation test which is representative and the research of empirical formula in compliance with many scholar was accomplished and was come. The data which is like this wide is used with geotechnical engineering data of plan and space-time of the field which is various. SPT with tentative voluntary skillful degree record method of variety and technical expert of equipment, according to site conditional is consistent the quality of ground condition but cannot be made to show there is a tendency and specially the point whose is difficult actually accurately to follow the interval which decides in quality as a matter of tentative standard of drill and the test in parallel and a tentative method exists. From the research which sees consequently also the skill of variety and technical expert of equipment of SPT, strong point of the SPT automation logger will be able to complement the problem point of quality etc. of site condition under comparison analyzing should have been boiled about SPT of existing and tentative methods and N-value.

남자 해머던지기 시 각 회전 별 역학적 특성과 투사 요인 분석 (Analysis of Projectile Factors and Biomechanical Characteristics of Men's Hammer Throwing during Turning Phases)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the projectile factors and biomechanical characteristics of men's hammer throwing during turning phases. Four national leveled athletes including Korea national record holder participated in this study. After full warm-up, each participant performed 6 trials of hammer throwing with their best. The best recorded trial was selected from each participant and they were analyzed for this study. Three-Dimensional motion analysis using a system of 5 video cameras at a sampling frequency 60Hz was performed for this study. As the number of turns increased, athletes revealed following characteristics. 1) The single and double support time decreased. 2) The rotation foot was closed to axis foot and it revealed greater medio-lateral displacement than that of horizontal one. 3) At the transition point from double support to single support, ball was in front of rotation foot so that not much angular velocity obtained. For the projectile factors, projectile angle did not show differences while projectile height and velocity revealed differences among the participants. It may indicated that each athlete has different fitness and skill level to resist centrifugal force which become larger as the number of turn increased.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of high quality CPR using the 4 types of rescue device equipment and chest compressions energy measurement in pre-hospital settings. So, we used the mode to insert load cell in ALS Skill master Manikin to develop CFMM(Compression Force Measurement Manikin) on main stretcher, CPR board, long spine board, scoop stretcher and floor. And, our research team could know that the main stretcher needed average force of 32.55 (${\pm}1.01$) kg, CPR board of 27.23 (${\pm}1.08$) kg, long spine board of 27.13 (${\pm}1.18$) kg, Scoop Stretcher of 27.38 (${\pm}1.05$) kg and Floor of 27.24 (${\pm}0.93$) kg. CPR board must be necessary in the case of CPR on main stretcher in a moving ambulance. But if the condition of patient's back surface is the removable stretcher and the long spine plate, the patient doesn't have to be spent time to use a CPR board. Furthermore, this research suggests to consider that how to take advantage of the education to students for the equipment to check in real time the energy(kg) requirement of chest compressions.

신체화의 평가 및 치료 (Assessment and Treatment of Somatization)

  • 신체화는 진단보다는 오히려 일종의 과정으로 간주된다. 따라서 단순히 진단명을 선택하기보다는 정신병리를 알아 보려는 노력이 더 중요하다. 신체형장애의 진단 및 치료의 어려움은 환자의 질병행동 즉 정신사회적 문제를 부정하여 정신과적 접근을 기피하는 것과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 신체증상 이면에 있는 정신사회적 문제에 대한 단서를 포착하는 것은 정신과의사의 중요한 역할이다. 이런 점에서 신체화 환자들에 대한 치료적 접근은 정신과적 치료에 대한 수용을 촉진할 수 있는 특정 기술과 전략이 요구된다. 신체화 환자의 치료목표는 완치가 아니라 관리에 있다. 치료는 환자의 반응과 필요성에 따라 융통성을 두어야 한다. 평가 및 치료 초기부터 여러 과가 공동으로 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 결론적으로 신체화의 평가 및 치료는 통합적인 접근 즉 생물정신사회적인 접근이 필요하다. 특히 다른 신경증 환자에서보다는 생물의학적 접근이 더 강조될 필요가 있다. 따라서 이런 환자들을 조기에 발견하고 환자의 정신과적 치료의 수용을 촉진시키기 위해서는 신체형환자에게 적절한 접근 즉 면담기술을 개발해야 함은 물론 다른과 의사들을 교육시키는 것도 정신과의사가 해야 할 중요한 역할에 속한다.

의사소통기술을 활용한 해부설명회 적용 후 의학전문대학원생의 자기평가요인과 학업성취도 상관관계 분석 (Introduction of Explanation Meeting in Cadaveric Dissection Using Communication Skill : Correlation between Self-Evaluation Factor and Academic Achievement of Medical Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 해부학 실습 교육과정에 해부설명회를 도입에 따른 의학전문대학원생들의 자기평가요인(만족도, 전공 연계성, 운영 적절성, 의사소통)과 학업성취도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 2008-2009학년도 1학기 해부학 실습 교육을 받은 의학전문대학원생들(n=102)이 일부 수업시간을 활용하여 해부설명회에 참가하였고, 보건 의료 계통의 학부생들에게 사체를 활용하여 인체 구조에 대한 설명과 토론을 마친 후 설문지와 소감문을 작성하게 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자기 평가 요인들을 분석하였고, 2008-2009 학년도 해부학 성적과의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 설문 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 자기 평가 요인을 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 과거 경험 유무 등의 일반적 특성과 상관없이 만족도, 전공 연계성, 운영 적절성, 언어적 및 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 모두에서 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 자기 평가 요인 중 학업성취도와 높은 상관관계를 갖는 요인은 언어적 커뮤니케이션이었다(p<0.05). 또한 언어적 커뮤니케이션은 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과도 높은 상관관계를 가졌다(r=0.580, p<0.01). 결론적으로 커뮤니케이션 기법을 활용한 해부설명회의 도입은 의전원 학생들에게 심화 학습의 기회를 제공하였고 학습동기를 유발시키며, 적극적인 학습태도를 갖게 하였다. 아울러 커뮤니케이션에 대한 중요성을 깨닫게 되었고, 타 전공자와의 상호교류를 통한 학문적 이해의 폭이 확대되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진행과정에 나타난 문제점을 보완하고 개선한다면 해부학 실습의 개선 방안으로서 해부설명회의 활용가치가 충분하다고 판단되었다.

