2相 Linear Stepping Motor의 진동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration Characteristics of 2-phase Linear Stepping Motor)

  • 리니어 스텝핑 모터(Linear Stepping Motor : 이하 LSM이라 칭함)는 운동 변환기구 없이 입력신호에 따라 선형적인 변위를 발생시키는 다이렉트 드라이브(Direct Drive)방식의 전동기이다. 따라서 LSM은 자동반송장치, 의료기기, OA,FA 응용 등에 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 LSM은 구동시 구조적으로 큰 진동이 발생됨으로서 추력이 급격히 떨어질 때가 있으며, 최악의 경우에는 역전이나 탈조현상이 발생하고, 또한 소음의 원인이 되기 때문에 응용에 있어서 많은 제약을 받고 있는 실정이다. 여기에 대응하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 권선 인덕턴스에 저장된 에너지와 LSM의 유도전압을 이용한 새로운 1상 여자방식에 의한 진동억제 방법을 보여주며, 또한 LSM의 구조를 기초로 자기등가회로를 구성하였으며, 또한 자기등가회로에 대한 방정식을 이용하여 LSM의 전기적인 등기회로를 유도하였다. 그리고, LSM의 새로운 1상 여자방식에 의한 진동특성을 전압방정식과 추력방정식 및 운동방정식을 사용하여 ACSL에 의하여 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 레이저 실측 시스템에 의한 실측결과와 비교·검토하였다.

  • A Linear Stepping Motor(LSM) can operate in an open loop control mode similarly to a rotary stepping motor. However, the LSM has a large transient vibration, and it sometimes causes the miss-step. In this paper, vibration suppression method using an energy stored in winding inductance and induced voltage of the LSM is proposed.

  • In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a linear stepping motor(LSM) are analyzed using the finite element method(FEM : Flux2D) and ACSL. A magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. A normal force is calculated using FEM. And the vibration characteristics of the LSM are simulated by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the thrust equations, the normal force equations and the kinetic equations, and are measured by LASER experimental system.

  • In this paper, a vibration suppression method using an energy stored in winding inductance and an induced voltage of the Linear Stepping Motor(LSM) is shown, and it is applied to a new one-phase excitation method. And a magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. Several dynamic characteristics of the LSM are analyzed by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the force equations and the kinetic equation, and are measured by experimental system.

  • 본 논문에서는 가동자의 이동방향에 따른 진동과 고정자에 대하여 수직으로 작용하는 진동을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 이론을 제시함에 있어서, LSM의 구조를 기초로 자기등가회로를 구성하였으며, 자기등가회로에 대한 방정식을 이용하여 LSM의 전기적인 등가회로를 유도하였다. 그리고, LSM의 변위에 따른 수직력 분포를 유한요소법(Flux2D)으로 계산하였으며 이를 방정식으로 나타내었다. 최종적으로 1상 여자방식에 의한 가동자의 이동방향에 따른 진동과 고정자에 대하여 수직으로 작용하는 진동을 전압방정식, 추력 및 수직력 방정식, 운동방정식을 사용하여 ACSL(Advanced Continuous Simulation Language)에 의하여 시뮬레이션 하였다.

  • In this paper, position and speed control algorithm of LSM (Linear Stepping Motor) using general-purpose PCI I/O board is discussed. The main purpose of this paper is to show that LSM controller can be established on the non real time operating system such as Microsoft Win2000 under the assumption that thread priority strategy is well designed. We can guarantee sampling interval less than 5msec based on the Pentium III microprocessor. Therefore this kind of LSM controller development environment makes shorten the prior research period needed to verify the validness of the proposed control strategy. We also introduce the tool of the real-time windows target system of matlab, which also makes shorten the prior research period. The main focus of this paper is on developing general purpose NT device driver which can drive the general purpose PCI board and applying it for implementing the hardware interface for 2- axis linear stepping motor control. From the experimental results show that the developed LSM controller guarantee 2 micrometer resolution in position control with 10cm/sec moving speed

  • A Linear Stepping Motor(LSM) can operate open loop control mode similarly to a rotary stepping motor. The linear motion without any mechanical linkage in the LSM results in several advantages for precise positioning actuators. However, to realize the more stable and higher speed control without hunting, it is necessary to derive an equivalent circuit to explain the steady-state and transisent characteristics in order to find an adequate control rule for high performance control of the LSM. In this paper, magnetic equivalent circuit is obtained, based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. The 1-step response characteristic of the LSM is analyzed by the ACSL with the voltage equations, the force equations, the force equations and the kinetic equation.

  • In this paper, the Two-Double 1-2phase exciting driver circuit, in order to improving the starting characteristics of Linear Stepping Motor(LSM), is designed. And the static thrust forces of LSM is measured through the chopper constant current method according to the 2 phase, the Double 1-2phase, and the Two-Double 1-2phase exciting method.

  • We are analyzed the characteristics of maximum thrust and normal force for new model of HB typed LSM by using Finite Element Method and Virtual Work Method. As a result of this paper, it is confirmed that maximum thrust of the enhanced LSM increased 30% without increasing the input energy and the normal force.
