본 연구는 공공도서관 사서의 감정노동수준이 직무만족 및 도서관정보서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 것이다. 감정노동수준을 독립변수로, 직무만족과 도서관정보서비스 제공수준을 종속변수로, 조직문화를 조절변수로 설정하였다. 서울시 공공도서관 사서 220명을 무작위로 선정하여 인터넷으로 설문지를 배포하여 수거하였고, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 상관계수분석, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공공도서관 사서는 이용자에게 자신의 감정을 표현하는 것을 좋아하지 않고, 실제 감정과는 다르게 더 긍정적으로 표현하고자 함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 사서들은 감정노동을 경험하지만, 업무를 수행하는 데 있어 오히려 성취감을 느끼고, 하고 있는 일에 대해 자랑스럽고 기쁘게 생각하게 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 자신이 하는 일이 전문적인 일이라는 인식이 강하므로, 감정노동을 경험해도 그것을 극복해야 하며, 그렇게 함으로써 직무에 대한 긍지를 가질 수 있다. 셋째, 사서들은 감정노동을 경험하게 되더라도, 합리적인 직무평가가 목표를 가지고 실시되고, 직원들 간의 관계가 좋다면 업무에 있어 성취감을 높일 수 있다. 또한 직원의 평가가 실적위주이더라도, 사서들은 이용자가 그들의 서비스에 만족하고, 그 서비스 수준이 적절하다면, 봉사 정신을 높일 수 있다.

Reprints of Dongeuibogam were made in 1659 in Daegu and once again in 1754 in Yeongyeong, Daegu. In 1814, it was republished in Wanyeong. These block books were officially released by government authorities while various reprints and copies were utilized by civilians. Also, Dongeuibogam was published several times for use in Japan and China. The National Library of Korea utilizes Dongeuibogam in a total of 401 types including 248 general books, 104 academic papers, 32 non-books and 17 old books. This can be classified by theme into 235 general theories, 23 medicinal prescriptions, 24 preservations and 13 drugs. Although the key to traditional medicine lies in its many years of experience, it is important to absorb the technical aspects of western medicine instead of relying on past experience alone.

This study attempted to grasp the current status of field training in the Department of Library and Information Science and the training institutions of the students of the Department of Library and Information Science and to propose a development plan based on this. To this end, a questionnaire survey and survey were conducted on the status of field practice in the Department of Library and Information Science at 4-year and 2-year colleges. As a result of the study, first, it was analyzed that field training has an effect on the employment competitive- ness and employment competency of students, and the field training environment has an effect on career decisions of students in the Department of Library and Information Science. Second, it was found that the library with the most field training was found to be a public library, and it was investigated that in order to allow students to experience various institutions and choose their career path, it was necessary to jointly discover and use field training institutes. Third, the evaluation contents or evaluators of the field training did not show a big difference by school, and it was found that most universities are evaluating the field practice using various scales. Lastly, in order to maintain the level of on-the-job training to some extent, it is necessary to develop a training manual and distribute it to each university.

이 연구는 개인의 독서생활 및 도서관 활성화에 북페스티벌이 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 북페스티벌에 참여 경험이 있는 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과 북페스티벌의 참여는 개인의 독서생활 및 도서관 인식, 도서관 이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 심층 분석 결과 참여자의 북페스티벌 인식은 개인의 독서생활 및 도서관 인식, 도서관 이용에 있어 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으나, 그 영향력(2.1~4.7%)은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 북페스티벌 참여만족도는 '도서 및 전시판매' (30.1%) 참여만족은 개인의 독서생활에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 체험부스 참여만족은 도서관 인식(22.4%), 도서관 이용(26.4%)에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 전반적인 참여만족 역시 참여자의 독서생활(24.5%), 도서관 인식(20.1%), 도서관 이용(27.5%)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

도서관 불안은 문헌정보학에서 이용자의 정서적 부분에 관한 대표적 연구로 인정 받아왔으며, 많은 도서관 이용자들이 정보이용 과정에서 도서관 불안을 경험하고 있으며 도서관 불안이 정보 활용에 제한요소로 작용하고 있음이 밝혀져 왔다. 오늘날 정보기술의 발전으로 가장 용이하게 접근할 수 있는 디지털도서관 환경은 전통적 도서관의 그것과 매우 달라졌음에도 불구하고 디지털도서관 불안에 관한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계적으로 신뢰성과 타당성을 인정받는 디지털도서관 불안척도(DLAS)를 개발함으로써 디지털도서관 불안의 개념과 하위영역 등을 파악하고 그 특성을 살펴보았다. DLAS는 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 정서적 문제, 자원, 이용지식, 보안, 언어, 기술적 문제, 과제 등 7개의 하위영역과 39문항으로 개발되었으며, 이 7개의 영역은 전체 디지털도서관불안의 51.165%를 설명하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 인구통계학적 변수와 이용 특성 변수를 사용하여 T검증과 분산분석을 실시함으로써 디지털도서관 불안의 특성을 살펴보고, 일반적 변인과 영향요인을 예측하였다.

