Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of newly graduated nurses with educational programs and their experiences in role transition. Methods: Data were collected from November 1 to December 15, 2018 and 483 new graduate nurses working at 15 tertiary hospitals and 10 general hospitals participated. For data collection, self-report questionnaires including the Casey-Fink Graduate Nurse Experience Survey tool and satisfaction with education were used. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results: Satisfaction with education ranged from 3.09 to 3.27, and satisfaction with preceptors was 3.45(maximum 4). The skill that new nurses ranked as most difficult during the first 3 months was charting/documentation, and throughout a whole year, the top 4 difficult skills were cardiopulmonary resuscitation/emergency response, ventilator care, end-of-life care, and prioritization/time management. In comfort/confidence, new graduates felt most comfortable with support and least comfortable with patient safety. More than 50 percent of new graduates experienced stress during role transition, and the most frequently experienced stressors were related to job performance and personal life. Levels of satisfaction with education and comfort/confidence differed according to the hospital type and number of preceptors for new nurses. Conclusion: In order to facilitate the transition of new graduate nurses to professional nurse, an extended period of education, systematic and standardized transition programs, and continuous support during the first year of practice are required.

현대 사회에서 차량은 사람과 물류를 이동시키는 주요한 역할을 담당하고 경제활동에서 필수적인 매체로 사용되고 있으며 그 대수와 이용가치가 날로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 하지만 차량 이용자의 편의성과 관리체계는 기술발전에 비해 아주 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 세대 당 1대 정도로 보유하고 있는 차량 이용자가 경유하는 행정 프로세스의 여러 경로를 우선 탐색하고 분산되어 있는 정보이용 체계를 구체화 한다. 또한, RFID를 활용한 Ubiquitous 기술과 자가 광통신망을 활용하여 각종 차량등록정보시스템을 구축한다. 특히, 차량을 관리하는 각종 행정기관 등의 중간 이용과정에서 폐차까지의 활용주기 전체를 일원화하고 첨단방식으로 관리 할 수 있는 차량정보 공동관리 모델을 개발한다. 아울러 자동차와 관련되어 다양하게 출시되고 있는RFID 활용분야의 중복 투자 방지와 표준화 추진을 위한 차량문화 선진화 정책 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 가상현실을 이용한 VR 기본간호술 교육 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 하였다. 핵심기본간호술 20가지 중 간이혈당검사와 인슐린피하주사 항목은 간호술 항목에서 빈번히 수행하는 기본간호술 중 하나이며, 당뇨환자들에게 자가관리 교육을 할 때도 사용할 수 있는 항목이다. 본 연구는 이 항목을 가지고 학습자의 체험을 중심으로 가이드, 미션, 피드백의 3단계로 나누어 몰입형 VR기반 핵심기본간호술 콘텐츠를 설계하였다. 이 콘텐츠에서는 실제 간호술처럼 콘트롤러를 사용하지 않고 손가락 관절인식을 통해 손의 움직임을 트랙킹하여 몰입하며 훈련할 수 있다. 이 연구는 임상 수행 능력 향상을 도울 수 있는 VR 간호술 교육 콘텐츠 개발에 도움이 될 것이다.

The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

본 연구에서는 애자일 문화인식(임파워먼트, 지속적 학습, 개인 커뮤니케이션 강화)이 직무성과(과업, 맥락, 적응)에 미치는 영향 및 개인역량(지식, 기술)의 조절효과를 이론적으로 검토한 후 중국기업의 종업원을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행하였다. 실증분석을 위해 중국기업에 종사하는 종업원 219명의 데이터를 사용하였으며 SPSS 21을 사용하여 변수의 타당성 및 신뢰성 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애자일 문화 인식은 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인역량은 애자일 문화 인식과 직무성과 간의 관계에서 부분적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 애자일 문화인식과 개인역량의 세부적인 역할을 이해할 수 있고 애자일 문화인식을 구성하는 요인들이 기업들이 애자일 조직으로 변환하는데 연구방향을 제시할 수 있다.

