The purpose of this study is to recommend the roles, Qualification, and fostering system of healthy families specialist. In 2003, 'Organic Law to Develop the healthy Families' was legislated. The law endows the responsibilities and duties of the government, local government, and families, in order to embody the healthy families. Also, this suggests appropriate ways to solve diverse families problems and identifies the necessities of establishing social policies to increase the well-being of family members. The enactment system of this law is to place 'Healthy Families Center' under the Prime Minister, and to foster 'healthy families specialist' who have professional knowledge and skills for strengthen diverse families. The major recommend are as follow. First, the roles of healthy families specialist are a practician, deliverer, and administrator to enact the law's philosophy and ideal. Secondly, to protect the competency of those, the qualification is restricted to university and the same level school graduate people, who majored in Home Economics, Social Work. and Women Studies. Finally. to foster and qualify this specialist. the Council of Healthy Families will be compound.
Purpose: This review describes the historical changes in nutrition philosophy from a reductionist to a holistic approach during the $20^{th}$ century. Also, the role and efficient use of a holistic approach to precision nutrition are discussed. Results: Over the past century, significant progress has been made in human nutrition research, unraveling fundamental mechanisms of single nutrients on single targets or pathways. This kind of a reductionist approach has helped to save populations from nutrient deficiency diseases and improve associated health outcomes in large parts of the world. However, a new set of nutrition problems, like obesity and diet-related chronic diseases, are growing each year worldwide, increasing the financial burden on the health care system. A linear cause-effect association between single nutrients and a single physiologic effect, is insufficient to solve the complex nutrition-health relationships. Research that involves a more holistic rather than reductionist approach is needed to tackle a new set of nutrition problems. Recent advances in technology, informatics, and statistical methods are enabling an understanding of the diversity of individuals and the complex interactions between foods and human bodies, leading to the concept of "precision nutrition." Conclusion: The emerging goal of precision nutrition is to provide tailored dietary advice for maintaining health and preventing obesity and diet-related chronic diseases. The parts are already being installed. To grab the complexity, reductionism and holism must be used interdependently.

State information policy is an important component of foreign and domestic policy of the country and covers all spheres of society. The rapid development of the information sphere is accompanied by the emergence of fundamentally new threats to the interests of the individual, society, state and its national security. The article considers the components of the state information policy to ensure information security of the country and identifies the main activities of public authorities in this area. Internal and external information threats to the national security of Ukraine and ways to guarantee the information security of the country are analyzed. Information security is seen as a component of national security, as well as a global problem of information protection, information space, information sovereignty of the country and information support of government decisions. Approaches to ensure the process of continuity of the information security system of the state in order to monitor new threats, identify risks and levels of their intensity are proposed.

The article presents the concept of ICT - competence, which is considered as the most important characteristic of professional competence, which includes a combination of the following components: motivational-value (orientation of the individual to the development of his ITC-competence in future professional activities); technological (complex of skills and abilities of ICT activities); cognitive (a system of knowledge of modern technologies of future professional activity); it is determined that the pedagogical support of the formation of ICT competence of future specialists is the individualization of the process training, due to their personal and professional needs and the specifics of a regional university, providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this process.

Many organizations have realized that to stand out in today's competitive business world, they need not only academic skills but also emotional intelligence (EI). This study aims to investigate the relationship between EI and the organizational performance of university teachers. The convenient sampling technique has been used to select 200 respondents from 25 universities, and a self-administered research instrument has been employed to collect data from the respondents. The reliability test of items is confirmed by Cronbach's Alpha test using SPSS. Factor analysis has been used to find out the significant constructs of EI, which influence organizational performance. Likert scale and multivariate regression analysis have been used for measuring questionnaire items and testing hypotheses. The key outcomes of this study suggest that interpersonal competence, job performance, effective leadership, motivation and creativity, and social competence have a vital influence on organizational performance. The study also reveals that a decision-making system should be developed and the policymakers and concerned authorities should give more emphasis on key variables of EI that are affecting the advancement of higher education. Further investigation is encouraged to identify the mediating and moderating effects of EI on the relationship between employee work engagement and job performance in the organization.