본 연구는 웹 이용자들이 검색엔진을 어떻게 선택하여. 어떠한 기능들을 활용하며, 검색결과는 어떻게 평가하는지 그리고 어떤 어려움을 겪고 있는지를 밝혀 보고자 하였다. 28명의 대학의 교수와 대학원생으로 구성된 이용자들을 대상으로 한 인터뷰결과를 분석한다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 본 연구의 참가자들은 검색결과에 대한 평가보다는 특정한 기능이나 익숙함에 근거하여 엔진을 선택하였다. 이들은 통합검색에 대해서는 의견이 양분되어 있었으며, 연산자의 사용이 결과에 미치는 영향이 거의 없다고 보고 있었다. 검색엔진에 대한 평가를 내릴 때에도 검색결과의 정확성외에 결과를 보여주는 인터페이스 디자인에도 상당한 관심을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 경기도에 소재한 S초등학교 4학년 아동을 대상으로 하여 그들이 경험하는 스트레스 정도와 스트레스 대처양식을 살펴보고. 독서치료를 통해 스트레스의 정도와 스트레스에 대한 대처양식에 어떤 변화가 있는가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 초등학교 아동의 스트레스와 스트레스 대처양식을 이해하고 이들이 겪게 되는 다양한 스트레스에 원만히 적응해 나가는 것을 돕기 위한 지도 방안으로서 독서치료프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다.

This study is to conclude a direction for Information Commons, which supports the university library in a new role. The study explains perspectives on the changing role of the university library by examining the approaches, histories, and theories practiced by various researchers on Information Commons. The study aims to discover ways of improving the library space that are dedicated to technology using Information Commons, it also examines ways of creating a unified "library space" that will support learning and access to knowledge and information. The features of Cultural Commons include making improvements to technology-centered space, and providing support to research, freedom of speech, creative approach, public freedom and collaboration, and interaction. The functions of Cultural Commons within the university library are listed: First, it supports programs that will transform the library into a social hub within the university. The space specifically blurs the boundary between the library building and its surroundings, and unifies these spaces to enhance its catalytic role in aiding social interactions and human-centered approach. Second, it supports active participation through cultural programs and provides a fluid and interactive space with virtual resources. Third, it enhances user experience to supports behaviors and activities that involve fixtures and equipment in the space to promote learning. The study notes that, with the emergence of these characteristics, the university library is changing by implementing Cultural Commons for on-campus social space and new learning. Accordingly, this implementation is expected to enhance active acceptance of the library space in the future.

장애인과 비장애인의 동등한 정보접근권을 보장하고자 하는 흐름에 발맞추어 장애의 여부나 장애의 유형과 상관없이 모든 도서관 서비스를 제공해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인 931명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 국내 도서관 서비스에 대한 장애인 이용자의 이용 실태 및 요구 사항을 파악하였다. 조사결과, 장애인 이용자의 도서관 및 도서관 서비스 이용 경험은 상당히 저조한 편이었으며 그 원인은 도서관 및 도서관 서비스에 대한 정보가 부족하였기 때문이었다. 그리고 장애인들은 도서관에서 제공되는 자료의 다양성, 충분성, 접근성, 최신성 등에 대해 대체적으로 만족하지 못하였으며 장애유형별로 도서관에 희망하는 프로그램과 개선사항에 차이를 보였다. 결국 장애인 도서관 서비스를 개선하기 위해서는 도서관 서비스에 대한 적극적인 안내와 홍보, 전자자료 구축을 통해 이용자의 접근성을 제고하고, 협령망 구축을 통한 자원공유와 서비스 확대가 필요하고 장애인 서비스를 담당할 전문사서의 배치 및 직무교육 제공이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

본 논문은 국내 대학도서관 학술연구정보 이용자들을 그들의 정보요구, 정보이용행태, 정보활용능력을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이용자들은 도서관 이용에 관한 기본적인 안내정보를 가장 많이 필요로 하고 있으나 대학의 온라인이나 오프라인 도서관시스템은 기본정보제공이 불충분한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이용자들은 학술연구정보에 대한 주제탐색의 요구를 가지고 있으나 이를 만족시킬 만한 탐색지식이나 정보원에 관한 정보가 부족한 상태인 것으로 드러났다. 이용자의 학술연구정보 활용능력은 저조한 편이며 특히 기사검색이나 원문검색과 같은 고급학술연구정보 활용능력은 극히 낮은 수준에 머물렀다. 대학도서관의 안내정보시스템과 사용자 인터페이스의 개선이 요망되며 피상적인 이용자교육을 지양한 고급의 학술연구정보를 활용할 수 있는 이용자교육이 요청된다.
