Contemporary hotels adopt distinctive designs in order to symbolize themes of various spaces they consist of. This phenomenon shows that the importance of spiritual values reflected through themes of spaces is emphasized as much as those of basic functions and structures of hotels. Above all, a variety of expression methods pervading throughout spaces of guest rooms consist of thematic spaces, visualization of emotions, as well as mixture of artistic genres, ones that are originated from unconsciousness of symbolic theory of C.G. Jung and widely perceived as variations of archetype. Meanings of symbolic expressions derived from the analysis of various hotels can be defined by attributes of local cultures as well as propensities of mythicism, which feature local pride enlightened by natural environments, the spirit of the times, historical events and other transcendental and fantastic topics. These symbolic expressions are metaphysical forms that are made unconsciously and such symbols are far beyond mere historical and cultural signs which require us profound and mature methods to approach. It is pleasing to know that we are living in the modern society in which progresses are being made to better understand minds and metal states of human beings. Given such a circumstantial advantage, researches on meanings of symbolic expressions should not be limited to only those of hotel designs, but also those of religious architectures and museums in which spiritual values are emphasized throughout designs of the spaces they consist of.

Objective: This review consolidates the available information on the socio-economic and ecological significance of Mithun in the lives of ethnic communities in the Eastern Himalaya. Methods: Standard guidelines were followed for the review and data collection was carried out at three stages; literature search, literature screening, and literature review and analysis. Results: Records indicate a long association of Mithun with the ethnic groups. Mithun serves as a symbol of pride and local currency for barter trade in the ethnic society. Its utilities range from being used as a bride price to settling legal disputes. Several cultural festivals and local ceremonies are celebrated around this bovine. Due to its semi-wild nature, this animal also has an ecological role to conserve broad leaf sub-tropical forests. However, it remains neglected and has not received policy attention, leading to a stagnated growth. The institutions for Mithun research and development are also weak. Furthermore, the species is under threat from new diseases and habitat alteration triggered by climate change. Conclusion: Founded on the current state of knowledge, there is a need for institutional development, strengthening institutional linkages, and promoting regional cooperation among Mithun rearing countries for further research and development of this unique cattle.

분석결과 연구대상자의 인구사회학적 특성인 학력, 연령, 결혼여부와 직무만족도인 근무기간, 직무, 보수, 기관, 승진, 동료, 이직 전직이 연구대상자의 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 장애인직업재활시설의 종사자들의 직무만족이 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 즉 종사자들의 삶의 질의 향상을 위해 적절한 근무환경 또는 근무조건에 대한 불만을 상쇄시키고 더 나아가 직업적 정체성과 소명의식을 가지고 근무할 수 있는 환경이 요구된다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 종사자의 직무 만족도를 높이기 위한 각각의 자격이나 경력, 적성 등을 고려한 투명하고 공정한 인사제도 및 지속적인 교육과 관리를 통해 장애인직업재활시설의 전문직으로서의 분명한 인식과 긍지를 확립함으로써 지역사회의 종사자로서의 긍정적 역할을 수행하기 위한 노력이 함께 이루어져야 할 것을 제언한다.

In order to provide the National Dental Health Program with dasic data, and to implove the laborartory managent style, the author studied the operational situations of dental lads through questionaire. The results are as follows, 1. Unlicensured personnel should be replaced by the licensured(from present rate lf 49.2% licensured to more than80%) 2. Minimum wage guarantee system as well as well as oage raise should be established. 3. Monthly balancing accounts system and bepreciation reserve accounts system should be established for the reasonable management. 4. Manufacturing period should be elongated from presnt 2.8 days to 5-7 days for quality betterment of the processes. 5. Medical insurance system should be applied to the dental processes. 6. Manufacturing cost should be increased by 35%. 7. Retirement grants lr retirement annuity system, improvement of occupational environ-ment, and holidays incentives, and participation in medical insurance system should be adopted for the wellfare of the dental technicians. 8. Laboratory managers should operate the lads with pride and valuation. 9. Business Management course should be included in the curriculum of the dental labo-ratory school. 10. Good relationship between Korean Association of Dental Laboratory Technicians and local laboratories shorld be improved.

The current and ethnic issues represented in child-rearing practices of Korean-Chinese families in YanBian, China, were studied with the participation of 7 primary caregivers (4 mothers and 3 grandmothers) of young children who were interviewed and observed in their homes. Current issues were categorized as competitive bilingual ability, expectations about third language learning (English), expectations of high academic accomplishment and early education, and economic challenges in parenting. Ethnicity issues included ethnic pride as Korean-Chinese, conflicts of ethnic education, participation in local Korean culture, and rearing the child to have the self-expressive and assertive characteristics of typical Korean children. Results were discussed in terms of understanding and supporting child-rearing of minorities and families with multi-cultural background.