As recognizing the new tendency by enterprise, they value gradually the growth and influence from learning. Practice of organization learning not only needs firm structure and be in coordination with both hardware and software, but also needs an affect measurement model to offer enterprise to estimate learning performance. It's a good instrument of financial performance measure mold in the past years, But it's for measuring the past, couldn't formulate enterprise trend to future, hard to estimate investment for future, such as development of products, organization learning, knowledge management etc, as which intangible assets and knowledge ability just the key factors of being win around competition environment in the future. In 1992, Kaplan and Norton brought up Balance Scorecard (BSC) on Harvard Business Review, as an instrument helping enterprise to measure performance, which is being considered to be a most influence management instrument. It added non-financial index such as customer, internal process and learning growth besides traditional financial index, as offering enterprise an index to measure and manage intangible assets and intellectual property. As being aware of organization learning is hard to be ignored in the new economic age, this research is based on learning and growth of BSC, and citing one national material company try to let the most difficult measurement performance of organization learning, to be estimate through BSC, analyze of factor and individual case, to discuss the company how to make the related strategy and vision of organization learning to develop learning and growth of the structure of BSC, subject the matter of out put factors to be discussed, and measure the outcomes as a result of research. The research affect offers (1) the base implement procedure of carrying out BSC; (2) the reference of formulating measurement index while enterprise using BSC to estimate performance of organization learning; (3) the possibility bottleneck maybe forcing while carrying out BSC, to be an improvement or preventive for enterprise.

The article identifies the problem of monitoring the quality of higher education in three main areas, which are comparative pedagogical systems of education. The first direction is determined by dissertation works, the second - monographs and textbooks, and the third reveals scientific periodicals. According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines important management components identified in the article (analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of methods for tracking processes in education; collecting and processing information to prepare recommendations for research processes and make necessary adjustments). Depending on the objectives, three areas of monitoring are identified: informational (involves the accumulation, structuring and dissemination of information), basic (aimed at identifying new problems and threats before they are realized at the management level), problematic (clarification of patterns, processes, hazards, those problems that are known and significant from the point of view of management). According to its internal structure, monitoring the quality of education combines the following important management components: analysis, evaluation and forecasting of processes in education; a set of techniques for tracking processes in education; collection and processing of information in order to prepare recommendations for the development of the studied processes and make the necessary adjustments. One of the priorities of the higher education modernization program during the COVID-19 pandemic is distance learning, which is possible due to the existence of information and educational technologies and communication systems, especially for effective education and its monitoring in higher education. The conditions under which the effectiveness of pedagogical support of monitoring activities in the process of distance learning is achieved are highlighted. According to the results of the survey, the problems faced by higher education seekers are revealed. A survey of students was conducted, which had a certain level of subjectivity in personal assessments, but the sample was quite representative.

A common control model used to implement computer integrated manufacturing(CIM) is based on the hierarchical decomposition of the shop floor activities, in which supervisory controllers are responsible for all the interactions among subordinates. Although the hierarchical control philosophy provides for easy understanding of complex systems, an emerging manufacturing paradigm, agile manufacturing, requires a new control structure necessary to accommodate the rapid development of a shop floor controller. This is what is called CSCW(computer supported cooperative work)-based control or component-based heterarchical control. As computing resources and communication network on the shop floor become increasingly intelligent and powerful, the new control architecture is about to come true in a modern CIM system. In this paper, CSCW-based control is adopted and investigated, in which a controller for a unit of device performs 3 main functions - planning, scheduling and execution. In this paper, attention is paid to a planning function and all the detailed planning activities for CSCW-based shop floor control are identified. Interactions with other functions are also addressed. Generally speaking, planning determines tasks to be scheduled in the future. In other words, planning analyzes process plans and transforms process plans into detailed plans adequate for shop floor control. Planning is also responsible for updating the process plan and identifying/resolving replanning activities whether they come from scheduling or execution.
This study examines whether employees' legitimacy perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect their organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It also investigates whether CEO's visionary leadership can moderate this causal relationship. CSR legitimacy is defined in the current study as employees' personal beliefs about the appropriateness of corporate CSR activities. In fact, employees evaluate the appropriateness of CSR activity based on its consistency with corporate philosophy (e.g. corporate mission, vision, and values) which functions as employees' referencial belief structure. If CSR activity is perceived as one of firm's effort to fulfill its mission, vision, and values, which means that espoused theory and theory-in-use of CSR activity are congruent, employees will consider firm's CSR activity as legitimate. If, however, employees think that CSR activity is not congruent with firm's mission, vision, and values, which means that espoused theory and theory-in-use of CSR activity are inconsistent, they will perceive that CSR activity of their firm is not legitimate. In the current study, we propose that employees who perceive that the CSR activity of their firm is legitimate are more likely to engage in OCB. In addition, we hypothesize that CEO's visionary leadership can strengthen the positive effect of employees' perception of CSR legitimacy on their OCB. We tested these hypotheses with the sample of 383 employees from 32 companies listed on DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index) Korea 2009. We employed the HLM (hierarchical linear modeling) program to decompose the multi-level random effects. We found that CSR legitimacy perceptions of employees increase employees' OCB and that CEO's visionary leadership moderates this relationship. We discussed implications of these findings in more detail.