의료의 질 개선 전문가의 자격 시스템에 대한 현황 (The review of qualifying systems of quality improvement specialists in healthcare)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive information of qualification systems of developed countries needed to establish our national system for QI(Quality improvement) specialists. Methods: All articles related to any applicable domestic or foreign countries' laws, operational status, and detailed programs for professional qualification system of QI were reviewed. Result: In the United States, a non-profit organization, Healthcare Quality Certification Commission (HQCC) has set the policies, procedures and standards in the field of health care quality. And qualification system of CPHQ (certified professional in healthcare quality) has been operated in order to authenticate the qualifications in the field of quality management. IBQH(international Board for quality in healthcare), a qualification system of experts in the United Kingdom, was designed to assist the qualification of professionals to improve the quality of healthcare. In addition, Health Research Center of Feinberg School of Medicine in Northwestern University has been operating Master's and doctoral degree programs in the field of the quality of care and patient safety and IHI (institute for healthcare improvement) open school was operating a professional training course related to the quality of care and patient safety. Conclusion: Quantity and complexity of information of the quality of care and patient safety have been increased. For reform of the health care system, a special training course of the expertise and leadership are needed. So far, there is no national professional certification courses in our nation. Therefore essential job skill should be acquired individually. For systematic and effective quality improvement activities, the educational and certification system with professional development model are needed.

스키장 이용실태 및 이용자 만족도에 관한 연구 -도시근교형과 리 조트형의 비교- (A Comparative Study on Current Use and Satisfaction of Skiers between 'Suburban type' and 'Resort type' Ski Resort)

  • This is a comparative study on the use pattern and satisfaction of skiers between the suburban skiing ground and the resort one. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the planning and the management of skiing ground. The sites of case study are Yong Pyung Ski Resort (Resort type) and Bears Town(Suburban type). Data were collected from questionaire. A total of 420 questionaires were completed. And data were subjected to following analysis: First, the descriptive statistics(mean, chi-square analysis etc.) were used to compare the characteristics of the users and the use pattern of two sites. Second, factor analysis was utilized to reduce 22 satisfaction items into the smaller number of factors. Third, regression analysis was used to find the factors affecting users' overall satisfaction in each skiing ground. The findings of this study are as follows: First, it was proved that the characteristics of users between tow sites were different in terms of age, income, and skill level. Second, it was proved that the use pattern between two sites were different in terms of travel distance from home, traffic mode, length of stay, accommodation type, and the money spent per day. Third, By a principal component factor analysis several factors of satisfaction are found: In physical terms, they are 'slope and life facilities', 'recreation and lodge facilities', 'accessibility', 'crowding', and 'landscape'. In psychological terms, they are 'skiing skills and thrills', and 'relaxation and freedom'. Forth, As the result of the stepwise regression analysis, it was yielded that 'relaxation/and freedom' was most important factor to predict the overall satisfaction in both skiing ground. And it was proved that not only physical factors but also phychological(need gratifying) factors were important sources of the satisfaction.

종합병원 구성원들의 의사소통 만족도가 조직유효성 인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Communication Satisfaction on Hospital Employees' Perceived Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 종합병원에 근무하는 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도와 조직유효성 인식과의 관계를 실증적으로 조사하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 4개의 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 전국 10개 병원에 근무하는 의사, 진료지원직, 행정직 직원 473명에 대한 설문조사를 2013년 1월 3일부터 2월 8일까지 실시했다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 병원 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도는 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사소통 만족도와 직종 간의 상호작용 효과는 조직유효성 중 안정성보다는 성장성에 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직종별 의사소통 만족도조사에서는 진료지원직종이 5점 만점에 3.11점으로 가장 낮아 문제점으로 지적되었다. 병원이 조직의 통합을 원한다면 직종 간 의사소통 만족도를 높이기 위한 세부적인 전략 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다.

임상 시나리오 중심 핵심 간호기술 강화 프로그램의 효과 (Empowerment on Clinical Nursing Skills Core Program)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 학생들의 핵심 간호기술의 향상과 역량을 강화하기 위해 임상 시나리오 중심의 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 간호학과 학생들의 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결과정 및 임상수행능력의 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 4년제 간호학과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 편의 표출법(Convenience Sampling)을 하였으며, 실험군과 대조군의 동질성 검증은x2-test와 t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 임상 시나리오중심 핵심실기역량 강화 프로그램의 차이는 independent t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 실험군은 대조군에 비해 비판적 사고(t=4.102, p<.001), 문제해결능력(t=5.082, p<.001)은 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 임상수행능력은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 간호학과 학생들의 자기주도성의 차이로 사료된다. 본 연구결과 핵심 간호기술 강화를 위한 임상 시나리오 중심의 교육프로그램은 간호학과 학생들의 핵심 간호기술 역량을 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.
