It is necessary for the park tree manager to have the current information about the status of trees, which can help him with right decisions. However, there are many problems in the existing management method such as huge amount of data, tedious work, and the difficult update work due to the lack of necessary data or the inappropriate data record and management method. The sole use of database management system(DBMS) cannot slove these problems because it cannot handle graphic data based on the locational information. So, it is imperative for the park manager to have locational data as well as attribute data of the park tree concerned. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the personal computer-based, user friendly park tree management information system, which deals with attribute data(DBMS) and graphic data(using the CAD) together within the integrated environment. The park tree management information system developed in this study provides a complete operating environment for data input, update, query, delete, and retrieve. The major advantages of this system are as follows: 1) To search the location and distribution of trees. 2) To record, store, and manage data easily. 3) When the manager is changed, delivery of the park tree work is convenient. 4) The system can help the manager with the correct information for the efficient park tree management.

본 연구는 도시공원의 관리운영을 위한 민간기금 조성측면에서 부산시 APEC기념공원을 대상으로 가상평가법(Contingent Valuation Method: CVM)을 이용하여, 쾌적한 도시공원 유지를 위한 거주민이 인식하는 경제적 가치를 평가했다. 그 결과, 부산시 APEC기념공원의 관리운영을 위해 월 가구당 지불 가능한 추정금액은 5,673원에서 8,358원으로 평가되었다. 추정금액을 공원 유치권역의 가구로 확대하여 살펴보면, 2012년 편성된 공원 관리예산의 2.2~3.3배 수준으로 분석되어, 지역 거주민들이 인식하는 쾌적한 공원 유지를 위해 지불의사금액이 편성된 관리예산보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 도시공원의 관리운영을 위한 지불의사금액에 영향을 주는 응답자의 사회적 요인으로는 연령, 교육수준, 소득으로 분석되었으며, 연령대가 높고, 교육수준이 높은 응답자에서 지불의사가 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 또한, 거주민의 공원이용 및 인식에 따라 도시공원 관리운영을 위한 지불의사금액에 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 공원이용 빈도가 높은 거주민이 지불의사가 높으며, 주1회 이상 공원이용자가 전체 지불의사금액보다 1.1배 높은 추정금액으로 평가되었다. 그리고 공원의 필요성을 인식하는 것보다 공원을 만족하는 것이 더 높은 지불의사금액으로 이어지는 것을 밝혀냈다. 따라서 공원 만족도 제고를 위한 공원시설관리 및 이용프로그램 운영이 필요하며, 공원에 대한 인식을 기부로 연결할 수 있는 공원문화 보급정책이 필요하다고 판단된다.

This study presents the empirical results of comparing several demand forecasting methods for Supply Chain Management(SCM). Adaptive exponential smoothing using change detection statistics (Jun) is compared with Trigg and Leach's adaptive methods and SAS time series forecasting systems using weekly SCM demand data. The results show that Jun's method is superior to others in terms of one-step-ahead forecast error and eight-step-ahead forecast error. Based on the results, we conclude that the forecasting performance of SCM solution can be improved by the proposed adaptive forecasting method.

This paper presents a non-linear control chart based on support vector machine regression (SVM-R) to improve the accuracy of fault detection of cyclic signals. The proposed algorithm consists of the following two steps. First, the center line of the control chart is constructed by using SVM-R. Second, we calculate control limits by variances that are estimated by perpendicular and normal line of the center line. For performance evaluation, we apply proposed algorithm to the industrial data of the chemical vapor deposition process which is one of the semiconductor processes. The proposed method has better fault detection performance than other existing method

In this paper fuzzy ranking method using dominance relation is suggested. This method is compared to the existing fuzzy number comparing methods. All ten methods with the suggested method are evaluated using six example based on four criteria.

Purpose: This study is aimed to introduce the OPA-Kano method, an integrated version of OPA(Originality Practicality Analysis) and Kano's customer satisfaction method, and to examine its applicability. Methods: 30 ideas for smart phone accessories are generated using brainstorming and SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) and they are analyzed through the OPA-Kano method. For analysis, correlation method between OPA and Kano's results is applied for the ideas. Results: The results show that there is significant correlation between the OPA and Kano's approach, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the case of smart phone accessories. Conclusion: From the result of this study, we conclude that the proposed OPA-Kano method can be used for the evaluation of ideas and customer satisfaction.

This study aimed to provide basic data for the national park management by analysing visitors' behavior and satisfaction determinants by importance-performance analysis and estimated regression analysis through post-occupancy evaluation questionnaire method to the Gyeongju National Park visitors. It was found that facilities and use management according to place and use group, the diversity of visit program, high quality of guidance and hospitality of staffs and conservation of historic and landscape resources for Gyeongju National Park were necessary as the results of behavior analysis, importance-performance analysis. The historic landscape resources, hospitality of staffs, visit road and safety facilities, commercial facilities were important determinants of users' satisfaction as the results of regression analysis. It suggested the characteristics of Gyeongju National Park and these factors were the most important factors for the improved management.

This paper presents a case study regarding a simple accounting information analysis method through the practical design using spreadsheet tool-Excel, which can offer to the management with more useful and practical information for the management decision-making. In this study, spreadsheet program is used to constitute case of the accounting information analysis method. Spreadsheet tool-Excel is easy to analyze the accounting information. And it can constitute a necessary program through function menu. In conclusion, the spreadsheet program should be used for quantitative analysis and evaluation on the accounting information. And it should be used to perform management activities. The results of this study may be summarized as follows: First, it is possible to constitute useful and practical case in the accounting information analysis method with spreadsheet program. Second, this study proposes directions for the accounting information analysis method with spreadsheet program.

Recently, the consuming efficiency of energy and natural resources has been a hot issue because of the continuous increasing of energy consumption and soaring of international oil prices. We tried to seek an action plan for the government's new paradigm 'Low-Carbon, Green Growth' by consuming energy efficiently and improving in energy management based on ubiquitous IT technologies. In this study, the library survey method is adopted for this study and IP-USN(internet protocol based ubiquitous sensor network) is considered as a core technology among various ubiquitous IT technologies. The purpose of this study is to deliver a method of energy management through integrating the context information gathered from sensors with digital space models and visualizing them together. The details are to survey the technologies of digital space modeling, USN based monitoring, building energy management and to integrate these technologies all together. This study will contribute to the enhancement of efficient building energy management by grasping the accurate situation of energy consuming in the building in realtime and minimizing unnecessary energy wastes.
