  • This paper investigates the convergence condition of ADILC(iterative learning control with advanced output data) for nonminimum phase systems. ADILC has simple learning structure including both minimum phase and nonminimum phase systems. However, for nonminimum phase systems, the overall time horizon must be considered in input update law. This makes the dimension of convergence condition matrix large. In this paper, a new sufficient condition is proposed to satisfy the convergence condition. Also, it has been shown that this sufficient condition can be satisfied although it is not full impulse response.

  • In this paper an approach for the analysis of the transient field response of radially symmetric transducer due to a wideband ultrasonic pulse is presented, which is based on a development of Green's function and applies the linear system theory to obtain an analytic expression for the impulse response of an annulus with a planar or spherical geometry. For the focused annular array, the impulse responses of the indivisual annuli are convolved with the delayed excitation pulse, and then summed to obtain the resultant response of the array. This process is very effective in the study of the various focusing abilities of the annular array. For illustration, the field distribution of a five element annular array is treated in detail for several focusing system.

  • In this study, the optimal dynamic isolation system for gas operated combat weapon has been investigated. For this purpose, firstly, the dynamic behavior of human induced by firing operations has been analyzed through a series of experimental works using the devised test setup. The characteristics of linear impulse has been compared under some conditions of support system. In order to design the optimal dynamic isolation system, parameter optimization process has been performed based on the simplified isolation system under constraints of moving displacement and transmitted force. Finally, the performance of the designed dynamic absorbing system has been evaluated by simulation.

  • This research presents a laboratory study about an subjective response of impulsive sound caused by leisure shooting. The sources are sampled from outdoor noise and their levels range from 40 to 75 dB at the interval of 5dB. The noise unit is based on A-weighted sound exposure level (ASEL; $L_{AE}$). To make equal ASEL of outdoor noise, finite impulse response (FIR) filter is applied to the originally sampled source to include the effect of distance attenuation. The evaluation method of the jury test adopted a Semantic Difference(SD) Method. In the result of the jury test for impulsive noise, the mean response rating expressed a linear relation and %HA(percent highly annoyed) displayed a exponential growth relation.

  • This paper has shown that the impulse and the unit step responses of 2nd-order systems can be computed by an analytic method. Three different 2nd-order systems are investigated: the prototype system, the system with one LHP(left half plane) real zero and the system with one RHP(right half plane) real zero. It has also shown that the effects of the LHP or the RHP zero are very serious when the zero is getting closer to the origin on the complex plane. Based on these analytic results, this paper has presented two sufficient and necessary conditions for 2nd-order linear SISO(single-input/single-output) stable systems to have the nonovershooting and the monotone nondecreasing step response, respectively. The latter condition can be extended to the sufficient conditions for the monotone nondecreasing step response of high-order systems.

  • In this paper, the efficient channel estimationschemes for DRM system(AM band digital radio broadcasting standard) are investigated. In frequency domain, by means of the linear interpolation, the second order interpolation, cubic spline interpolation, and time domain interpolation, the channel impulse response is estimated respectively to compensate the attenuation due to the fading. And in time domain, the frequency channel impulse response is averaged to reduce the attenuation due to the AWGN. By the simulation, the performance of MSE, BER and the complexity of calculation is compared and analysized for each interpolation scheme.

  • Functional fractional differential inclusions with impulse effects in general Banach spaces are studied. We discuss the situation when the semigroup generated by the linear part is equicontinuous and the multifunction is Caratheodory. First, we define the PC-mild solutions for functional fractional semilinear impulsive differential inclusions. We then prove the existence of PC-mild solutions for such inclusions by using the fixed point theorem, multivalued properties and applications of NCHM (noncompactness Hausdorff measure). Eventually, we enhance the acquired results by giving an example.
