This study conducted four field measurements of local ice pressure during the icebreaking voyage of the icebreaking research vessel "ARAON" in the Chukchi and Beaufort seas from July to August of 2010. For measurements, 14 strain gauges, including 8 strain gauge rosettes, were set on the bow of the port side. Influence coefficients were determined using a finite element model of the instrumented area and they were used to convert the measured strains on the hull structure to local ice pressures. The converted maximum pressure was calculated as 2.12 MPa on an area of $0.28m^2$. Pressure-area curves were developed from the surveyed pressure data and the results were compared with previously measured data. The study results are expected to provide an understanding of local ice pressures and thus be useful in the structural design of ice class ships.

Social capital is the basis for enabling regional development, and although it is the result of regional development that produces greater productivity through the combination of human and material capital, there is a lack of discussions in connection with rural development. This study saw that the local capacity building project affects the social capital of the local residents and such social network is realized through the rural area development project based on the participation of the residents. As a result of the analysis, the regional capacity building project has a positive influence on the social capital of the region and the willingness to participate in the project, and bridge-type social capital has shown a mediating effect on education and consulting fields. Only when local social capital, especially bridge-type social capital, is cultivated through the regional capacity building project can the project be transformed into one suitable for local conditions through active participation of residents.

The structure and space construction of local houses and its form of shape were under the influence of the character of locality and times. Each area makes an distinctive culture by spreading the developed culture to an undeveloped area. Frequent interchange were formed between Samcheok and Bonghwa district for a long time ago. But the change of life zone by progressive traffic makes it to a strange area. Accordingly this study clarify the changed shape and form of local houses by selecting and put it on record an scattered along the road of old times.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the exhibition's image toward Visitor's Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention (re-visit and recommendation), and to investigate the influence relationship between visitor's satisfaction and behavioral intention. Thus, the survey is carried out to 489 visitors from Daejeon International Wine Fair and the result shows as following. First, after the analysis of local exhibition's image, 6 factors(wonderfulness tendency, experience tendency, purchase tendency, entertainment tendency, and utility tendency) come out. Second, the impact on image of exhibition's image from 6factors is sequentially followed as wonderfulness tendency, experience tendency, purchase tendency, entertainment tendency, and utility tendency, however the local tendency have no impact on. Third, in the influence relationship between re-visit and exhibition image- as a following order- wonderfulness, purchase tendency, experiment tendency, entertainment tendency and local tendency are sequentially have an impact. Forth, the result of the analysis for influence between elements of the exhibition's image factor and the intention of recommendation shows that wonderfulness, experience tendency, entertainment tendency, and purchase tendency elements had a meaningful influence on the intention of recommendation however, local tendency and utility tendency do not have an impact. Fifth, the satisfaction of visitors have an affirmative influence on the intention of behavior(re-visit and recommendation).

Purpose - Korean women suffered from serious experience at unfair personnel practice in the work and coexistence between work and home affairs. The study examined woman workers' career plateau perception and success who worked for local public enterprises, that is to say, regional public corporation invested by local government, and investigated mediating effect of dual commitment as well as control effect of self-efficacy from point of view of various access to variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated women employees of regional public corporation by empirical analysis. The author collected 337 copies from 380 copies and made use of 325 copies after excluding copies with improper answer. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. Results - The study investigated effect of career plateau (structure and content) upon subjective career success (job satisfaction and career commitment) according to questionnaire material: First, not only structural plateau but also content career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment (structure and career). Second, dual commitment had positive influence upon subjective career success from point of view of organizational commitment and career commitment. Third, structural career plateau had positive influence upon career success, and content career plateau had positive influence upon job satisfaction. Fourth, structural career plateau did not have significant influence upon job satisfaction, content career plateau and career satisfaction. Fifth, subordinate variables (organizational commitment and career commitment) had mediating influence upon career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Sixth, self efficacy did not control career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Conclusions - Women employee's career plateau cognition mediated dual commitment to have influence upon career success and to be likely to help career success theory study. Career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment and career success of women workers. The study shall give base of counteraction from point of view of control and motivation of women workers thinking of career plateau.

Today, local environmental factors has an influence on our society. Local environmental factors, as well as weather-related natural phenomena, social phenomena are also included. In this paper, numeric factors and categorical factors were analyzed, looking for a local environmental factors affecting the company's sales.Sales model by performing a regression analysis based on this was implemented.Sales model considering the local environment had an accuracy of 88.89%.

Local coercivity variation of Co/Pd nanomultilayers has been investigated by measuring the polar Kerr hysteresis loops of local areas of submicron size using a magnetooptic Kerr microscope system. Interestingly, the local coercivity distribution is very sensitive to an increase in the number of repeats: the $(2-{\AA}\;Co/ll-{\AA} Pd)_10$ sample showed a smooth variation of the local coercivity, while $(2-{\AA}\;Co/ll-{\AA} Pd)_18$ showed a large fluctuation. From micromagnetic considerations based on a thermally activated relaxation odel, we have found that this local coercivity variation has a crucial effect on the contrasting magnetization reversal behavior observed in those samples: dominant wall-motion far the former sample and dominant nucleation for the latter one.

The icebreaking research vessel (IBRV) ARAON had her second ice trial in the Arctic Ocean in the summer season of 2010. During the voyage, the local ice loads acting on the bow of the port side were measured using 14 strain gauges. These measurements were carried out in three icebreaking performance tests. To convert the measured strains into the local ice pressures, a finite element model of the instrumented area was developed. The influence coefficient method (ICM), which uses the influence coefficient from the finite element model, and the direct method, which uses the measured strain, were selected as the conversion methods. As a result, the maximum measured pressure was 1.236MPa, and the average difference between ICM and the direct method was about 5% for an area of $0.2m^2$. The pressure-area relationship of the measurement falls below the range of the existing pressure-area curve, which is due to the low ice strength of melted ice in the summer.

The service quality and image are a central factor in understanding tourists destination choice. Existing literature suggests that sport event and destination image could interact to influence tourism behaviours. The purpose of this study w as to identify the factors influencing local image and re-visit intention in the 68th Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Sport Event held in Yesan city. The results of the study are as follows; First, as a result of factor analysis on the satisfaction with the sports event composed of 17 items, three factors were categorized, which were 'event management', 'event facility' and 'supporting facilities'. Second, satisfaction with local event had a positive effect on local image. Especially, satisfaction with event management had greater effect on local image than event facilities and supporting facilities. Third, as satisfaction with local event had positive effect on re-visitation intention, satisfaction with sports event had positive effect on the success of the sport event itself and re-visitation intention for the region. Fourth, as local image had a positive effect on re-visitation intention, strategic approaches to linking factors of tourism are required to attract visitors in addition to sports events.

The influence of the food value consumption type of MZ generation on food choice attribute and sustainable food consumption behavior was studied using structural equation modeling. A survey was conducted on April 11~17, 2022, among panels aged 20 to 39. A total of 350 valid replicates (100%) were analyzed using statistical program SPSS The validity of the measurement instrument was verified through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The data reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The hypothesis was verified by performing path analysis through structural equation modeling using AMOS. Regarding the influence of food choice characteristics on sustainable food consumption behavior, health has a significant positive (+) effect on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. Among food value consumption categories social value consumption has a significant negative (-) influence on the consumption behavior of certified food and the choice of local food. Ethical value consumption has a significant positive (+) influence on the selection consumption behavior of certified food and local food. This study is significant because it has identified sustainable food consumption behaviors that domestic consumers can adopt daily. It can use as baseline data for preparing political and institutional measures.
