This study aims a comparative analysis of social stratification in the Great Seoul area using two types of population. One type of population is a resident population(常住人口), and the other is a daytime population주간인구(晝間人口). In most demographic studies, only resident population have been considered. There has been less attention to daytime population. However, a resident population have a character of night population야간인구(夜間人口). In fact, most people move and work in the areas where they do not live in everyday life in the contemporary period, which indicates that the concept of a daytime population is more significant than that of a resident population. This study reveals that a number of people, on the one hand. come together to the downtown area to work or study while they live in other areas. On the other hand, resident population in downtown area do not move so much. When we analyze the social stratification structure of the Great Seoul area using a resident population, we find that the resident population of downtown area consist of those of low social status. On the contrary, the daytime population of downtown area in Seoul consist of those of high social status. This means that most people of high social status live in the southern area of Seoul or outside Seoul, but make a living in downtown area in everyday life. From this study, we find that the concept of a daytime population is as important as that of a resident population. The more residence becomes separate from work place, the more the significance of the concept of a daytime population grows in making policy as wall as in demographic studies. This study implies that we need to pay more attention to the concept of daytime population in demographic and sociological Studies.
The purpose of this study was to grasp the consciousness of adolescents about their future in old aged housing. This research was executed with a questionnaire survey method. Data samples were collected from 255 students who finished first grade curriculum in high schools in Chonbuk province and Seoul city. The results were as followed. First, a healthcare plan was very highly recognized by students, and they wanted to live as couples or single in their old age. Second, the respondent students recognized elderly housing as a home for the aged, a silver town and nursing home. 72.1% of the respondents preferred a single detached house as an elderly house form. They preferred an elderly housing district with well provided convenient facilities for daily living. They wanted to live in the country or rest areas for the aged. They preferred an interior space composition with LDK with 2 bedrooms. 52.0% students wanted a neighborhood for their friends to live together. Third, 28.3% of the respondent students thought the appropriate time to move in elderly exclusive housing was 66-70 years old. And when their physical condition worsened or they needed care, they would. want to move into that housing. Also, they wanted the most convenient facility and a medical care facility in elderly exclusive housing. Forth, students' space design needs for elderly were high, more than 4 points. It was especially needed safety in space design, and this grade was 4.56(,53) points. Also the needs of safety and the convenient facilities.equipments were statistically significant by boys and girls.
The $5-HT_6R$ has been considered as an attractive therapeutic target in the brain due to its exclusive expression in the brain. However, the mechanistic linkage between $5-HT_6Rs$ and brain functions remains poorly understood. Here, we examined the effects of $5-HT_6R$-mediated cell morphological changes using immunocytochemistry, Western blot, and live-cell imaging assays. Our results showed that the activation of $5-HT_6Rs$ caused morphological changes and increased cell surface area in HEK293 cells expressing $5-HT_6Rs$. Treatment with 5-HT specifically increased RhoA-GTP activity without affecting other Rho family proteins, such as Rac1 and Cdc42. Furthermore, live-cell imaging in hippocampal neurons revealed that activation of $5-HT_6Rs$ using a selective agonist, ST1936, increased the density and size of dendritic protrusions along with the activation of RhoA-GTP activity and that both effects were blocked by pretreatment with a selective $5-HT_6R$ antagonist, SB258585. Taken together, our results show that $5-HT_6R$ plays an important role in the regulation of cell morphology via a RhoA-dependent pathway in mammalian cell lines and primary neurons.
The increase of female employees tends to change the traditional division of the roles of members in the family, and as a result it changes the idea of family relation and the extent of how housewives with job feel happy toward their marriage. Therefore, it may be very significant to study what attitude woman job holders as housewives have toward their family, especially parents-in-law. In this paper the writer has sampled as an exemplary group woman teachers who teach home economics in high schools in Seoul, and investigated what opinion they have toward the problem of living together under the same roof with their parents-in-laws and otherwise of financing them in an older age. This analysis is based upon 130 questionnaires collected as proper data out of 138. The conclusion made from the analysis is as follows : (1) as regards the living together under the same roof if necessary in the future, one-fifth of the group approves in affirmative terms ; (2) but when parents-in-law become older, about half of the teachers wish to live with them in the same home and except the indefinite few, one-third of them taken the negative position ; (3) finally, the great majority (84%) regard as their duty the financial support in any case when parents-in-law become older, and only five per cent answer in negative. This analysis leads to the further conclusion that the idea of family relations cherished by high school teachers of home economics is not yet far off the traditional relationship with the intention of gradual improvement, but on the other it still sticks to the traditional line without too much impairing it.

Leisure constraints mean the factor to constrain individual's leisure activity. Leisure constraints are composed of interpersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints and structural constraints. The purposes of this study are to show that intrapersonal leisure constraints have a strong effect on leisure preference, and leisure constraints are sequential and hierachical process. Intrapersonal constraints effect on leisure constraints in first step. And then interpersonal constraints and structural constraints effect on leisure participation. Those three leisure constraints are all linked together and come out step by step. Regarding adults as a population, who are more than 20-year-old and live in Seoul, 9 dongs were chose after dividing into upper and lower classes according to the value of their residence. The questionnaire consists of 4 parts: intrapersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints, structural constraints, and demographic characteristics. Results of this paper is that people who have strong intrapersonal constraints normally have problems caused from social structure. Intrapersonal constraints and structural constrains come out not seperately but together. Then, it can be said that structural constraints have an influence over intrapersonal constraints. So, it's necessary to solve structural problems to increase preferences and participations of them.

