국내 옹벽의 성능평가와 유지관리를 위한 목표 성능 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selection of Target Performance for Performance Evaluation and Maintenance of Retaining Wall in Korea)

  • 2019년 개정된 시설물 안전과 유지관리 세부지침을 보면, 기존의 안전성 중심의 시설물 평가에서 내구성과 사용성을 추가한 성능평가로 확대된 바 있다. 이러한 확대는 전 세계적으로 이슈화되고 있는 시설물의 고령화와 시설 이용측면을 반영한 점이기는 하나 실제로 이러한 시설물 평가가 유지관리와 관계된 보수보강과 연계되기 때문에 각 세부성능 간의 상관관계 및 목표 성능의 선정과 연계된 성능보강시 우선순위 결정 등 많은 후속연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 국내 도로시설에 설치된 옹벽을 중심으로 기존의 시설물 평가이력에 대한 분석을 통해 우선적으로 개정된 성능평가에서 적절한 목표 성능을 제시하였다. 또한, 실제 2개의 옹벽에 대해 평가를 수행하고 목표성능의 적절성 여부를 검토하였다. 그리고, 안전성과 내구성만으로 구성된 옹벽의 성능평가에 사용성 부분을 추가할 수 있는 세부 지표를 제시하였다.

  • A maintenance system for an offshore plant uses an optimal maintenance method, process, and period based on operation information data and economic evaluation techniques. Maintenance is performed after one or more indicators show that equipment is going to fail or that equipment performance is deteriorating. A maintenance system is based on the use of real-time data to prioritize and optimize the LNG-FPSO topside equipment resources.

  • By means of analyzing the problems in monitoring plan, design, installation, operation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, the methods of improvement were proposed for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. The choice of the better monitoring system, the operating method of monitoring system, the confidence and continuity of maintenance monitoring, the performance of responsible monitoring supervision in the phase of the planning of monitoring and design were proposed. The problem and developed plan in the different monitoring systems, the calibration and correction of monitoring system, the analysis for the results and plan for maintenance in the phase of installation of monitoring system and operation were also proposed.

  • This paper forces on the analysis of the overall outcome regarding Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application for Air Weapon System. We used data from domestically developed aircraft such as KT/A-1 and T-50 as well as data from foreign F-15K aircraft and F100 Engine to analyze the current ROKAF PBL application results. Furthermore, this paper thus suggests various techniques to maximize the outcome of user-based PBL performance such as clarifying the responsibility between customer and the company, developing standardized PBL performance index under TLCSM, PBL related maintenance capacity development, wartime PBL implementation process of domestic/foreign companies and many other schemes based on the analyzed data.

  • Five reinforced concrete frames were constructed and tested to study the structural performance of retrofitting effect reinforced concrete frame during and load revesals simultaneously. All specimens were modeling in one-third scale size. Experimental research was carried out to develop and evaluate the hysteretic behavior of reinforced concrete frame designed by high performance techniques, using carbon fiber plate, ALC panel, steel plate system with or without stiffener. Experimental programs wore carried to evaluate the structural performance of such test specimens, such as the hysteretic behavior, the maximum horizontal strength, crack propagation, and ductility etc. Specimens(RFCP, RFAR, RFSR, RFSR-S), designed by the improvement of earthquake-resistant performance, were attained more load-carrying capacity, energy dissipation capacity, and stable hysteretic behavior.

콘크리트 복개구조물용 보수재료의 성능 평가 (Evaluation of Performance on Repair Materials for Creek Concrete Structures)

  • The deterioration rate of concrete structures in urban area is accelerated due to rapid urbanization and environmental pollution. Repair materials and methods newly introduced in Korea should be investigated whether they are appropriate for the urban environment in Korea. The creek concrete structures are exposed in severe environmental condition than others. Based on these background in mind, the study is focused on evaluation of performance on repair materials used to rehabilitate creek concrete structures. To evaluate the performance of repair materials, four kinds of repair materials were selected based on polymer emulsion. This experimental study was conducted on fundamental performance such as setting time, compressive strength, bending strength, bonding strength, thermal expansion coefficient, and durability performance such as chloride diffusion, carbonation, chemical attack, and steel corrosion rate. On the basis of this study, the optimal repair material which is proper to the environment condition can be selected and service life of creek concrete structures can be extended. As a result, the life cycle cost can be reduced and the waste of material resources will be cut down.

  • Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) systems are integral to modern analytical laboratories, necessitating careful maintenance and operation protocols to ensure optimal performance. This document provides comprehensive guidelines for the proper shutdown and reactivation of UHPLC systems to prevent damage and maintain operational efficiency. • Shutdown: Remove the column and replace it with a union to avoid blockages. Flush the system with a compatible solvent mix, clean mobile phase reservoirs to prevent microbial growth, flush the pump with storage solvent, and clean the autosampler, including the needle and injection port. • Reactivation: Inspect the system for wear or damage, gradually reintroduce mobile phases starting with a weak solvent, reinstall the column securely, and perform system checks on baseline stability, pressure consistency, and detector performance. By adhering to these guidelines, laboratories can ensure the longevity and reliability of their UHPLC systems, maintaining high analytical performance and minimizing downtime. These procedures help prevent common issues such as blockages, contamination, and component wear, thereby supporting efficient and accurate analytical operations.

공용중인 터널의 성능중심 평가기법 개발 (Developments of performance-based assessment technique for existing tunnels)

  • 기존의 터널 유지관리 체계는 결함 및 손상부위의 보수 또는 설계기준을 충족하기 위한 보강 등 사고예방적인 안전성 중심의 유지관리방식으로 관리되고 있어 효율적이고 전략적인 유지관리를 실시하는데 한계를 보이고 있다. 현재 국가연구를 통해 터널의 성능저하를 예측, 평가하여 한정된 재정을 효율적으로 투자할 수 있도록 성능중심의 유지관리체계로의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 터널시설물을 중심으로 기존의 안전중심의 유지관리 체계에서 구조적 안전은 물론이며, 서비스수준 및 내구성능 등의 성능저하를 고려한 터널시설물의 성능중심 평가체계의 개발을 위하여 성능평가를 위한 평가지표를 도출하고자 한다. 성능중심 평가기법 개발을 위한 평가지표는 문헌자료 분석 및 델파이 설문을 통하여 선정하였으며, 평가지표간의 중요도는 AHP 분석을 통해 산정되었다. 본 연구결과는 터널시설물의 성능중심 유지관리 체계에 적용되어 터널의 유지관리 시 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

조직사회화에 대한 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Organizational Socialization)

  • Purpose : The concept of organizational socialization has been regarded as an abstract concept of organizational learning process and it has been used as strategy for the organizational goal attainment. New graduated nurses' organizational socialization has been a very important process for learning knowledge, skills and behaviors in hospital setting. This study was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept of Organizational Socialization. Method : This study use the process of Walker & Avant's concept analysis. Results : The critical attributes of organizational socialization were identified as : 1) Internalization of Value and belief of organization; 2) Learning of organizational rules and modes of living; 3) Improvement of job performance; 4) Maintenance of supportive relationship; 5) Formation of occupational identity. The antecedents of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) negative feeling of role; 2) difficulties of interpersonal relationship; 3) unskilled work performance. And the consequences of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) organizational commitment; 2) job satisfaction; 3) intention of leave work setting; 4) improvement of job performance; 5) improvement of decision making; 6) maintenance of supportive relationship. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of organizational socialization is defined as internalization of value and belief of organization, learning of organizational rules and modes of living, improvement of job performance, maintenance of supportive relationship and formation of occupational identity.

NHPCI 지표를 활용한 공용성 추정과 수명 산정 (Estimation of Performance and Pavement Life using National Highway Pavement Condition Index)

  • PURPOSES: The new methodology is proposed for estimation of long-term performance and pavement life based on the national highway database in Daejeon area. Furthermore, this study tried to verify the applicability of performance estimation using NHPCI (National Highway Pavement Condition Index) on tendency of pavement deterioration as time goes by under Korean road environments. METHODS: Reliability theories are applied to estimate the mean life and to determine the appropriate distribution using 3 levels of traffic loads (high, medium, low) based on maintenance and rehabilitation history data for 15 years. RESULTS: As a result, Lognormal distribution is suitable for explanation of pavement lifetime in Daejeon area regardless of traffic loads. In addition, we found that the results of mean life and maintenance timing based on NHPCI for the pavement sections of 3 levels of traffic loads are available. CONCLUSIONS: Based on this study, it was found that mean life of high, medium and low levels of traffic loads are about 8.1 years, 12.2 years and 12.7 years, respectively. Higher level of traffic loads shorten the pavement mean life.
