The notion of transitive filters is introduced in lattice implication algebras. A necessary and sufficient condition is derived for every filter to become a transitive filter. Some sufficient conditions are also derived for a filter to become a transitive filter. The concept of absorbent filters is introduced and their properties are studied. A set of equivalent conditions is obtained for a filter to become an absorbent filter.

본 논문에서는 Nd:YAC 레이저의 제 2고조파에 의해 펌핑되는 고체레이저의 다중통과 증폭기의 이론적 고찰에 대하여 논하였다. 다중통과 증폭기의 입력레이저는 Ti:sapphire 레이저이며, 펌핑광원의 주입 후 입력 빔의 통과 회수에 따른 추출효율, 소신호 이득계수에 대한 변화 등을 조사하여 다중통과 증폭을 위한 최적조건을 구하였다. 또한, 실험에서 2단 다중통과 증폭기에서 790 nm의 입력 파장을 주입하였을 때, 42 mJ의 최대 출력에너지, 21 ㏈의 증폭이득, 25%의 출력효율을 얻었다.

우리나라 근해산 살조개, Notochione jedoensis (Liscke)는 백합과에 속하며, 우리나라 서남연안과 일본의 혹가이도, 중국의 산동 및 황해 등지의 조간대에서부터 수심 20m 까지의 모래 밭이나 작은 돌이 많은곳에 분포하며, 연안 어민들이 식용으로서의 가치가 높으나 어획되는 양도 많지 않고, 현재 양식도 실시되지 않고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 살조개의 어획량이나 자원의 변동, 생태 및 번식 등을 포함한 양식기술 개발에 요구되는 기초자료가 거의 없는 상태이며, 이에 따라 양식기술의 개발에도 많은 제약을 받고 있다. The variation of Composition and the microstructure of Zn-Ni alloy electrodespposits were investigated to the electrolysis conditions chloride bath. The codeposition mechanism is of the equilibrium type in the electrolysis condition of the high temperature(6$0^{\circ}C$)and high flow rate (1.2-3.0m/sec). The(411, 330) perferred orienation was mainly developed in the Zn-Ni electrodeposir with ${\gamma}$-phase structure, while the(422.600) orientation was closely related to the commposition and the structure of the alloy electrodeposit.

본 논문에선 최근 증가하는 모바일 디바이스 사용에 따른, 기존 모바일 클라우드 시스템의 문제점을 제시한다. 이러한 문제점을 고려하여 고성능 컴퓨팅 응용 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모바일 클라우드 시스템을 제안한다. 새로 제안하는 시스템을 서술하고, 실험 및 결과 분석을 통하여 이런 시스템이 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 적합성올 기존 모바일 클라우드 시스템과 비교한다.

A new direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDFS) is proposed. The DDFS uses a new ROM compression method that divides each ROM in the conventional DDFS into two ROMs (a quantization ROM and an error ROM). The total size of the ROMs in the proposed DDFS is significantly reduced compared to the original ROM. The ROM compression ratio of 78 is achieved for a DDFS with 12bit output data. A DDFS with 12bit output data for sine function was implemented in a 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS technology. The power dissipation is 9.56㎽ at 100MHz with 3.3V and the maximum operating clock frequency is 330MHz.

We developed a package of remote phosphor structure having blue LED chips and phosphors physically separated, and the characteristics were evaluated according to different classifications of phosphor coatings. Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor content rated paste and heat treatment. After mounting Remote phosphor, which has been classified according to number of coatings, on top of blue LED chips, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT and CRI were measured. The measurement results showed the most suitable characteristics of white LED package as a general light source when the content rate of phosphor in Remote phosphor was 80 wt.% with 3 layers of coatings and thickness over $12{\mu}m$.

The recent disaster of earthquake and tsunami on March 11, 2011 severely attacked East Japanese cities and people, and in addition, the accident of nuclear power station will inevitably damage the agricultural activities there. The economical depression influences on the horticulture and floriculture industry as well, through the reluctant consumption all over the country. Such a situation reflects a conventional perception that the garden plants or ornamental plants have been regarded as a symbol of capitalism, representing the success, luxury, beauty or other metaphors indicating the winners of business war. But as the word "culture" means "cultivation" originally, horti "culture" or flori "culture" should have played some roles in cultivating lands as well as cultivation of human minds, leading to develop a modern "culture" which may lay emphases on personality, originality, partnership, cooperation, diversity and so forth. In this article, a brief history of garden plants in Japan, as well as some current movements in Japanese horticulture and floriculture, is reviewed with some commodities which possess messages on creating a new humane culture.

$Co_xMn_{3-x}O_4$ ($1.48{\leq}x{\leq}1.63$) ceramics were fabricated using the solid-state reaction method. Structural and electrical properties of specimens based on the composition ratio of Co were observed in order to investigate their applicability in NTC thermistors. All specimens showed a single spinel phase with a homogeneous tetragonal structure. The $Co_{1.57}Mn_{1.43}O_4$ specimen showed a maximum average grain size of approximately $6.47{\mu}m$. In all specimens, TCR properties displayed excellent characteristics of over $-4.2%/^{\circ}C$. The resistivity at 298 K and B-value of the $Co_{1.57}Mn_{1.43}O_4$ specimen were approximately $418{\Omega}-cm$ and 4300, respectively.