The object of this study is to investigate the satisfaction level of group homes for the elderly living alone in rural areas. Sixty-four elderly people, living alone, were selected from ten regions operated by the Gimje city council in Jeonlabuk-do, and then a survey was conducted during January 17 to 26 in 2011. The results of the investigation are as follows: first, roughly 90.6 percent of the participants responded that they were satisfied with cohabitation. Second, average point of satisfaction was going to bed together, which is 4.39, also each unit in all the ten regions was recorded above 4.00. Third, the satisfaction of eating together averaged highly at 4.37. Fourth, 95 percent of them were satisfied with the conditions of the residential space. Fifth, the satisfaction with the amenities, such as electricity, phone, heating and sanitation, averaged 96.9 and 98.4 percent each, which was rated highest. Through analytical research, elderly people who live in 'group homes' are satisfied with their lives. It is thought that this 'group home' can play the role of an alternative family better than existing 'senior citizen centers' and 'welfare centers for the elderly'. The study means that 'group homes' in rural areas could be established successfully.
There are many cases that messages of boring contents of most contents with public interests appear on the surface. Audiences don't think these contents are interesting. It is true that animations cannot be generally boring when delivering messages of public interests. was produced to focus on making audiences experience that a global warming story, the boring and textbook contents is interesting. And it was composed by the multiform story to realize narration through audiences' participation by utilizing the characteristics of live windows, not just watching the animation. This paper examines the differences between theaters and live window through the case that was produced and examples which utilized interaction for audiences' participation based on this. It analyzes the differences between environments according to characteristics of places and audiences in the differences between the theaters and live window, examines the examples to utilize interaction focusing on the process that narration is gradually changed as response to user environment design and interaction for unspecified individuals, and suggests direction that animation should move forward as public art based on the results to show the animation in Millano Piazza. According to the characteristics of live windows, the audiences of are people in the streets who are heading for different destinations, not the ones who come to theaters to watch the animation. Showing the animation with narration to them was a new attempt. When it began to show it in Millano Piazza, the audiences were very satisfied with the experiences that the stories were changed as they participated in it by themselves and naturally thought of global warming problems. You cannot know how the message of change people's habits and thoughts for the present, but this attempt was an opportunity that animations play the social role. Many animations are being produced in the world. Most of them are being done to aim at theaters, TVs, and film festivals. They should meet audiences through more various methods. One of them is animations as public art. And can be the new attempt in this sense. And in the future, animations as public art should make efforts to show you interesting experiences that you can share thoughts to be able to live together. As art of various media is changing to the one which considers public interests, animations can be new types of public art by integrating them with various technologies.

In order to culture a life for the physiological and ecological research of the meiofauna, this study aimed to identify the most ideal condition in which the meiofauna can be cultured within a laboratory by setting various environmental conditions. The sediment deposits and seawater were collected from the intertidal zone in Mallipo of the west coast. A aquarium in which the internal environment can be controlled by constantly maintaining the temperature and humidity was fabricated and the culture experiments of the collected meiofauna were conducted together with the sea water and sediment deposits collected. The experiment 1 was conducted after establishing the similar environment as the collecting location. Under the same condition as the experiment 1, the experiment 2 verified a difference between when live foods were supplied and were not. In the experiment 3, the changes in the meiofauna colony were checked according to with or without light and live foods. In the results of culturing experiments, the habitat density and the number of appeared classification groups of the meiofauna colony were relatively higher both in the water tank with supplying the live foods and under the condition of having light in 12-hour cycle than those in the aquarium without live foods and under no light condition. In addition, the habitat density of meiofauna cultured within a laboratory exhibited relatively higher value than that under the natural state.
The present study examines Nietzsche's critique of Schopenhauer with regard to the problem of morality and the basis thereof. Schopenhauer's philosophy that each written life as objectification of the will, had an important impact on the early development of Nietzsche's philosophy. But nevertheless Nietzsche criticized Schopenhauer because he denies life in the value of earthly life. Schopenhauer asserts that life is a painful matter because the blind govern all life, and pushes. But unlike Nietzsche, Schopenhauer buoyed the meaning of life, which increases again with the will to power and carry out. Of course there is some resemblance between Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, namely equiprimordiality as both distance themselves from the traditional philosophy that characterizes the man as a rational being and understands. They both destruct the idea of philosophy as a science, and try together to build another philosophical horizon. But in terms of interpretations of life and morals, they have taken different paths. According to Schopenhauer, our life is ultimately sad and agonizing. To overcome this situation, we must deny the will to live and renounce it absolutely. He believes that the moral can eliminate the displacement of the blind will to live and overcome. But in comparison, Nietzsche claims that morality or any moral act is always driven out of resentment. But this resentment is nothing more than a revenge or retribution, which was invented by the weakness. But according to Nietzsche, the feeling of resentment clear will to live. The present paper examines whether Nietzsche's moral critique of Schopenhauer is possible and if so, such a moral critique of Nietzsche can be performed.
HMR is a home-style food product designed for convenience and cooked outside the home leaving out cumbersome cooking process and consumed at home. The present paper aims to find out factors that influence the consumption of HMR by analyzing data on food consumption during the 3 years between December 2010 and November 2013. Following the classification of Costa et al. (2001), this study categorized HMR products as 3 types as follows: C1 (ready to eat), C2 (ready to heat) and C3 (ready to cook), and examined factors affecting purchase rate and per capita purchase price for each type of HMR product. The results of our analysis show that only the purchase rate of C3 products was influenced by whether the purchaser was housewife with job or not. For those who do not live together with parents, per capita purchase price for HMR was high; and the more they ate out, the higher the purchase rate of HMR was.
