  • 본 논문에서는 초고주파 수동 부품의 전송 구조 내부에 전자기파의 차단 현상을 유발하는 불연속이 존재할 때 metamaterial을 이용하여 전파 특성에 변화를 유도할 수 있는 방법을 논의하고 원리를 규명한다. 특히 평행 평판 도파관 내부에 전파가 되지 않을 정도로 협소한 단면을 가진 영역의 매질이 ENZ(Epsilon Near Zero)의 metamaterial로 바뀔 때 전자기파가 진행되는, 이른바 터널링(tunneling) 조건(혹은 관통 효과)을 찾고 전자기학적 관점과 회로 관점으로 설명할 것이다. 전송선 이론에 불연속 구조는 물론 매질 변화를 고려한 평행 평판 도파관의 해석 결과를 다른 기법의 결과와 비교하여 타당성을 보이고, 이에 바탕을 두어 관통 효과 특성을 산란계수와 임피던스로 도시한다.

EPB tunneling in cohesionless soils: A study on Tabriz Metro settlements

  • A case study of monitoring and analysis of surface settlement induced by tunneling of Tabriz metro line 2 (TML2) is presented in this paper. The TML2 single tunnel has been excavated using earth pressure balanced TBM with a cutting-wheel diameter of 9.49 m since 2015. Presented measurements of surface settlements, were collected during the construction of western part of the project (between west depot and S02 station) where the tunnel was being excavated in sand and silt, below the water table and at an average axis depth of about 16 m. Settlement readings were back-analyzed using Gaussian formula, both in longitudinal and transversal directions, in order to estimate volume loss and settlement trough width factor. In addition to settlements, face support and tail grouting pressures were monitored, providing a comprehensive description of the EPB performance. Using the gap model, volume loss prediction was carried out. Also, COB empirical method for determination of the face pressure was employed in order to compare with field monitored data. Likewise, FE simulation was used in various sections employing the code Simulia ABAQUS, to investigate the efficiency of numerical modelling for the estimating of the tunneling induced-surface settlements under such a geotechnical condition. In this regard, the main aspects of a mechanized excavation were simulated. For the studied sections, numerical simulation is not capable of reproducing the high values of in-situ-measured surface settlements, applying Mohr-Coulomb constitutive law for soil. Based on results, for the mentioned case study, the range of estimated volume loss mostly varies from 0.2% to 0.7%, having an average value of 0.45%.

터널링 자기저항 소자의 정전기 방전 시뮬레이션 (Electrostatic discharge simulation of tunneling magnetoresistance devices)

  • 본 연구에서는 인체모델(humman body model; HBM)을 터널링 자기저항(tunneling magneto resistance; TMR)소자에 연결하여 정전기에 대한 방전특성을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 제조된 TMR 시편을 전기적 등가회로 바꿔 HBM에 연결하여 PSPICE를 이용해 시뮬레이션 하였다. 이러한 등가회로에서 접합부분의 모델링 요소들의 값을 변화시켜 방전특성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 그 결과 시편의 저항과 정전용량 성분의 값이 다른 요소들에 비해 수배에서 수백 배까지 커서 정전기 방전(electrostatic discharge; ESD) 민감도를 좌우하는 주요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 여기에서 ESD현상에 대한 내구성을 향상시키기 위해서는 정전용량을 증가시키는 것 보다 접합면과 도선의 저항값을 줄이는 것이 유리하다. 그리고 직류 전압에 대해 절연층의 전위 장벽이 낮아져 많은 전류가 흐르게 되는 항복(breakdown)전압과 셀의 물리적 구조 및 성질이 변형되어 회복되지 못하는 파괴(failure)전압을 측정하여 DC 상태에서의 내구성을 연구하였다. 이 결과를 HBM 전압에 대한 파괴 전압으로 간주하여 TMR 소자가 견딜 수 있는 HBM 전압을 예측할 수 있었다.

터널 건설에 따른 지하수-지표수 상호 작용 및 영향에 관한 연구

  • The objective of this study is the evaluation of the tunneling effect on the groundwater-surface water interaction. The designed tunnel line is laid beneath the Gapo-cheon, which runs throughout study area. And, the pre-evaluation of the tunnel-influence on the Gapo-cheon is urgently needed. However, it is very difficult to find out the similar domestic and/or foreign cases. In this study, we would exclude the numerical modeling technique with insufficient data. Instead of the evaluation of the tunneling effect on the groundwater-surface water interaction with the numerical modeling, we monitored the flow rate of surface water at various point. We measured the flow rate of surface water at 5 points. With the results of surface flow, we can conclude that 39% of flow rate in Gapo-cheon is contributed by the groundwater discharge, as baseflow.

  • 최근 스마트 게이트웨이의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 유무선 공유기와 라우터 같은 네트워크 기능이 복합 내재되어 있다. 사물인터넷 시장이 확대되면서 네트워크 안정성과 보안문제가 발생했고 이러한 보안 문제를 해결할 방법 중 하나로 VPN 기술이 제시 되었다. 회선품질이 나쁜 SOHO 환경에서 VPN 구현을 위해서는 효율적인 설계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OpenWRT기반으로 개발한 사물인터넷 지원 스마트 게이트웨이에서 VPN 터널링의 구현방법과 인터넷 회선 상황에 따른 실시간 트래픽 쉐이핑 방법에 대해 개념 및 원리를 제시하며 이에 대한 구현 및 측정한 성능지표를 제시한다.

