Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 134 Clinical Research Coordinators in 4 hospitals and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The scores for role performance of CRC were high (average 336.51 points of a possible 420 points, mean average $5.74{\pm}0.67$ of a possible 7) and the degree of role performance in the management task sub dimension (mean average $6.12{\pm}0.77$ of a possible 7) was higher than any other sub dimension. Role performance of the CRC was also related to job satisfaction (r=.198, p=.023). Conclusion: The study results indicate that most CRC are nurses and perceive their role as very important. Further the CRC performance of activities of management task and the Coordination/Advocacy task sub dimension were high and higher levels of job satisfaction were related to higher levels of role performance of CRC was. Therefore, strategies related to improvement in the fringe benefit system and work environment should be developed to increase job satisfaction and thus increase job performance.
Administrative Role-Based Access Control(ARBAC) is a typical model for decentralized authority management by plural security administrators. They have their work range on the role hierarchy. A problem is that legal modification of role hierarch may induce unexpected side effect. Role-Role Assignment 97(RRA97) model introduced some complex integrity principles to prevent the unexpected side effect based on geometric approach. We introduce simple and new one integrity principle based on simple set theory. It is simple and intuitive. It can substitute for all integrity principles of RRA97 model.
This study investigates the relationships among emotional support from social network, ego-resiliency, and role conflict of teachers in kindergartens and day care centers. The subjects were 192 teachers who worked in kindergartens or child care centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. Questionnaires, which require self-report by teachers, were used to investigate the emotional support from social network, ego-resiliency, and role conflict. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, single and multiple regressions, using SPSS Win 15.0. The results are as follows. (1) Emotional support from social network and ego-resiliency was negatively associated with the role conflict of teachers in kindergartens and day care centers. (2) Emotional support from social network was positively associated with ego-resiliency. (3) Emotional support from social network partly exerted indirect effects on role conflict mediated by ego-resiliency. But direct effect of emotional support from social network on role conflict was more than the indirect effect. These results indicate that a higher level of emotional support from social network is more likely to lower role conflict of teachers.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of wives' economic contributions and sex-role attitudes on couples' decision-making for use in family education and to improve stable couple relationships. This study targeted 286 married women who have a child or children. The main results of this study indicate that almost half of the participants showed that their couple decision-making, economic resource contributions and sex-role attitudes were husband-dominated. Additionally, the participants' most modern sex-role attitudes were toward gender stereotypes, though the most conservative attitudes were toward women and men's household lives. The variables that distinguished between husband-dominated and equality couples were age, education level, spouse's average income and resource evaluation; related, age, education level, spouse's average income, contribution toward household management and the occupational life of the woman were the variables that distinguished between husband-dominated and wife-dominated couples. This study also revealed the variables that affect couples' decision- making, demonstrating the necessity of considering several variables in the approach to the decision-making process of individual couples.