본 연구는 지체장애 및 뇌병변장애를 가진 중고령 여성장애인 6명을 대상으로 포토보이스 연구방법을 적용하여 중고령 여성장애인의 삶을 탐색하였다. 연구 참여자들은 집단토론을 통해 4개의 대주제를 선정하였고, 각 주제별로 직접 촬영한 사진을 매개로 하여 '무너지는 나의 건강과 건강 관리(신체 및 정신적 건강의 적신호를 감지함, 건강 악화에 대처하기 위해 노력함)', '나의 여가생활(여가활동이 제한적임, 나만의 여가를 즐기고 있음)', '나의 사회참여(나에게 즐거움을 주는 사회활동에 참여함, 더 나은 사회를 만들기 위해 사회활동에 도전함)', '나의 노후(노후의 경제적 어려움과 외로움이 걱정됨, 행복한 노후를 소망함)'에 대한 자신의 경험을 공유하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 중고령 여성장애인을 위한 지속적인 건강관리 및 심리상담 프로그램 제공, 사회통합을 도모하기 위한 여가활동 제공 및 사회참여 기회 확대, 노후의 경제적 정서적 자립을 위한 훈련 및 교육 프로그램 제공 등을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 취업 스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식과의 관계를 확인하고자 일대학교의 학생 314명을 대상으로 2018년 05월 02일부터 05월 28일까지 자가기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 취업스트레스의 하위변수 중 성격 스트레스, 가족환경 스트레스, 학업 스트레스, 학교환경 스트레스는 정서중심적 대처방식과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었고, 취업불안 스트레스는 사회적 지지추구와 정서중심적 대처방식과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 대학생들의 정서중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 우울 같은 정서와 신체상의 건강 문제와 관련이 있으므로 심리지원서비스를 통한 조기 발견과 이의 대처에 관한 심리치료 프로그램 및 교육, 특강, 캠프 등의 혼합 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 또한 정서중심적 대처방식에서 문제해결 중심으로 전환하기 위한 전략적 행동 기술훈련(계획,방법,기술)이 필요하다고 생각된다.

Ensuring the quality of molds is one of the major issues in mass production. In general, securing the quality of the molds is achieved by repeating grinding and die spotting after machining the molds based on engineer's decision. However, this heuristic method is affected by the engineer's skill and working environment. Therefore, a lot of time and resources are needed in order to ensure quality. In this study, ensuring the quality of molds using grinding map which is generated using automatic measurement is proposed. An automatic measuring system based on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is developed for measuring the molds. This system generates the measurement path automatically using the 3D CAD model of products. CAD (ComputerAided-Design), CAM (Computer-Aided-Manufacturing), and CAQ (Computer-Aided-Quality) technology is integrated using DMIS (Dimensional Measuring Interface Standard) format in the automatic measuring system. After measuring the molds, a grinding map is generated using the gap between the CAD model and measured values of mold. The grinding map displays the machining tendency and the required amount of grinding with values on a 3D map. Therefore, the quality of molds can be ensured with exactness and quickness based on the grinding map. This study shows that integrating the planning, measuring, and analyzing based on computer technology can solve the problem of quality assurance of mold using the proposed method, therefore the productivity can be increased.

논문은 u-관광정보시스템의 콘텐츠 정보품질이 플로우 이론과 만족에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 연구 목적은 콘텐츠 정보품질이 관광객에게 만족감을 주기 위한 플로우 관계정보를 생성 및 제안이다. 본 논문 의미는 콘텐츠 정보품질이 관광객에게 만족감을 검증하기 위한 성공요인을 도출하여 연구 모형으로 가설 설정하고 검증 평가한다. 본 연구의 차별성은 플로우 관계정보를 제안 한 것과 플로우 이론을 접목시켜 플로우 관계정보 속성을 생성하고 u-융합 관광정보시스템을 설계 구현이다. 본 논문의 기여도는 플로우 관계정보를 생성으로 u-관광정보시스템의 콘텐츠 정보품질이 성공요인 도출이다. 장점은 관광객의 관광 성향을 기호화로 패턴이 가능하고 그 패턴을 도식화가 가능하다. 본 논문의 한계성은 소규모 지역으로 국한하여 진행한 것으로 객관성이 좀 떨어진다는 점과 그 점을 보완하기 위한 향후 과제가 필요하다.

본 논문의 연구배경은 플로우 이론을 적용한 u-융합정보시스템이 관광객의 만족도 측정이 부족하기 때문에 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적 및 연구 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째는 플로우 관계정보 표시형식 알고리즘 제안이다. 둘째는 이 알고리즘과 플로우 이론을 접목시켜 콘텐츠 정보품질과 관광객의 성격 유형에 따라 패턴 알고리즘을 생성한 것이다. 본 연구의 기대효과는 플로우 관계정보 표시형식과 관광객의 성격 유형에 따라 패턴 알고리즘을 생성함으로서 u-융합정보시스템의 성공요인을 도출한 것이다. 본 논문의 한계성은 한 지역을 한정적으로 하였으며 데이터의 부족과 소규모 지역으로 객관성이 떨어진다. 추후, 다른 관광지에 제시하는 방법 적용 후, 분석을 통해 효용성을 평가할 필요가 있다. 향후 과제는 전문가 집단의 데이터 보완이 필요하고 여러 지역의 객관성이 보완되어야 할 것이다.