  • NOR type flash 32 ${\times}$ 32 way are fabricated by using the typical 0.35 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS process. The structure of array is the NOR type with common source line. In this paper, optimized program and erase voltage conditions are presented to realize multi-bit per cell at the CSL-NOR array. These are considered selectivity of selected bit and disturbances of unselected bits. Retention characteristics of locally trapped-charges in the nitride layer are investigated. The lateral diffusion and vertical detrapping to the tunneling oxide of locally trapped charges as a function of retention time are investigated by using the charge pumping method. The results are directly shown by change of the trapped-charges quantities.

SEMI-SHIELD 공법의 설계 및 시공상 문제점 (Design and Construction Problems of Semi-Shield Method)

  • The tunnel excavations are used for construction of common utility tunnel, electric tunnel, communication line tunnel, water supply and public sewerage pile line in urban area. The trench cut methods were mainly used in the past, but now, tunneling method is more being used. The tunnel excavation method like as NATM, Messer-Shield, Semi-Shield Methods are being applied to small section tunnel in Korea. The actual construction results of seme-shield method are increasing due to simplified construction process and reduced noise and vibration. And also this method is being used frequently in waterway tunnel and construction of prevention flooding recently. The seme-shield method design guideline is absence except for electric line tunnel construction in Korea, because of the semi-shield method was developed in Europe and Japan. In the prescriptive design, engineer's subjects are tending to intervene, because of absence of standard and specification for details. Therefore, Design and Construction Problems of Semi-Shield Method were described and construction trouble was introduced for exam. These problem and construction troubles have to be examined thoroughly in advance.

보안측면에서의 가상사설망과 전용회선망의 비교 연구 (A study on the comparison of VPN with Dedicated Line Network on security)

  • 통신망은 크게 누구든지 접속할 수 있는 공중망과 해당 조직 내의 사람들만이 접속할 수 있는 사설망으로 구분할 수 있는데, 공중망의 회선비용 절감과 사설망의 신뢰성 있는 보안 통신 지원이라는 장점만을 부각시킨 것이 VPN이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 3계층 터널링 기법을 사용하는 IPSec VPN과 2계층 스위칭 기법과 3계층 라우팅 기술을 접목한 새로운 스위칭 기법을 이용하는 MPLS(Multi Protocol Label Switching), 그리고 전용회선을 보안측면에서 비교 분석하였다. VPN이 비용면이나 보안측면에서 전용회선보다 우수하며, IPSec VPN과 MPLS VPN을 비교해보면 안전한 데이터 전송을 위한 보안 유지, 비용 절감, QoS 제공, 운영 및 관리의 유연성을 보장하고, 오히려 IPSec VPN의 문제점을 보완하는 MPLS VPN이 차세대 VPN이라 할 수 있다.

Simplified Failure Mechanism for the Prediction of Tunnel Crown and Excavation Front Displacements

  • This case study presented a simplified failure mechanism approach used as a preliminary deformation prediction for the Mexico City's metro system expansion. Because of the Mexico City's difficult subsoils, Line 12 project was considered one of the most challenging projects in Mexico. Mexico City's subsurface conditions can be described as a multilayered stratigraphy changing from soft high plastic clays to dense to very dense cemented sands. The Line 12 trajectory crossed all three main geotechnical Zones in Mexico City. Starting from to west of the City, Line 12 was projected to pass through very dense cemented sands corresponding to the Foothills zone changing to the Transition zone and finalizing in the Lake zone. Due to the change in the subsurface conditions, different constructions methods were implemented including the use of TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), the NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method), and cut-and-cover using braced Diaphragm walls for the underground section of the project. Preliminary crown and excavation front deformations were determined using a simplified failure mechanism prior to performing finite element modeling and analysis. Results showed corresponding deformations for the crown and the excavation front to be 3.5cm (1.4in) and 6cm (2.4in), respectively. Considering the complexity of Mexico City's difficult subsoil formation, construction method selection becomes a challenge to overcome. The use of a preliminary results in order to have a notion of possible deformations prior to advanced modeling and analysis could be beneficial and helpful to select possible construction procedures.

대구경 Shield TBM공법에 의한 수영강 하저터널 시공계획 및 시공중 발생되는 거동의 공학적 분석 (Construction Plan by Large Diameter Shield TBM Method and Analysis of Deformation on Site Under Soo-Young River)

  • Doosan Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd is building a railway tunnel beneath the Soo-Young River connecting MinLak Station and Centum City Station, a section 230, subway line 2, Pusan City, Korea. When completed the tunnel will have a finished inner diameter of 6.5m(21.311) throughout its total length of 840m(420m = 0.52 miles, Two Single Track Tunnel : 420m+420m). The ground profile of the face toward shield machine is composed of multi layers, silty clay, clayey gravel, soft rock etc. This research paper is to predict ground deformation and variation of stresses around tunnel using Hyperbolic model, and to reflect the works on the next shield tunneling project. And this research paper is analyzed data of measuring instrument (such as settlement gauge, inclinometer, Multiple extensometer, etc.) which is installed along tunnel line for safety of tunnel. For calculations, the finite difference Method is applied. Backfill grouting material is supposed to have instantly strength of 10kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ above, although its strength is available after 24 hours passed.