지방 자치제와 더불어 지역적 특성이 부각되고 나름대로의 독자적인 지역 문화 정립으로 시, 군민들이 애향심을 가지고 생활할 수 있도록 하기 위해 자치단체 이미지 통일화 계획(Community Identity Program)이 활성화되고 있다. 유럽이나 일본의 경우에는 이미 거의 모든 자치단체에 CI가 확대실시되고 있어 이제 시민들에게도 일반화된 개념이다. 본 연구에서는 전라남도 해남군의 CI 연구 사례를 중심으로 자치단체 CI개발에 관해 다루었다. 해남군은 남도관광의 시발지인 땅끝탑과 우항리 공룡 발자국등으로 유명한 고장이다. 군민들의 자긍심과 애향심을 고취시키고 외부 관광객들에게 해남군만의 개성있는 이미지를 형성할 수 있도록 CI 프로그램을 연구 개발하였다.이와 관련하여 노출 빈도가 높은 디자인 요소들을중심으로 해남군의 이미지를 시각화하였다.

In this study, we examine how the third- and first-person perceptions of election polling news are linked to voters' political behaviors through anxiety and pride. The results of two web-based surveys conducted before and after the 2022 local elections in South Korea demonstrate that the third-person perception of election polling news is directly and indirectly linked to support for restrictions on media reports of election poll results through anxiety. The first-person perception of polling news is positively associated with reinforcement of support for the preferred candidate. These results suggest that how voters perceive the effects of polling news may have actual impacts on their political behaviors.

본 연구에서는 전통시장을 소재지 입지에 따라 도시형과 농어촌형으로 구분하고, 이들 유형에 대해 각각 서울 종로구의 통인시장과 경북 봉화군의 봉화상설시장을 사례연구 대상지로 선정하였다. 이들 시장을 방문하는 이용객을 대상으로 지역주민의식에 대해 설문한 결과, 지역의 전통시장을 소개할 의향이 있는 사람들은 그렇지 않은 사람들보다 지역주민으로서의 자부심이 더 강한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 해당 지역의 전통시장을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 지역공동체 지역문화 지역경제 부문 등 모두 24개의 항목을 설정하여 설문하였다. 그 결과 통인시장과 봉화상설시장의 이용객들은 자기 지역의 전통시장이 다른 지역주민에게 인정받는 시장이길 기대하는 정도가 강하고, 자기 지역의 전통시장이 언론에 소개되면 기분이 좋은 정도 역시 높음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 지역의 전통시장이 발전하면 지역이 발전하는 것처럼 느껴지는 정도도 높게 나타났으며, 전통시장의 발전을 위해 지역주민 모두가 힘을 모아야 한다는 의지도 강한 것으로 확인되었다. 지역활성화를 위한 수단으로 전통시장을 육성하기 위해서는, 시장의 공간을 인간의 삶을 담고 있는 장소로 바라보아야 한다. 또한 전통시장 문제를 인간적 문화적으로 접근할 필요가 있으며, 시장의 활성화는 '더욱 전통시장다움'에서 해법을 찾아야 할 것으로 판단된다.

남도지역주민 내 대학생을 대상으로 남도음식에 대한 인식을 기술분석을 통해 고찰하고, 인식과 관계의질 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 나타난 기술분석과 실증분석을 통해 지역전통음식에 대한 이해와 한식으로서 지역전통음식이 관광자원으로서 음식관광을 활성화를 하는데 기초적 자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 선행연구결과에 대하여 직간접적으로 지지하고 있다. 따라서 지역음식의 특성을 알고 있음으로 표현 할 수 있는 인지는 지역음식에 대한 지속적 관계 및 유지 등으로 표현이 됨으로 관계의 질로서 표현되는 신뢰, 몰입, 만족은 지속적 관계, 유지, 관심으로 표현할 수 있다. 지역음식으로 음식관광을 성장 및 발전을 유도하기 위해선 지역 음식에 대한 의미와 스토리텔링이 부여가 된다면 지역전통음식의 이미지 구축에 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 지역전통 음식에 대하여 인식이 호의적이거나 비호의적인 태도로서 관련된 반응으로 파악한다면 이후 지역음식에 대한 적극적인 관심, 자부심 등 지역민으로서 지역음식에 대하여 의미와 지속적인 관심과 식음료행동에 관련이 있을 것은 물론 지역전통음식이 관광자원으로 성장, 발전을 하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.

As a model house has attempted a role change from a conceptual perspective as a housing cultural center starting from the 90ties, it began to direct the change into a high end building. In particular, large construction companies have recently invested on an unimagined scale, unlike in the past, in building a model house and pursued the construction of new attractions of cities as well as the upgrade of a brand image by hiring and implementing the designs of celebrity architects or designers. In addition, they have been in pursuit of a change by enhancing the satisfaction and pride of residents by offering spaces and programs for various cultural arts for apartment residents or potential customers and having them participate in those programs. This study aims to expound on the possibility of the utilization of a housing cultural center as a local complex community center by analyzing the spatial organization and the operational program of a housing cultural center appearing since the 90ties. With this aim, the study analyzed the cases of a complex community center and the program and the operational method of a housing cultural center within the case study in order to propose the possibilities for the utilization of a local complex community center. The elevation of the cultural and economic level of citizens and a rapid social change are shown as various demands for welfare, and the subsequent social physical change has led to the expansion of a space as a complex community. A housing cultural center is also directed to grow as a complex community center from the perspective of diverse demands and participations of consumers, and prepares a field for a broad spectrum of communications from the perspective of housing and cities.
